Three Bears is a really great place to stay for a ski holiday at Sun Peaks The location is great for ski in ski out. Not perfect for shopping if you dont have a car but still within easy walking distance. Clean, well set up and great for the self catering people.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Cleaning Costs If the cleaners need more than 4 hours, you will be charged the extra time@ $30/hr.
Excessive Noise You will get evicted without a refund!.
Housekeeping Complimentary before arrival and after departure| complimentary midstay cleans provided for bookings of 8 or more nights.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Sun Peaks Ski Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies By phone. Complete emergency contacts provided upon final payment

Missing Items Guests will be charge for missing items.
Noise Restrictions Please refrain from loud noises between 10pm and 8am.

Property Damage Guests will be charged in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behaviour while in the property or on common premises.

Property Details

The suite is 800+ sq ft. and on one level. As you walk in from skiing, there is a drying - storage area for all the gear. The living room, dining room and kitchen have full mountain views. There are two bedrooms - a queen master, a full/twin bunk & a queen size sleeper sofa is in the living room. The unit has one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The unit has private "Ski Lock" brand storage. Five steps to the hot tub! 

To ski out, simply put on your snow gear and slide to the ski trail to the bottom of Rambler & Sunrise trails to the Sundance chairlift.
