Ski in using the Three Bears Ski Trail and Rambler Ski Trail. Our ski-in ski-out home is in the prestige location of Sundance Estates. The interior decor gives a mountain home feel. Reservation & Cancellation Policies
If the guest physically cannot travel before their arrival (we allow for 2 weeks) due to a documented flight cancellation, border closures or other official travel or health restrictions, we issue a full refund. If the guest is sick, or a family member is sick with COVID, we issue a full refund. If a guest has a medical reason documented by their doctor that they cannot travel, we issue a full refund. All other reasons for an arrival date past December 1, 2020 are not valid for a service fee refund.

|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|COVID Contact Tracing Requirements||The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.|
|COVID Maximum Guest Limitation||The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||If the cleaners need more than 4 hours, you will be charged @ $30/hour.|
|Excessive Noise||You will get evicted without a refund!.|

This home is very private with great views from almost every room. Master bedroom with King Size bed & bath are on upper level. The Main floor has two bedrooms, large utility room with washer and dryer, large organizational area for clothing & ski / bike / golf gear, complete, well stocked kitchen with BBQ on Deck.
