Welcome to our BEAUTIFULLY APPOINTED ski condo at Sun Peaks.It is a bright, ground floor unit perfect for a great ski or summer getaway. The condo is close to the Village approximately 10 minute walk , without the noise and bustle . We have made an effort to provide everything a vacationing family or couple would need to enjoy their stay.

Great place with great owners

The unit was a great place for our family of 4 to stay, close to the ski-lifts and village.

The owners had pretty much thought of everything that guests would appreciate or find they might need during their stay. Communication with the owner was second to none and we had no complaints or concerns whatsoever. The only suggestion I have is for a Keurig style coffee machine as making a pot of of coffee for just 1 person is a task, whereas a K-cup coffee maker can be utilized for all types of drinks, i.e. coffee, tea, hot chocolate or whatever guests decide to bring with them (and for those with an environmentally friendly mindset, yes, my family uses recyclable/compostable K-cup's). I recommend this unit.

Comfortable and easy. Village trail is handy to stay off the road. Needs a bit better access to mt morrisey. Tough with kids and no sidewalks and lots of traffic. Unit was in good shape.

Amazing Condo for Aussie Family Ski Holiday

Our Australian family of four, two adults and two children (13y and 11y), enjoyed the most amazing ski holiday in the Coxon's Crystal Forest condo at Sun Peaks Resort.

Our positive experience started right from the point we began our search for a condo to suit our family. Peter and Philippa were so very responsive to all our questions and went out of their way to provide timely responses as we went through the booking process. After our initial engagement with the owners about the availability of the property for proposed stay, I had to seek approval from my employer for my leave. Peter and Philippa kindly reserved the property in our name until such time as I could get the required approvals. Our communication with Peter and Philippa in the lead up to our stay was excellent. We had a number of questions about the property's bedding configuration, appliances etc and they were very obliging in providing prompt responses. They provided photos of the freezer and other areas of the property which allowed us to do things like plan our grocery shopping.

The property itself was great for our family. The two bedrooms are well appointed and there is plenty of space for a family of four to spread out in the condo's living areas. The two ensuites are also very handy at the end of the day when everyone is looking to shower and get to bed. One aspect our family really enjoyed was the hot tub, great to spend time to help the ego after a big day on the slopes! The property is a short walk to the Orient chair lift which we found we used most days and was very manageable for all members of the family with all their ski gear. The walk into the village is pleasant, with a number of route options depending on how you are feeling.

Overall, we had the most amazing time in the condo and it was certainly enhanced by the exceptional communication we experienced with Peter and Philippa. We would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone.

European style condo complex that is a 15 minute walk/ski to the lifts . Shuttle available from the road below condo complex. 15 minute walk into the centre of the main village where there is a grocery store,clothing , ski stores and rentals as well as a number of restaurants and bars. It is a 8 minute walk to the recreation centre with an outdoor pool, and hot tub. The full size outdoor ice rink is a 5 minute walk from the condo and great for a game of hockey. Summer activities: concerts,18 hole golf course, tennis, ski lift to the alpine meadows open daily until mid September, hiking, mountain biking and jogging.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs In the event of excessive cleaning needs, the charges will be charged to renters credit card.
Excessive Noise No excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect our neighbors. This policy is a Crystal Forest general policy and is enforced
Garbage Removal Unfortunately there is no garbage dumpster in the Crystal Forest complex.Due Covid 19 guests will need to remove all garbage , refundable and recyclables from the unit and take them to the transfer station at the Burfield Chair.

New Covid 19 policy prior to leaving : Please 1) place all bathroom towels in bath tub, 2) Place all kitchen linens in the sink 3) All dishes used in place in dishwasher and have it running 4) Place each bed bed linen including duvet cover and pillow cases in a a pillow case on top of each bed and place the duvet itself beside the bag.

About Us

Thank you for taking the time to view our site. Philippa and I have made Kamloops our home for the past 25 years. We have skiied many resorts in both Canada and the USA for many years and have concluded that Sun Peaks is about as good as it gets. We love the terrain as it is varied and allows for both challenging skiing and enjoyable family-fun type skiing, both down hill and cross country, in an unrushed and uncrowded environment. We also love strolling around the village, which has a warm and friendly European-type atmosphere.  During the summer, we have enjoyed the wild flowers, summer music festivals, biking, tennis, hiking and swimming.
