Welcome to my home away from home. This well appointed 1 bedroom condo is located in the Marquise. It has a great ski-in ski-out location in winter and in summer you are a short walk to Lost Lake for swimming and picnics.

The complex has excellent facilities (pool, hot tub, sauna, games room) and is great value for money. Newly renovated with spectacular amenities. You won't be disappointed!

Ski Cabin feel

This condo is very comfortable and well decorated. Feels very much like a ski cabin. The kitchen is easy to work in and well appointed. The location is very convenient to walk to the Village. We walked everywhere. The building is very quiet. The hot tub downstairs is quite big and very clean. The ski locker area is also a bonus.

I would definitely recommend this unit.

Great vacation rental for a couple

This place was very conveniently located on the blackcomb side of the village. It was only a 5 minute walk to the Blackcomb Daylodge area and bus service arrives reliably every 10 minutes or so. Ski-in/Ski-out was awesome for the start and end of the day.

On site laundry was good, well maintained, and secure, so you don't have to worry about your laundry. On site locker was nice for equipment at the end of the day.

My only recommendation for the kitchen would be to get some proper pint glasses and maybe some shot glasses. Everything in the kitchen is geared towards wine drinkers, but there wasn't much for beer or spirits drinking. I highly recommend the Whistler brewing company Chestnut Ale for beer lovers. Overall it was a fantastic experience!

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment non refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fee's if canceled within 30 days or greater of booking. If less than 30 days notice balance will be refunded providing we are able to replace your booking

Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Provided via email upon final payment of reservation. Please ensure you do not leave home without this as you will need it once you arrive in Whistler
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage Common Bike Room provided. Not recommended for Expensive Mountain Bikes. Absolutely no bikes to be stored in the condo. Please ask us about alternative on mountain storage options.
Check-In Time 4PM.
Check-Out Time 10AM.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs A $75 cleaning charge will be applied should we feel that cleaning upon your departure is excessive beyond normal use.
Excessive Noise No excessive noise allowed after 10pm in this building.
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 5th day if staying 8 days or more. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense
Internet Availability & Usage Free high speed wireless internet. The internet is provided by the phone company, if they have an interruption is service we are not responsible
Liability Owner will not be held responsible for any accident or injury while in said premises.
Locking Door Door does not lock on its own upon exit. Please make sure you lock door upon exit
Maintenance Emergencies Property managers live in Whistler. On call anytime
