This upper corner unit townhome built in 2004, has ground level entry, a large open plan living room and dining area with 14-foot cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, and large picture windows. We spent a perfect winter month at 11 Southpoint and enjoyed every aspect of our stay. In the midst of the Covid pandemic, it was a perfect respite from the day-to-day routine in the city. The ski in-ski out location made downhill skiing as easy as it gets. Being so close to the Happy Valley Lodge and the gondola also allowed us to easily access the snowshoe wilderness and Nordic trails within minutes, right out of our door. and the uninterrupted forest view has to be one of the best at the resort.
The unit itself is very well designed and beautifully decorated with the charm and ambiance of a cozy ski cabin but with all the amenities of a modern home. We love to cook and the kitchen was very well supplied with everything we needed. Our stay was peaceful and quiet; although the resort occupancy was well under capacity at the time, the building seems very soundproof. Fabulous week at southpoint11. We had three couples and two with babies under the age of 1. The place couldn't have been more perfect! Easy access to gondola and village with ample space in the unit. Fantastic Ski condo furnishings and contents were of high quality and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was perfect, true ski in and a short downhill ski to the village centre gondola. The hot tub was great with the exception that it was missing 2 jets and the breaker is weak so that it would trip 8 out of 10 times after about 10 minutes of running the jets. The fridge broke down during our stay and Wendy of Vacation Rentals did everything possible to get us up and running again as quickly as possible. Hats off to great property manager.

This chalet was awesome-beds comfortable, lots of towels for showers and hot tub, clean everywhere! Hot tub was great and a maintenance person was onsite once while we were there and the manager was quick to our request for a blender and able to park in the lot as our truck did not fit in the garage. Close to the Gondola although it was not working the whole time we were there so had to drive to the Black Forest lot but Big White jumped on that with shuttle service from Happy Valley to wherever you needed to go. Would have been great to have a few spices, oil, vinegar, etc and blender but we did come from Kelowna and there is a store up there so no worries there.View Full Review
