Thank you for yet another wonderful stay at South Point #13. This is our seventh visit since 2014 from Australia, staying mainly at South Point properties. We would like to thank the fabulous house keeping staff for our two mid stay cleans and for making it so lovely upon our arrival. Also thank you to the hot tub maintenance boys & the technician who helped us with the wifi. Fantastic! A big thank you to Billy, the amazing & knowledgeable plumber who came quite late in the day to check the dishwasher & for organising a replacement, once he realised the computer board had issues. South Point #13 is simply an amazing place to stay, a wonderful location and top class, beautiful facilities. It's a credit to the owners. Thank you all again. Absolutely fantastic location and property.
The kitchen was well equipped. There were great knives, pots, pans, utensils, silverware for 2 settings and other essentials. It was fantastic to be able to prepare a full meal and have the place settings for a larger group.
The couch/sofa/sectional was a little strange. Felt like the sectional was the wrong orientation for the space and then disassembled/disconnected an attempted to work. Nothing terrible just odd given that everything else was top-notch.
The den had been upgraded to 2 full sized bunks. Each of the other suites were great. The washing machine was on the third floor.
The ground floor had ski lockers at both the front and back doors. Making it easy to access and store skis. The hot tub and sauna were also on the ground floor. The hot tub offered a great view of skiers making their final runs into Happy Valley Lodge at the end of the day.
