If you are looking for a large and comfortable ski-in home for your next holiday, you've come to the right place! 15 Snowgoose is conveniently located in the Benchlands, 600 metres from the ski-lifts of the Whistler-Blackcomb Ski Resort. We are at the junction of Blackcomb Way and Painted Cliff Road, just beyond the Four Seasons Hotel.

No slopes to climb, you can walk to Whistler Village or take the free Village Shuttle Bus. For those looking for a quieter life or unwinding after a hard day on the slopes or at the many golf courses which surround us, relax in our private hot tub on the lower deck with a Canadian beer or two. Better still, if your idea of fun is a night in front of the TV or a good DVD, cook up a storm in our well-equipped kitchen and sink into the comfy sofa and armchairs around a real roaring fire in the living room.

With its cathedral ceilings and galleried landings, the open plan living/dining room and BBQ deck is ideal for up to 2 families or a houseful of holiday-makers. There are 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms and 3 floors to lose yourselves in. If you have to bring work with you or keep in touch with absent friends, our wireless internet link will keep you connected. If you have a car, we provide 2 secure spaces, for underground parking. Snowgoose is a quiet residentail complex and definitey NOT a party house!

The pictures and the description on the listing perfectly describe this place. We had a great time. We received the wrong entry code but manager responded to text within 2 mintues to fix it. Walk to the free shuttle stop was much closer than expected, less than 1 minutes from front door in normal cloth!! We would definitely rent again.

Cancellations Made by Guests If cancelled over 45 days prior to arrival date we shall retain 10% of total rental as cancellation fee. No refund on cancellation within 45 days of arrival.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Cleaning Costs If the property is left in a state requiring cleaning over and above the normal we reserve the right to charge guests any additional costs.
Excessive Noise You will get evicted without a refund or fined by strata security. This does happen so if you are planning a noisy party please go elsewhere!
Garbage Removal Please place all garbage in the proper containers in the garbage room in car park.

Cook up a storm in this well-equipped open plan kitchen with a comfy eat-in breakfast nook! The large efficient oven holds a 25 lb. turkey and more. The huge fridge will accommodate the eating (and drinking!) needs of 2 families or a housefull of friends. There is crockery and cutlery to serve 10 persons. If you decide to wash up (but you don't have to as there is a very effective dishwasher), you may see bears in the wood from the kitchen window.

Living Area

Centred around a river rock wood burning fireplace, the cathedral windows and the galleried landings emphasise the space and light of the living room. This is the heart of the house - a fun place for games and apres ski parties or just a relaxing night in front of the TV.

Dining Area

The bright dining room leads onto a covered deck with a state of the art BBQ. The dining table seats 8 normally but with the kitchen table can be extended to seat 10. Perfect for long evenings of much merriment and tall tales!
