Thank you for a lovely setting for our first White Christmas! The location was, as promised, very convenient to the Gondola lifts, and it was so nice to be able to ski home in the afternoons also. We enjoyed the views from the family room every evening, the Jacuzzi, the heated floors, friendly neighbors, and the cold but sunny Christmas weather. We hope to be back again next year.

Amenity Terms of Use Please respect all private and common amenities of the property. Damage or excessive cleaning to any amenity will be charged to the Guest responsible.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Standard departure cleaning is complimentary. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.
Excessive Noise Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbours
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for garbage removal at the time of departure. Waste disposal & Recycling containers are located on site in the parking lot.

Maintenance Emergencies In resort support provided. Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 people. Additional persons will result in immediate eviction
Missing Items Guests authorize credit card charge for replacement of missing items.
Noise Restrictions Quiet time is 11:00pm to 7:00am. Guests may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for any damages resulting form the noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area may be used after 11:00pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 11:00pm out of respect for our neighbouring guests.
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice, however guests will be notified via e-mail of changes prior to their arrival.
Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes up to a $1,000.00 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.

Terms of Eviction The following conditions and circumstances will result in eviction from our property: smoking, excessive noise, pets, more overnight guests than permitted by owner. You will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace.

Reservation Guarantee If a situation arises that is out of our control we will find you another suitable arrangement. If we fail to successfully relocate you we will fully refund the remainder of your stay. Travel insurance is recommended to protect you against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation related products.

Property Details

Our condo has a single level open living design. You may enter through the front entrance to the kitchen or through the back entrance. The kitchen opens up to the great/living room and dining area. Also included in the kitchen is a breakfast bar that seats 4. Following down the hallway from the kitchen on the right hand side is the main bathroom which has an entrance to the second bedroom. The main bathroom has a steam shower. The next entrance on the right hand side is to the second bedroom. On the left hand side of the hallway is the laundry closet which houses the washer and dryer. The next doorway on the left is the master bedroom and ensuite bathroom with glass shower doors. The hallway is spacious and at the end has a large seating area to put on your boots and six built in storage areas for all your gear. The back entrance is at the end of the hallway and opens up to a main corridor to the back of the building. Just outside the back door is the locked ski storage cupboard.

The great/living room offers 198 square feet of living space complete with sofa, love seat and arm chair, a coffee table which expands for a great games table, stone fireplace with remote activation and a home entertainment unit housing the TV and DVD/VCR player, Playstation 2 (you have to provide your own games) and board games and cards for your enjoyment. The carpeted floors offer a cozy and warm environment after a full day of skiing.

Dining Area

The dining room offers 180 square feet of living space complete with a dining table for six, warm decor and carpeted flooring. Available for your use are place mats and a table runner.

New ( 2004) condominium development located in Happy Valley. Located on the Gondola Way ski run our location provides great ski-in and ski-out access - ski right to the front of the building!
