Location

Wolf's Lodge is located in Snow Pines Estate which is about a 10 minute walk to the Village at Big White. Ski in and ski out access 20 steps from the back door.  Then 2 minute ski from the chalet to the Ridge Rocket and Snow Ghost lifts.

To ensure that you have an enjoyable stay at Wolf's Lodge, please review our policies below. A 25% deposit is due upon booking with balance paid no later later than 45 days prior to your arrival. Security deposit of $500.00 is required and refundable after checkout and unit clean up. An additional $500 refundable security deposit is required for Pets

An additional security deposit of $ 500 for pets is required. This will be paid to the owner directly after booking.

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit Non-Refundable. if within 45 days rental forfeited subject to being able to re-rent (less management fee)

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Taken from damage deposit.
Excessive Noise Subject to Eviction.
Garbage Removal Garbage must be delivered to transfer station upon departure. Minimum $25 fee for garbage that is left in the unit

Property Details

The chalet is on 3 levels.

The lower (entry) level has a foyer, laundry, dry sauna with shower. There are two bedrooms on that level - 1 king with full private ensuite, the second bedroom on that level has a queen with a full bathroom immediately beside. 

On the main level are the public spaces with kitchen, dining, living as well as a nook/library. There is also a queen bedroom with private ensuite. Additionally there is a powder room with toilet/hand basin.  At the front of the house is a massive deck viewing the mountains. At the rear of the house is another deck with a private hot tub and a large propane barbeque. The ski run is right out the back door, just the distance of the backyard away! Coming home you can literally ski onto the back deck. 

Upstairs is the expansive master bedroom suite complete with fireplace and full 4-piece private ensuite. A loft area has two twin beds and an additional TV/games area.
