Welcome to THREE BEARS CHALET!

Ski in using the Three Bears Ski Trail and Rambler Ski Trail. Our ski-in ski-out home is in the prestige location of Sundance Estates. The interior decor gives a mountain home feel. Guests remark on how private and quiet  the home's area is. Best remarks from guests include great ski clothing storage area, ample parking, plenty of amenities, comfortable beds, and a covered BBQ area off the kitchen.

Three bedrooms, one Sleeper leather sofa, two Bathrooms, Full Views to Mt Morrisey, Sunrises and Valley Sunsets. Guests rave about the choice comfort of our bedding!

  • Main floor: 1 queen bed with deck access, Single/double bunks and a queen sofabed. Game table for advid chess, checkers & batgammon enthusiest.
  • HUGE central heated room for drying & hanging snow garments. W/D room has plenty of out of the way storage for luggage.
  • Open living room / dining / kitchen area is great for gatherings. Covered deck makes easy BBQing or enjoy the sun during lunch break.

  • Parking for 1 car in garage, 2 more in driveway
  • Ski out to the Platter Lift & Gentle Giant. If lifts close & you are still in the villiage in ski boots, ride the platter lift to the house!

GREAT POSITION - EXCELLENT VALUE To view a 360 degree view of the Main level of home and the Suite, click on HOME & go to the bottom right hand corner of the page. Click on the words under the 360 degree logo to view each room.

If you need additional space or this space is too large, look at the "SUITE". This is a 2 bedroom suite, which can be seen at the web site under the words "SUITE". This home can be rented as one unit or combined with the Suite. A central staircase adjoins the Main.

Couldn't have been happier with Three Bears Chalet! We had the main house, and it was perfect for two families with 3 kids. Location is great, owner is knowledgeable and friendly (thanks Rebeccajo - Len, hope to meet you next time...), the amenities were perfect - we cooked in for the most part and the kitchen was really well laid out. The hot tub was nice, the bedding super comfortable, clean, plenty of towels and even robes!

We'll certainly be back - thanks for opening your home to us!

The owner-Rebeccajo was very responsive. She welcomed us when we first arrived and was willing to show us around the next morning. The place is great and we all had great time during our 6 nights stay. We wish Ski Out could be a little easier without crossing the street.

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable, except if booking can be replaced. Refunds or portions thereof will be refunded based on the number of nights rebooked & rebooked rate; refunds will be subject to a 4% cancellation fee.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs If the cleaners need more than 4 hours, you will be charged @ $30/hour.
Excessive Noise You will get evicted without a refund!.
Housekeeping Complimentary before arrival and after departure| complimentary midstay cleans provided for bookings of 8 or more nights.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Sun Peaks Ski Resort.

Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behaviour while in the property or on common premises.

This home is very private with great views from almost every room. Master bedroom with King Size bed & bath are on upper level. The Main floor has two bedrooms, large utility room with washer and dryer, large organizational area for clothing & ski / bike / golf gear, complete, well stocked kitchen with BBQ on Deck. The living room, dining room and kitchen are in an open living space opening up to a covered deck.
