We give this ski townhome a 5 star rating! Everything was wonderful and made for a perfect Christmas holiday for our family of 5. Kitchen, bar and Christmas tree were all set up when we arrived thanks to Vacation Foods. Great service to offer. Absolutely loved the cozy fireplace, beautiful furnishings, amazing views of the snowy forrest and ski hills. Having a private hot tub to soak in and watch the skiers ride past was such a treat. We did lots of cooking in the full equipped kitchen. Great that all 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Big foyer for equipment and garage to store our car. Superb Month on the Mountain

We spent a perfect winter month at 11 Southpoint and enjoyed every aspect of our stay. In the midst of the Covid pandemic, it was a perfect respite from the day-to-day routine in the city. The ski in-ski out location made downhill skiing as easy as it gets. Being so close to the Happy Valley Lodge and the gondola also allowed us to easily access the snowshoe wilderness and Nordic trails within minutes, right out of our door. and the uninterrupted forest view has to be one of the best at the resort.
The unit itself is very well designed and beautifully decorated with the charm and ambiance of a cozy ski cabin but with all the amenities of a modern home. We love to cook and the kitchen was very well supplied with everything we needed. Our stay was peaceful and quiet; although the resort occupancy was well under capacity at the time, the building seems very soundproof. The spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances includes microwave, dishwasher, gas range and full sized fridge with lower pull out freezer drawer. The large pantry cupboard provides plenty of space for storage and the full wet bar with sink and bar fridge are an extra bonus! Seating for 3 at the granite topped peninsula between the kitchen and dining room provides extra seating and a great conversation area while the chef is preparing a hearty meal.
