What a great house and wonderful hosts! We rented the whole of lodge - very comfortable and well sorted. Great position ski in and ski out and Rebeccajo & Len kindly gave us a private ski tour of the mountain. Thank you and we hope to come back soon!

Great location a short stroll from village centre. Kitchen very well equipped and the sofa bed was comfortable. Hosts very helpful with tips and information on the resort. Definitely consider this property again.

Three Bears is a really great place to stay for a ski holiday at Sun Peaks The location is great for ski in ski out. Not perfect for shopping if you dont have a car but still within easy walking distance. Clean, well set up and great for the self catering people.

Located in the Sundance Estates area. Easy ski out to the top of the tubing area, platter lift down to the Sundance chair. The ski out trail get groomed by the Sun Peaks grooming crew. Ski in is from Rambler - the grooming crew created two trails to ski in.

Excessive Cleaning:

If the cleaners need more than 4 hours, you will be charged the extra time@ $30/hr.

Excessive Noise:

Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbors.


Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability. The Guest booking this accommodation is responsible for making all members of the party aware of these terms, failing which the said Guest will be held liable to and shall save harmless and indemnify the Property Owner and/or Manager, from any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising as a result thereof.
