Studio Alpenglow , spectacular view

Perfect for a couple. Property contained everything we needed including kitchen items for cooking and full size fridge. Gas fireplace at the end of the bed added a nice ambience as well as warmth. Complex has a small gym which we utilised. We didn't use the small communal hot tub as had family staying with private one, however looked very popular. Very convenient location with groceries, restaurants and village all in very short walking distance. Great value for money, would like to come back!

Have stayed here many times and the place is perfect. Right in the village and close to everything you need. Highly recommend! Will be booking again for my next trip

The studio was very compact but comfortable. Location is great-right near market place and the free 3 min bus ride gets you to the gondola. Everything was spotless and reasonably well equipped. The kitchen was too small to actually cook but good for warming up food. An electric kettle would have been appreciated. The communal spa wasn't working during my stay which was disappointing and the lifts were incredibly slow. Other than that, all good. The host called me directly to help me get the TV working which was appreciated. Would stay again.

Unit was cozy, comfortable and functional. Great mountain view out window. Location is in the village and walkable to everything, but set back just enough to be quiet. Host very attentive. Building amenities( gym and hot tub/pool) are great.

I had a great stay in a perfect location for all that Whistler has to offer. As a single traveler this condo met all my needs. Fantastic view. I was particularly impressed with Doina's immediate response to any questions that I had. Thanks again.

A lovely little studio apartment. Tastefully decorated and furnished. Clean, comfortable and well stocked. Convenient location close to main supermarket and plenty of restaurants and bars. The free shuttle bus stop is just around the corner, which is perfect for getting to and from the gondolas or it's a relatively easy walk to most places in the village. The second time we've stayed here.

The unit was perfect for my needs. Liked location and essentials in the area. Very cozy, comfortable, clean. Lots of extras for use. TV options poor. Hot tub not available. Fortunately I was out all day exploring. Hope to reserve same unit in future.

This was our third stay at Doina's property and most likely won't be our last. Clean, well stocked, great location and probably the best balcony view in Whistler. Highly recommend.

The apartment was very neat and clean and had everything that I needed. The location was great, everything is an easy walk in Whistler Village. Doina was excellent to deal with and promptly provided detailed information for check-in, parking etc. I would definitely recommend the apartment and I would be more than happy to stay here again on my next visit!

Lovely accommodation! A hidden gem. Immaculately clean, comfortable bed, with full kitchen and supplies. Location is perfect and in spite of being July 1 long weekend there was little noise and I slept soundly. Appreciated being able to check in and out myself.

The apartment was as shown and was exceptionally clean. The host was very quick to respond to any queries.

Alpenglow is a bit of a walk from the village and the gondolas but there is a free shuttle just steps from the door. We enjoyed the quieter atmosphere. The property is clean, the room feels much bigger than expected, and the kitchen has everything we needed. Everything about our stay was easy - from check in to check out. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy and very clean studio. The place had everything we needed including all utensils and appliances in the kitchen. The communication with the host was accurate and efficient. Location is by IGA, and its 10 minutes walk to the ski lifts through the village which is quite enjoyable. There are many good restaurants and bakeries in the vicinity. We loved the property and we want to come back to stay in the same place. We will recommend this property to others, for sure!

It was perfectly perfect for a summer weekend getaway. Once the car was parked, we never used it again. Walked or biked everywhere. Patio with a view was delightful for morning coffee/breakfasts and wine/cheese evenings.

This is my third year staying here and I loved every minute of it. The place is my goto place to stay, if I can book it. It is big enough for 2 people, the suite is clean, the hottub and pool are perfect and its definitely very quiet. It is still in the village but away from the noise so you do not hear a thing. I would definitely recommend it.

This is a studio condo unit in the Alpenglow complex. The unit is fine for a single person (which was the case for me). It might be a little crowded for two (just depends on how close you are to each other). The bathroom appears to have been recently renovated. The kitchen appliances were modern and adequate. The bed matress is firm and I had a comfortable nights rest. The free shttule bus to the gondola base is just steps from the front door of the building.

The condo was small but super nice and the location is great. The only thing it lacked was extra coffee filters and the parking is atrocious. The location is great. We love Hunter/Gather and Noodles right across the street. We’d come back here for sure

Great condo, on the fourth floor, so no street noise. Has a usable kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, etc. Would definitely recommend. Location is also excellent, just by the market place, close enough to the village to simply walk, but far enough from clubs so you don't get noise at night.

Perfect unit for a quick get away. Bike storage had proper security, pool and workout room are nice enough and the hot tub was hot hot.

Ideal place to stay in Whistler for savers! You can relax and feel very comfortable with clean and well-equipped room. It locates in north village so that it’s bit far from ski lift, but you can find popular shops near here and easily access for daily shopping. We are very satisfied with the room more than expected!

It's a great place to stay in Whistler Village. Location is perfect, restaurants and the supermarket are just 2 minutes away. It's 30 secs to the bus stop for the free shuttle to mountain base and since it's one of the first stops, shuttle is always empty. There's an underground parking garage, but it's a bit of a hassle getting into microscopic spaces, especially if you have a larger vehicle.

Condo is, as described, a studio. Perfect for a couple, but as other have pointed out, you basically live on the bed. Condo was clean, and had everything you need for the stay. All in all, we loved this place for our ski trip.

We had a great stay! The condo is small but perfectly adequate with everything one needs. It was clean and definitely a good location in the village, you can walk everywhere. The parking garage spaces are small if you have a mid-large sized vehicle, so be prepared for parking skills! Thank you Doina.

A great little studio. Nicely furnished and well appointed. Very compact, but we knew that, you basically have to live on the bed as there's no room for a sofa.

Quiet location with a nice view. Snow moving vehicles an be a bit noisy early in the morning if it's snowed overnight, that's always a good sign when you're there to ski! Very convenient for village centre, IGA supermarket and the stop for the shuttle bus to the gondolas is just around the corner. We didn't use the pool, hot tub, gym or laundry so can't make comment on them, but the building in general was fine and staff very helpful.

We had everything we needed for our week's stay over Christmas and thank you for the chocolates Diona! All round good value accommodation, especially at that time of year.

The condo is very clean and comfortable with everything we need. The location is great. It is very close to bus stop, restaurants and supermarket. The environment is quiet and you can enjoy a mountain view. My boyfriend and I stayed for one week for our snowboarding trip at Whistler. We will try hot tub next time back here.

Perfect studio located in a convenient spot in Whistler village. The studio was clean and well stocked. The property owner responded in a timely fashion to all my requests.

Communication with host was excellent! Accommodation was small but efficient. Location excellent. Only suggestion is pass card vs. Passcodes. Seems like passcodes could be easily shared with others making security of bike/ski storage low and entry into building easy by others not authorized/not paying guests.

Everything was great with the exception of the TV / Cable remote control which did not function or respond properly. I had a hard time changing channels and there was no guide screen available for channel program selection. Also, there was a very limited number of channels with cable service provided.

Perfect location, clean and tidy unit with everything I needed (including a view). Owner was super helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place.

The building is filled with lots of self contained units/apartments.There is a communal hot tub and pool downstairs - also a sauna but it didn't seem to ever be on when we were there and too impatient to wait :) Don't expect a super fancy apartment but it is good value for money in expensive Whistler if your there to snowboard all day and then just pass out after a nice soak in the hot tub this is a great place to stay!

This is conveniently located close to Marketplace. The free shuttle bus to the lifts is a short walk out the back of the building. This unit was very clean and comfortable.

The price was excellent and we feel we really lucked out with the offering of this perfectly appointed studio. We hope to stay again and will be recommending to our friends and family.

Place was even better than the pictures! small but everything you need, including a very warm fireplace! literally 5 minute walk to center of village. Owner response time to my emails was the fastest ever, and accommodated everything I asked for. Wonderful stay, next time I would stay longer! :)

Overall the studio was excellent value. It was very small - with really only a bed for furniture. The table and chairs were too small and uncomfortable to use so we essentially lived on the bed. The kitchen was stocked with everything except tea towels. All the appliances worked and were functional for making a meal. The street outside is noisy with partiers until 3 and then snow moving starting at 6, but that is expected in the village and was not a surprise.

The hot tub and pool were great except that we only had 2 towels so having a shower after skiing and then a hot tub and then another shower was a challenge (going outside with a wet towel in the snow). In general, the price was right and it had almost everything we needed and it was clean.

Also, Doina is very easy to work with and communicates well.

Owner was lovely and prompt at answering questions about the stay. Great location, comfortable bed, and lovely view from the balcony. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I were in Whistler for a few days to ski and we were very happy to stay here. The location is perfect and the studio is homey and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Property as described. Loved the availability of all bits & pieces (like salt, pepper, coffee, TP, tissues etc) that you don't really want to bother buying for a short stay. Location was great i.e. near supermarket (overpriced but ...) and liquor store (closes 6pm on Sundays!) and local eateries just down stairs or across the street. Bus (free) stop just round the corner. It's small but cosy and warm with plenty of natural light.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Plenty of decent hangers in wardrobe. Heaps of info sent before arrival and you don't actually 'check-in' as you are provided with an access code and go straight to the unit.

The only improvement I would suggest is a few hooks in the hallway (and/or bathroom) to hang damp ski clothes/helmets etc.

This is a wonderful studio. It is located right in the village - 1 minute walk from the bus stop or 12 minute walk to the gondola.

The place is very clean with a balcony that has a lovely view of the mountains. It is on the small size but it's perfect for a couple. The fireplace was a wonderful touch. Also, the owner is very responsive and extremely nice.

We would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Overall the stay was fine, however since I stayed 5 nights I ran out of soap because only two small soap bars was provided.

One one occasion I asked for bar of soap at the Alpenglow front desk and the provided it to me. However couple of days later when I asked for soap again from different person at the front desk, they said that room 412 is not a part of the front desk and that I needed to contact the room rental manager to get soap. I was surprised at this. If room 412 that I rented is not a part of the Alpenglow front lobby services then please make sure there is ample soap bars in the hotel room. I checked all over and there was plenty of toilet paper, extra shampoo and conditioner but not extra soap beyond two little bars.

Great location in Whistler Village North. Would definitely stay again.

This place worked out very well for a few days of skiing. The owner, Doina, answers questions quickly, and has good suggestions. The place is a large room with a comfortable bed, a small kitchen area, and a small dining table. The building is quiet, clean and comfortable.

Ive stayed here several times and the place sure doesn’t disappoint! Cozy, but spacious enough for a couple - short walk to lifts, but away from noisey drunks, but central enough to everything. Will be booking again for sure!

My second time here , always great, close to everything, places to eat, groceries, liquor store, nice place.

We have really enjoyed the place, it was very clean and it had all that you could need it in your holidays. The check-in was very easy as the check-out. The only problem that we found was with the toilet tank that the two lasts days it started to works seldom, but nothing important. The place has a really good emplacement. If I were come back to Whistler I will come back to the same place.

Perfect place in Whistler, with all you need to be independant if you don't want to go out for every meal. It's small though cozy, and well organized for a 300ft flat. We would definitely recommend this place for a couple, and will probably come back ourselves !

A great little unit in an easy to get to location. I highly recommend it.

This is the second year in a row that I have stayed at this studio condo. This place is perfect for 1 or 2 people. The place was very clean, spacious, and with it being in the village, it was still very quiet. Not only was the place great, Doina was a pleasure to deal with. I had a couple questions before arriving so I had emailed her. She got back to me pretty quickly, I think within an hour of me sending an email, which is a huge plus. She also emailed me in advance to let me know she would be away but gave me an alternative emergency number, just incase. I highly recommend this place!

Great accommodations for two people. Easy access to the mountain and many dining options only a short walk away. Very close to the IGA and BC Liqour store. The only thing missing was a spatula to cook our eggs in the morning :)

We stayed for three nights in early February. The condo is perfect for a couple. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was clean, everything worked and it is located close to our favorite restaurants. Two of them were less that 100 ft away! It has a nice mountain view from the balcony and the building was clean and quiet. If available, we will use the condo again.

We had such a great time here! Sure, it's small, but perfect for my husband and me. Check-in was a bit confusing because the 7-11 referenced in the directions is no longer there, and the parking garage gate would not open, but no biggies, all part of the adventure!

The unit itself was great, wished the steam room was operational, but the hot tub was nice after a long day on the mountain. Location is great - far enough away from all the noise but still close enough to walk to everything. Would not hesitate to come back!

Although slightly smaller the some of the apartments in the Alpenglow, the place was very well decorated and clean. The bed was very comfortable and there was a great view of the mountains out of the window. It suited my wife and I perfectly and we would happily stay there again.

This place was perfect for a little getaway. It is clean, very quiet, and in a great location in Whistler Village. the size of the studio is perfect. I was along but it would be perfect for another couple. I highly recommend it

Doina was a fantastic host and very flexible when it came to the tenancy. They made staying in the apartment a breeze. If you are looking for a long stay studio full of comfort and close to the village then you will not find a better apartment or host.

Great location: In the middle of Whistler Clean Sauna and Outdoor Hot Tub on premise - very nice after skiing Kitchen is small, but everything is there, even salt, pepper, paper towels I enjoyed the stay very much and hope to come back

Cute but quite small. It is perfect for a couple to stay a couple of nights.

The condo is cozy and comfortable. It is ideal for one person or a couple. Very clean and well organized. There is no dishwasher, but that wasn't too big of a deal, as I only eat breakfast in the condo. One thing: the unit has free Wi-Fi. However, I didn't realize this until after I signed-up for the Alpenglow Wi-Fi for $25 for three days. I wish I had realized that the unit had its own free Wi-Fi.
