Amazing Ski In/Out Townhouse - Back Door to Gondola! - South Point 13

The kitchen was well equipped. There were great knives, pots, pans, utensils, silverware for 2 settings and other essentials. It was fantastic to be able to prepare a full meal and have the place settings for a larger group.

The couch/sofa/sectional was a little strange. Felt like the sectional was the wrong orientation for the space and then disassembled/disconnected an attempted to work. Nothing terrible just odd given that everything else was top-notch.

The den had been upgraded to 2 full sized bunks. Each of the other suites were great. The washing machine was on the third floor.

The ground floor had ski lockers at both the front and back doors. Making it easy to access and store skis. The hot tub and sauna were also on the ground floor. The hot tub offered a great view of skiers making their final runs into Happy Valley Lodge at the end of the day.

Definitely looking forward to returning.

We have stayed in various South Point properties over the last several years and would like to thank the owners of this wonderful condominium for making our stay in Big White so fabulous. South Point 13 is beautifully appointed with fantastic heating, incredibly well set up kitchen, comfortable furniture and bedding and stunning views. Everything is of the highest quality and it was delightful staying in such beautiful surroundings.

Thanks must also go to Luxury Mountain Vacation Rentals who promptly and efficiently organized the faulty pilot light on the gas fire place to be replaced and repaired. The plumber did a brilliant job. We were very fortunate to have fantastic snow conditions and are very much looking forward to returning in February 2021.

We go to Big White every year and this is a great location! Our favourite, the walking trail was right outside our door! Below us and in walking distance was the ice rink and tube town for some more winter fun, and when we got cold or hungry there was a couple dinning options to satisfy everyone. We also had a beautiful view from the master bedroom and the hot tub!

Would highly recommend this condo for anyone staying at Big White! We were two families of four and had enough space for all of us. Condo is modern, beautifully decorated and the kitchen is super well stocked. Ski-in and ski-out are excellent - loved being able to ski right to our door!! Itâ??s an easy gondola ride up to ski out...... Southpoint is definitely the best location in happy valley and one of the best on the entire mountain. Easy access to everything!

The hot tub was amazing and we enjoyed watching skiers & boarders pass by while we soaked! Iâ??d agree with a previous review in that there is very little to find wrong with this place except for how bright it gets in the master BR (bring an eye mask if u like it really dark or like to sleep in!)

Owners were excellent to deal with and communication was top notch. Bottom line - u wonâ??t be disappointed if u book this amazing condo!!

This was our third time staying that this property and we definitely plan to return. It is the ideal size and location for our family and is very well appointed. The kitchen is well supplied.

The unit is very well maintained and the furniture has been modernized since our last visit. We had no need to contact the owner/manager as everything was as expected and in order.

This was our second stay in Southpoint and everything was just as great as the first visit. Loved all of the amenities. We felt very welcomed and at home. One note: the dryer made a loud squeaking noise which made it impossible to use whenever anyone was sleeping upstairs. This is probably easy to fix.

Also, we really appreciated the use of the kiddie sleds that were stored in the garage. Our boys loved using them. It was a great place and we'd like to return again someday. Thank you!

We had such an enjoyable stay! Could not have asked for more in terms of location, cleanliness and comfort. It's a short walk or ski to the happy valley gondola which makes it an amazing place for families with kids. We loved how you can look out the living room window and see skiers flying past. Also, we had an amazing view of the fireworks from the upstairs Queen room.

Some feedback: The shower drain in the Queen bedroom needs to be cleaned out - it is very slow to drain. Also, the shower head is terrible. The water comes out so fast, it actually hurts. Also, the hair dryer in the King bedroom doesn't work. When we got there, we had no dishwasher tablets and very little dish soap. We called the management company, and they delivered some within a couple hours. We were very impressed!

We will definitely keep this place in mind next time we want to rent at Big White.
