Welcome to Trapper’s Landing #13! Our beautiful home with spectacular mountain views is nestled in the heart of Sun Peaks Ski Resort; ranked in the top two ski resorts in Canada.

Trapper’s Landing is well-situated in the resort, just a five to seven minute walk from both the Mt. Morrisey Ski-lift, the Orient Chair, and the amenities in the main village. Comfortably sleeping seven, our three level, 1300 square foot, two bedroom, 2.5 bath unit is perfect for families or couples who want to enjoy a stress-free winter or summer holiday.  The convenience of a private single garage allows you to leave your ski (or golf) gear on the main floor level-entry for hassle-free access.

Once inside, you will see that it is beautifully appointed with comfortable plush living room furniture, a flagstone gas fireplace, large screen HD-LED Smart TV (includes Netflix), granite counter-tops and heated tile floors throughout. Enjoy the un-obstructed view of Mt. Morrisey right from the comfort of the couch in the living room or the living room balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gourmet appliances, utensils and dishes - everything you need to create a great meal after an active day of skiing, golfing or hiking. Just outside our back door, overlooking the Valley Trail, is a private hot tub and gas-fired barbecue.

Upstairs in the sleeping area are two large bedrooms, each with private ensuite. The primary bedroom has one queen size bed, a large screen HDTV and again, an un-obstructed view of Mt. Morrisey. The second bedroom has a queen size/single bunk bed, small screen HDTV, Apple TV and an infant playpen. The couch in the living room is a fold out bed so there’s plenty of room for everyone. High speed wireless internet is provided for your convenience.

We really enjoyed our time in Sun Peaks - it's a beautiful resort. Trapper's Landing is perfectly situated - we loved the ability to ski-in/ski-out. Screen on patio door to deck caused us some grief & bathroom lighting was a bit dark. But the property exceeded our expectations & we would highly recommend it. So comfortable, cozy & fully stocked with anything you could need. We were very happy with everything.

This was our third year spending midwinter break at Sun Peaks in Trapper's Landing, and there are many reasons why we keep coming back. The unit is absolutely perfect for our family with it's comfortable living space and 2 bedrooms.

The kitchen is spacious and incredibly well-appointed with everything you need. The heated slate floors are perfect after a long day on the slopes, as is the hot tub right out back. Having a heated laundry room to warm our ski boots is a plus.

The very best part is the ski in/ski out capability, which makes everything a breeze. We love being able to pop in for lunch and then head right back out again for a few more runs.

We stayed at this condo for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. It is probably the most well fitted out condo that we have stayed in up at Sun Peaks. The kitchen is roomy and there is an amazing supply of dishes, glassware, and kitchen gadgetry!! There was even a coffee grinder for our morning brew. The furnishings and beds are very comfortable and the unit was clean and well maintained.

I would definitely recommend this condo and we look forward to staying again next year!

Was just as described and was a perfect place to get away and enjoy the outdoors. I loved the decor and the location. Generally clean and well kept however there was construction going on in the area so I suspect that was the reason that everything was so dusty. Very nice property...I would definitely stay Again.

Trappers Landing Spring Break

My favourites about this property were that it was well equipped - pretty much anything you could ever need (eg. dishes, pans, salt, pepper, hot chocolate). I would suggest perhaps a first aid kit (or bandaids even) since Sun Peaks is so outdoors oriented and injuries not uncommon. Cleanliness could have been better - all very tidy but bathrooms not overly clean (toilets/shower) upon arrival. Perhaps there was a gap between when it was cleaned and it sitting unused before we arrived. Also master bed mattress wasn't the most comfortable and the comforter covers all weighed a ton - something lighter weight would have been nicer - was too hot with the blanket provided in master and too cold with just a sheet. Info binder needs to be updated for activities in Sun Peaks (there no longer is a swimming pool in Sun Peaks) and the skating rink wasn't open when there either. Location of unit was nice for ski in/ski out and loved sitting in hot tub backing onto the ski path while Christmas lights were on the trees - magical!

This unit could not have been more comfortable; plus, after a day of skiing, we wanted to cook dinner and hunker down. The kitchen is wonderful and the barbeque is just out the back doo of the kitchen. The beds were comfortable. And, it was nice to be able to put our car and equipment in a secure garage.

Amazing stay!

The location is also convenient as it allows for ski in/ ski out. Also the owners and the manager were friendly and responsive to any questions we had. This rental was great! It was outfitted with everything we needed, including a crock pot (we had brought our own but didn't need it!) The location at Sun Peaks was perfect for us; right in between the Nordic trails and the Village. It appealed to everyone in our group. The beds were comfortable and cozy and the hot tub a relaxing oasis after a day on the slopes,

Winter Wonderland

We just spent Midwinter Break at your townhouse and had a wonderful stay. The townhouse was in pristine condition; the photos do not do it justice.

Every amenity we could think of was provided and it felt just like being at home. The en suite bedrooms were comfortable and the blackout curtains in the master were appreciated. Radiant heat throughout the unit was lovely and our daughter especially enjoyed the hot tub. It truly is a ski in/ski out unit, and being able to literally ski up to our front door was priceless.

There was fresh powder every day we were there and the skiing was amazing. We look forward to our next visit!

What a great trip! Sun Peaks is an ideal summer vacation, we think we will return next year! It was great and the unit we stayed in was spectacular-just perfect for a family of 4! The only issue-the TV in the second bedroom upstairs didn't seem to work but oh well. We didn't have time to watch TV with all the hiking, biking, canoeing etc etc. Great vacation, would definitely recommend using this booking service and Sun Peaks!

Trappers was a great place to have our first White Christmas vacation with our 2 grown up children. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed to your home, from the hand soaps, spa pool, comfy chairs and heated floors to the welcome bottle of wine. The whole condo was well heated and the beds and linens were of very good quality and very comfortable. It was a great place to come back to after skiing. The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils and extra spices. Dish washer was great and having a washing machine and dryer was really good. We will not forget our great time there and would love to come back some time in the future.

Our stay at #13 Trappers Landing was an extremely memorable and enjoyable one. The reservation process was very simple and only took a few minutes to answer some very standard questions. There was a lot of communication before my arrival on what to expect and the instructions on how to enter the home. All the expectations and what was required were stated before hand and there were no surprises. Upon arrival, we had no issues entering the premises and the condo was immaculate, and looked just like the pictures that are posted. The appliances are all top of the line and the kitchen was stocked for any cook to make an enjoyable meal. All the bathrooms were stocked with extra necessities and cleaning supplies were on hand if needed.

We enjoyed seeing all the little stores in the village and there were many restaurants to choose from. All the staff in the stores and restaurants were very helpful and full of recommendations if you asked. We really enjoyed the farmers market as there was lots to see and we enjoyed the live music being performed as well. I would recommend anyone to stay at #13, Trappers Landing whether it be in the winter or the summer months.
