Located in Happy Valley, just 1 mintue to the Gondola and Happy Valley Day Lodge.  Happy Valley is where everyone is happy to have easy access to the Mega Tube Snow Coaster, Ice Climbing Tower, Skaiting Rink, XCountry Skiing, Snowmobiles and so much more. It is a perfect environment for families and friends, even friends you havent met yet! Want to head to the Loose Moose for an apres ski? You can't get any closer than this.  If you want to experience all the Village has to offer, fine dining, shopping and entertainment, the Gondola is just a quick 5 minute ride and then you are there.

At the end of the day, after fantastic skiing or snowboarding on the slopes, sail right in  to the front door and your are home. This was a great location with everything you could want in the unit. The kitchen is fully stocked for making meals. The game room and work out room are an added bonus! This is truly ski in/ski out - walk out the back door and down the hill to the gondola. We loved every minute of our stay! The hosts were very responsive and it was very easy to check in. Would defintely stay here again in the future.

Perfection under the gondola

Thank you Sheri and Michael! Perfect location. First building above Happy Valley Day lodge and just steps from the gondola. Getting to the village for dinner or ski school is simple and fast. It is ideally situated on the mountain.

The building had subtle amenities: locker for guest skis, same entry code for garage and ski-in/ski-out access, convenient garbage and recycling location. The unit had a huge double parking spot.

The unit was fantastic. A super convenient key pad lock on the unit door (no keys) made it amazing for adults and kids alike. Fully stocked kitchen (with sharp knives) and more pots, pans and utensils to satisfy every meal we made. The hot tub and BBQ are less than 2 steps from the patio door. Good selection of feather and artificial duvets and pillows.

This is my favourite location at Big White.

A generous 1430 sq ft suite with high ceiling, three bedroom, two bath, in a well planned layout, provide exceptional room for living and entertaining. With windowed walls on three sides of this coveted corner end unit, it allows the outside "in" for a dramatic natural effect. Stunning finishes of hardwood heated floors, tumbled sandstone, stainless steel appliances, steam shower, leather and fine fabric seating, superior quality linens and bedding, down pillows and comforters, will wrap you in luxury in this residence.Telus Optic TV, Heat Recovery Ventilation System for the allergy prone, 50" Plasma TV in the living area, private hot tub and new bbq, and for that special cup… a Cuisinart Coffee Machine add to a exceptional life style.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.
Excessive Noise Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbours
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for garbage removal at the time of departure. Waste disposal & Recycling containers are located on site in the parking garage.
Housekeeping Cleaning after departure is at a charge of $250. Additional housekeeping for longer stays can be arranged for a fee.
Internet Availability & Usage Internet service is provided by a third party. We cannot be held responsible if there is a lack of or quality of service at any time.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Big White Skit Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies In resort support provided. Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 8 people. Additional persons without owner consent will result in immediate eviction.
Missing Items Guests authorize credit card charge for replacement of missing items.
Noise Restrictions Quiet time is 11:00pm to 7:00am. Guests may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for any damages resulting form the noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area may be used after 11:00pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 11:00pm out of respect for our neighbouring guests.
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice, however guests will be notified via e-mail of changes prior to their arrival.
Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes up to a $1,000.00 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.

Terms of Eviction The following conditions and circumstances will result in eviction from our property: smoking, excessive noise, pets, more overnight guests than permitted by owner. You will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace.

Located on the second floor. This single level home features a spacious entry, open kitchen, dining and living room area offering elegant comfort. Covered deck and private hot tub accessed from living/dining area. Master Bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, full ensuite bathroom including steam shower. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed with separate access to the main bathroom. Bedroom #3 has 2 twin-size bunk beds with access to the main bathroom. The laundry room is located off the foyer.
