2 Bedroom Crystal Forest Condo

We had an amazing family trip to Sun Peaks in Feb 2024, it was our first visit. What a hidden gem! Condo was great, very cozy and comfortable and clean for our family of 4. Really appreciated the hot tub (which was serviced multiple times while we were there for the week, which is good!) after a day of skiing. Condo location was great in terms of being easy to walk into the village. Ski in/out was a bit challenging for us to figure out (lots of trails around!!) but we eventually did. Would have been easier I think if there was more snow. Courtyard was great for kids to play in. We will be back - thank you!

Had a wonderful two weeks staying at Sun Peaks. Great location and accommodation very comfortable and had everything youd need for a relaxing holiday. We hadnt booked through AlluraDirect before and found the owners wonderful to deal with. The whole experience was easy. Hope to be back soon

We have stayed repeatedly at this location and it has only gotten better with time. It has become our home away from home, of sorts, and it is our go-to each time we visit Sun Peaks.

This property is clean, comfortable, very well equipped, easily accessed and well located for access to the ski hill and to the village as well as the x country ski trails. We very much enjoy our stays here.

We stayed Dec.13th-15th, 2021 and our stay was amazing! The condo is in a fabulous location and is extremely well maintained. We have travelled extensively and the cleaners for this unit are exceptional. The decor feels like home and the condo is stocked with everything visitors need. The hot tub is a great way to end each day. Thank you Peter & Philippa for sharing your home!

After knowing the Coxons for years, I wasnt surprised at all to find their rental unit to be homey, comfortable and family focused. With attention to detail and great communication to make sure we had everything needed, we felt very well taken care of! Amazing people, great location and awesome unit. 10 out of 10, I would recommend!!

Great condo! Cozy, clean and comfy! Beautiful view into a lovely courtyard and excellent hot tub. Kitchen was incredibly well stocked as were the bathrooms. Both bedrooms have full 4 piece bathrooms. Fireplace is so beautiful made of natural fieldstone. Close to the village shopping area but private and SO quiet! We sat in the hot tub in the evening marvelling at the beauty of the stars as the village has taken care not to generate light pollution! We were here during the shoulder season but it would be an easy ski in! The book and video library is incredibly well curated for evening entertainment! The Coxons are lovely and generous hosts! Will absolutely choose this accommodation again!

Wonderful condo that has everything needed for a great ski vacation at Sun Peaks. Highly recommended especially for a family wanting a great getaway with secure parking, large hot tub, fireplace, comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. Close to Orient Express and Morrissey lifts for easy access to all three mountains. Large selection of DVDs, music and Netflix for evening entertainment. Overall, a great experience on a great ski hill!

For our family of 5, this temporary home at Sun Peaks checks all the boxes. It is immaculately clean, the bathrooms and kitchen are well-equipped, it is centrally located, it is comfortable and warm, parking is convenient, there are many personal touches like games and movies, and the hosts are inviting and responsive. Peter and Philippa's home has given us many happy memories. We are grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here two years in a row, and we hope to return.

A nice quiet location, easy walk to village center. Accommodation was just as described and owners were very responsive to questions. Best value for our size of family. Definitely would stay here again!

Everything was absolutely perfect about this condo! These ease of parking and unloading our items into and out of the condo was easy and effortless. The location to walk into the village and access to the ski lifts and skiing back to the condo was great. The heated floors were a very nice comfort to have. The well maintained hot tub was wonderful after a day of being on the hill. The spacious kitchen had everything we needed. Having two full bathrooms was ideal for our family of four! The amazing communication between us and the owners before, during and after our stay at this property was absolutely exceptional! Thank you so much Philippa and Peter for absolutely everything and allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo! I enjoyed my time in this unit and at Sun Peaks! Both Peter and Phillippa were very attentive to my needs and answered all questions and challenges I had navigating my way there etc. They both kept me updated with COVID regulations and activities available at the resort. The condo was cozy and picturesque as true to the description. It was unfortunate the fireplace was not working however Peter was quick to offer me a further stay. I would highly recommend this condo as I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would love to return again! Thank you so much !

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was a convenient 10 -15 minute walk to all the restaurants and amenities. The golfing was great, and then we enjoyed the hot tub after and movie night as there is a large selection! We hope to visit again! Thank you!

We have just arrived home from a week at Sun Peaks staying in Peter and Phillipaâ??s condo and honestly, we didnâ??t want to leave! The 2 bedroom condo has everything you need and the kitchen is well equipped for your stay on the mountain. We didnâ??t quite understand the allure of the hot tub but after a full day of skiing and trying it out, we are now converts! What a perfect way to relax your muscles after a long day of skiing. The beds were extremely comfortable and the gas fire in the living room was so lovely and warm each evening. It was great to have a washing machine and dryer and actually I would pack less next time, as being able to wash mid week makes life much easier when travelling, as we also went onto Vancouver after our snow week.

Peter and Phillipa were amazing hosts, super friendly, incredibly helpful and their communication was second to none. They want you to enjoy their condo and will provide you tips on shuttles, where to grocery shop ( Safeway Kamloops) and even kindly contacted us to let us know about the Wine and Dine festival that was on the week we were there. We bought tickets to the Fizz and Fries, which was delicious as we tasted local Okanagan wines.

This was our first time in Sun Peaks and the snow was just incredible! They had an amazing season of snow with a 2.3 metre base and it just kept snowing whilst we were there. The powder days were beyond our expectations and there was literally no one on the mountain. I think we queued maximum for 2-3 mins twice. The long runs and ability to ski both Mt Tod, Mt Sundance, Mt Orient and Mt Morrissey, means you have a huge area to ski. We got the shuttle most days as we had kids in ski school. The shuttle takes about 5 mins. The other days we walked/skied to the main area. You could also do the same going to Orient chair and Morrissey chair. We canâ??t wait to come back to ski Sun Peaks again and stay here at Peter and Phillipaâ??s home away from home. It was absolutely perfect for our family of 4.

The unit was a great place for our family of 4 to stay, close to the ski-lifts and village.

The owners had pretty much thought of everything that guests would appreciate or find they might need during their stay. Communication with the owner was second to none and we had no complaints or concerns whatsoever. The only suggestion I have is for a Keurig style coffee machine as making a pot of of coffee for just 1 person is a task, whereas a K-cup coffee maker can be utilized for all types of drinks, i.e. coffee, tea, hot chocolate or whatever guests decide to bring with them (and for those with an environmentally friendly mindset, yes, my family uses recyclable/compostable K-cup's). I recommend this unit.

Comfortable and easy. Village trail is handy to stay off the road. Needs a bit better access to mt morrisey. Tough with kids and no sidewalks and lots of traffic. Unit was in good shape.

Our Australian family of four, two adults and two children (13y and 11y), enjoyed the most amazing ski holiday in the Coxon's Crystal Forest condo at Sun Peaks Resort.

Our positive experience started right from the point we began our search for a condo to suit our family. Peter and Philippa were so very responsive to all our questions and went out of their way to provide timely responses as we went through the booking process. After our initial engagement with the owners about the availability of the property for proposed stay, I had to seek approval from my employer for my leave. Peter and Philippa kindly reserved the property in our name until such time as I could get the required approvals. Our communication with Peter and Philippa in the lead up to our stay was excellent. We had a number of questions about the property's bedding configuration, appliances etc and they were very obliging in providing prompt responses. They provided photos of the freezer and other areas of the property which allowed us to do things like plan our grocery shopping.

The property itself was great for our family. The two bedrooms are well appointed and there is plenty of space for a family of four to spread out in the condo's living areas. The two ensuites are also very handy at the end of the day when everyone is looking to shower and get to bed. One aspect our family really enjoyed was the hot tub, great to spend time to help the ego after a big day on the slopes! The property is a short walk to the Orient chair lift which we found we used most days and was very manageable for all members of the family with all their ski gear. The walk into the village is pleasant, with a number of route options depending on how you are feeling.

Overall, we had the most amazing time in the condo and it was certainly enhanced by the exceptional communication we experienced with Peter and Philippa. We would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone.

This place is well equipped in the kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing. Parking was convenient with good access to the unit. I’ve never had an owner reach out to us before our arrival to make sure we had all the information for our stay. They really do care about their guests experience. We’d love to come back.

We thoroughly enjoy staying here. In fact, we stayed here in January and left a detailed comment about why we enjoy it so much. The owners, Peter and Philippa, are thoughtful and most concerned that their guests enjoy the condo.

Lovely stay! Very clean, well stocked, and comfortable unit. Very accessible and attentive owners. Location is excellent relative to village day lodge, and pedestrian village with restaurants. We would stay again, without hesitation.

We spent a week snowboarding over Christmas, the condo was really cosy and decorated for Christmas, the kitchen had everything we needed and more, to cook anything we planned. We went in the hot tub every night which was nice and private and very new and clean. The condo is well situated, a short walk to the village and it is easy to access both ski hills via the Morrisey lift and the new Orient lift which opened Christmas Eve. Couldn't of asked for a better Christmas away from home.

We hope to be back to snowboard next year and would love to visit in the summer weather after perusing the information in the condo regarding things to do in the summer. Thank you, Peter and Philippa

Peter and Philippa were both attentive and helpful. Their condo is well appointed and well maintained. The hot tub is new and we found it very relaxing after a couple of excellent days skiing. Highly recommended.

This was our first time in Sun Peaks and we absolutely loved it! The townhouse was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Loved the hot tub which faced the courtyard where our kids played in the snow. And we were quite close to the morrissey chair lift which happened to be our favorite mountain for the week. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Highly recommend this place it was very nice and cozy. Just beware it is about a ten min walk to the lift. Also the kitchen Pan( all of them) need to be updated. We tried to cook eggs and pancakes and the food stuck to the pan like glue. We used so much oil and kept a close eye on the heat but everything just stuck.

Fantastic getaway for our family! Comfortable, clean and cozy. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Aside from the always fabulous skiing at Sun Peaks Village , our stay at Peter and Philippa's condo was a great experience , everything one could wish for was provided and from the time of our arrival we were made to feel most welcome . A big thank you to our wonderful hosts !!

Very well equipped, comfortable condo. The advertised description is accurate. Has all the utensils and pots/pans you’re likely to need. Probably has more tea varieties in the cupboard than most supermarkets.

This unit is very clean and fully equipped. The beds are comfortable, the hot tub is checked daily and there are plenty of linens and towels. The ski in is very good and the ski out to Morrisey requires a little push but serves as a good warm-up. There is a short walk before one can ski to the Sundance and Sunburst lifts. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had an awesome stay at the Coxon condo! The Coxon's were lovely and super helpful. The condo was great, clean, cozy and provided everything we needed.

We stayed here for 2 nights for Foam Fest 2017. It was a great place in a great location. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you would need. The B&D whole bean coffee maker was awesome! Beds were comfortable and the king in the master was great. And the price was great as well, cheaper than a hotel and MUCH better. I 100% recommend this listing.

Lovely condo easy to find. Well equipped kitchen nice sitting area. It was an easy walk to village centre for dinner and a couple of mins to the nearest lift for skiing. We would stay here again.

Lovely property, well laid out and extremely comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked with crockery, utensils, pots and pans. Had a couple of issues with the hot tub, which were dealt with immediately and with excellent customer service. My one negative comment, which is directed to the complex and not the condo is the disposal of recyclable waste. In my opinion, I believe it is counter productive to place in plastic bags glass bottles and cans. I understand it is a fund raising venture for a local club, but a more efficient separation method, without the need for plastic bags could be easily adopted. That been said, I would highly recommend this condo and look forward to renting this property on my next visit to Sun Peaks. Yours sincerely

We had a great week staying in the condo. We could ski in/out and a short walk to the village shops. The hot tub was so good at the end of the day. Everything in the condo was clean and in good condition, and the owners and managers always responded quickly and helpfully. Can't fault this place!

Awesome place; great location and owners are woinderful. We had a fantastic time and will return if they will have us.

It was everything we could have wanted and more! Owner was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. It was even better than the pics shown on the website. My only complaint is that with all these great reviews it will get more popular and less availability:( One thing I would recommend for the site itself is a secure lockup area for mountain bikes. This is something Sun Peaks developers should be thinking about. Secure at owners (bikers) risk of course. U won't be disappointed if u book this place!

We really enjoyed our time in the condo, the full stocked kitchen, hot tub ready to use, heated bathroom floors, board games for use etc. The only thing I'd warn if Sun Peaks itself only opens their garbage drop off on certain days/times (probably to avoid animal encounters) so check when that is on in so you know when to drop your garbage. This area also has recycling for pop cans, card board etc.

We spent a fabulous 11 nights in Sun Peaks. The Coxon's rental unit was perfect for our family of 5 (children age 14, 10, 6). We brought a single air bed with us and the boys were all able to sleep in the second bedroom and each had their own bed. The unit provided everything we needed to stay comfortably in Sun Peaks, it was definitely a home away from home. There were plenty of towels and having a washing machine and dryer was a life saver after hard days of mountain biking and playing outside.

This was our first time to Sun Peaks and it exceeded our expectations! Laid back, quiet and beautiful. We were so sad to leave. The village staff were friendly and welcoming. The guys at Elevation bike shop and Fall line repair were amazing. They treated our boys so nice and were quick with the bike repairs when needed. We also unfortunately needed to use the services of a medic in the village and we found him to be kind and helpful.

My only recommendation to any first time visitors... Bring all your groceries and alcohol. We ate out a few times while we were there and found the restaurants to be mediocre. I can't say they were bad, but they weren't great. The bluebird market has the necessities but is very limited and quite expensive. The liquor store was alright, but small and again limited. The kitchen in the unit had everything you needed to prepare meals, including basic spices and cleaning products. There was no oil, flour, baking soda etc so make sure you bring any that you may require.

There were so many wonderful things about Sun Peaks. This was a fantastic family vacation and we can't wait to return! Thank you Peter and Phillipa for sharing your home with us.

Loved it!! I love to cook so this may not apply to most guests who visit. There is virtually nowhere to store your food if you stay for more than a few days. The kitchen was stocked with most utensils and it all worked well. Small critique for what turned out to be a very great stay.

Easiest booking from beginning to end. Peter was very quick to respond to my texts. The property was LOVELY! Worked out well for the wedding we were attending. Thank you Peter and Phillipa for sharing your beautiful space. I would come back in a heart beat! Very comfy beds, well-appointed kitchen and all the bathroom supplies you need.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It is close to the village and has everything you need! We also enjoyed the great selection of family movies and board games. The beds all had top quality sheets and covers and were comfortable for all 5 of us in our family.

This accomodation at Crystal Forest was amazing for our family! The condo faces the courtyard which was terrific place for our kids to play after skiing. It is exceptionally well stocked - with videos, kids books, board games, soap (even laundry soap!), teas, spices, shovels for kids to play with. The beds were very comfy as well. Looking forward spending our next March Break here!

Lovely condo with many touches that made our stay terrific...we watched movies, listened to CDs, hot tub after skiing, close to the chairlift and village, loved the heated floors, super comfy bed. We will definitely stay here again, thanks Peter and Philiipa.

This property is wonderful, it has 2 en-suite bedrooms and the King size bed is lush. I got to enjoy it more than I expected I was ill. The Hot tub was great and we got to watch the sun rise from its warmth on several mornings. The Kitchen had everything you could ask for and more.

This property was lovely and warm, thanks to underfloor heating and very clean and well kept. Our hosts were lovely too and most helpful, they always answered our queries quickly and helped us with local information.

The local area is great and there are perfect walks into the village that keep you off road, not far from the ice rink either. If you have not been to Sun Peaks before you really shpould it is awesome and dont forget to try and catch the Blazers Hockey team down in Kamloops.

We loved our stay at the Coxon's lovely condo. The check-in was super simple with clear instructions, the condo was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our family ski vacation! We especially loved to hot tub! Although ski-in would be the icing on the cake, the condo is still very convenient to the lifts and the village and the walk back and forth is actually a nice way to stretch the muscles after a day on the slopes. We will DEFINITELY be back!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well-equipped,centrally located accommodation. I could honestly not suggest any improvements to this property as it has everything we could wish for and more; extra linen, cooking utensils and appliances, movies, board games and toboggans.

Our stay was fabulous. From the great contact with the owners to the accurate and easy to follow directions to the beautiful location. Everything was in walking distance, the hot tub was a perfect treat after hiking all day and it was more privacy and relaxation then we could have hoped for. We will be back again for sure!
