Our unit is a quiet LUXURY SKI-IN / SKI-OUT 4 bedroom townhome with two family rooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms and private hot tub. Our unit is a corner unit with large sundeck and is equipped with everything to make your holiday memorable. No attention has been overlooked.

The Woodhaven complex backs onto the 15th fairway and has an outstanding view of Mr. Morrisey and beside the Oriental Chair.

Great Ski In Ski Out in Woodhaven

We stayed with another family for a week of skiing in 2019. Woodhaven is in the upper part of the valley but provides easy ski-in ski-out. We didn't drive the car all week.

The place is well set up for two families and is very comfortable for relaxing and sharing time with friends. The condo is surrounded by trees with a good view of Mt. Morrissey where you can watch the groomer work at night. Hot tub is easily accessed in the basement and the host provies many hot tub towels in addition to bath towels. This place has it all.

Beautiful home lots of room to spread out. Kitchen well stocked. Lots of spices, foil, baggies, plastic wrap, ect. Short walk to the lift, easy to ski right back to home.

Garbage Pickup Sun Peaks is a small community and doesn't offer garbage and recycling pickup. There are recycling blue boxes and garbage containers in the garage. But upon leaving guests need to remove garbage and recycling to the local Waste Transfer Station. This Station is located at Burfield List.

Location

Sun Peaks is British Columbia's Family-friendly resort nestled between three skiing mountains. Woodhaven #37 is located in the Woodhaven complex at the east end of the Municipality. Sun Peaks is easily accessible from Vancouver and Seattle by freeway; or fly to nearby Kamloops and shuttle to Sun Peaks. Estimated driving times are 4-1/2 hours from Vancouver, BC; 6-1/2 hours from Seattle, Washington and 45 minutes from Kamloops, BC. There are lots of activities in the summer as well.

Woodhaven is located east of the Sun Peaks Village and backs onto the 15th fairway of the resort golf course. The complex is a 15 minute walk to the Village and a 10 minute walk to the sports centre and outdoor skating rink. Free shuttle bus service to the village every 30 minutes from 8:20 am. Ski in/ski-out location with the new Oriental Lift. Groomed Nordic ski trails located at P5 immediately across Valley Drive. Fantastic views of Mt. Morrisey. 

Woodhaven is a quiet complex, family focused with lots of people. Summer or winter this complex is fantastic.

Absolutely NO SMOKING in or around the unit. The operation of snowmobiles and ATV's on site is strictly prohibitedby both the Resort Municipality and the Strata Complex. Designated off-loading of snowmobiles and ATV’s is allowed in Parking Lot #6 only. Violations will result in fines and bans.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days Arrivals are dependent on bookings arrivals timelines.
Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable, unless booking can be replaced. Refunds or portions thereof will be refunded based on the number of nights rebooked and rebooked rate; refunds will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your travel plans, including road or mountain closure.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for cirumstances which result in delayed arrivals.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Access code will be e-mailed 7 days prior to arrival. This code allows access to the unit and the access code is valid for the length of your stay.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Identification Documents I may, at my discretion, require that you email me scanned/photographed official photo ID that matches up with 1) your online Guest registration details AND 2) credit card holder info that's tied to your booking.You may photograph your ID with your phone and send it to me by email. This composite ID must include: 1) your Name, 2) Mailing Address 3) Birth Date 4) Official photo ID that must also show your name and address as they appear in your Guest registration details. 5) In addition, the front of the same credit card used to make the booking. ( I only need the first and last 4 digits and your name. Mask out the middle digits and expiry date). 6) Credit card holder ID as above if the credit card holder name doesn't match with your Guest registration name and details. If anything doesn't match up with your online registration or credit card holder details, I reserve the right to cancel your booking with a 5% cancellation fee.
Guest Stay Contract By reserving online with your credit card, you are agreeing to out terms and conditions. Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you shorten your stay, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance, then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation. We try our best to be reasonable and reactive as needed.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs At guest's expense any excessive cleaning.
Excessive Noise not tolerated and you will be evicted on the second complaint without a refund.
Garbage Removal Please take to transfer station by Burfield Chair Lift. Additional costs will be incurred if garbage and recycling is not taken to the transfer station.
Hot Tub If provided, treat Hot Tub usage with respect.
Housekeeping Housekeeping is included in the per night charge. Light housekeeping can be arranged every 5 days for stays longer than 1 week. This includes a towel change, light wipe of kitchen and bathroom, carpets vacuumed if needed, garbage removed, linens changed, and toilet paper stocked. Cleaning supplies are included under each sink. Additional toilet paper and paper towels and bath towels can be found under the stairs for guest use only.
Internet Availability & Usage Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.
Liability The renter agrees that the owner is not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of the renters while they are on our property.
Locking Door Always keep doors locked. Please lock door behind you after checking out. Damages resulting from failure to secure premises upon leaving will result in additional chargnes to the renter.
Maintenance Emergencies available. Complete emergency contacts provided upon final payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Maximum number of 10 overnight guests for nightly stays. Strictly enforced.
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per our stated damage deposit policy.
Noise Restrictions Excessive noise from the hot tub area is not permitted after 11 pm. Occupants may be evicted upon noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from any noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area can be used until 11 pm but please engage in only quiet conversation after 10 pm out of respect for our neighbours.
Parking & Ticketing Parking information will be provided in your check-in and arrival instructions email. We are not liable for any parking tickets or towing fees you may incur.

Property Damage We reserve the right to collect a $500 property damage deposit prior to arrival. Damage includes, but is not limited to noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the units, pets inside the unit and all charges relating to security company or police involvement.
Rental Accommodation Zoning Our property is legally zoned for short term or long term rental accommodation use.

Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Please contact us. Damage or excessive cleaning to the property due to your equipment will result in extra charges to your credit card.
Terms of Eviction Smoking, excessive noise, theat of common or private property damage, disturing the peace, or more than 10 occupants in the unit. You will not receive a refund and you will be responsible for costs incurred by the owner..
