Awesome place to stay. Ski in/ski out right behind the condo. You can ski to within 20 ft of the front door! Lots of room for 6-8 people. Kitchen is well equipped. Hot Tub is right outside the back door and is very private. Its a short 10 min walk to the village. Close to the snow shoeing and Nordic area. Large garage.

It was a great place to stay - very spacious and comfortable townhouse with gorgeous views of the slopes. We found it very warm and cozy even during the extreme cold weather - with -20 to -35 degrees outside for 10 days in a row. There was sufficient parking for three cars, a lot of space for skis and supplies, well equipped kitchen, and we enjoyed New Year fireworks from the living room huge windows. The property is very well maintained, and property managers are very nice people. We called for help when one of our cars failed to start in the morning of our departure, and we got help in 15 minutes. Thank you!

The house is perfect for a family stay or a few couples. It's in a great ski-in/ski-out location and about 5-10 minute walk to town. The house had everything you would need for a stay and I'd highly recommend it.

The kitchen is well equipped with lots of extra dishes and cutleries to use. There is a trail just a few steps behind the property so no problem with ski-in and out. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back next time.

We enjoyed Family Day Long Weekend here. This is the second year we booked this property and we plan on returning. Close to ski runs, clean, warm and the kitchen is very well equipped. Winter 2020 @ Trails Edge

We were a group of 5 Adult skiers in the condo for a 9 day period in February 2020 and very much enjoyed the facilities. Ski-Out to Morrisey was a bit more like a walk-out, but Ski-In was right around the edge of the building on the return trail from Carpe Diem. We were actually able to ski right to the garage door on one of the powder days, but it was a 10 step return every other time.

A few of the appliances could use a "refresh" (noisy refrigerator), but everything worked as one might expect (the full size washer dryer was a big plus for a lengthy trip). Very comfortable living area and the 3 bed 3 bath arrangement was very effective for our group.

I want to acknowledge and positively commend the property managers (Alpine Services) for their responsiveness (we had minor problems with a back door handle and a dead battery in the Garage keypad). Andrea was right on top of any email I sent along from the unit and organized getting someone to the condo to fix the small items, which sort of pop-up whenever maintaining a mountain home.

This was a great, spacious townhouse that worked very well for our family of 5. The unit was light and bright and we were very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the living area with its stunning views from the floor to ceiling windows, the hot tub and easy access to ski in/out!

Excellent townhome. Only missing amenities: pepper in the kitchen, directions for use of the TV/DVD monitor in the main room. The garage door was tall enough to accommodate my van with roof rack, which is not true on some other properties in Sun Peaks. The garage is a convenient, private one on the first floor of this unit, not a shared, large garage in the basement of the whole complex, which is the case in some other developments. This was one of the more expensive units I've stayed in but was well worth the cost.
