|Housekeeping||Complimentary at the end of stay. Additional cleanings can be pre-arranged and subject to guest's expenses.|
|Liability||We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or invitees of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Resort.|

|Are you a hotel?||No, ours is a vacation home although we are surrounded by hotels. Therefore we have things which hotels do not have like full kitchen and insuite laundary. Hotels charge a tax of 10% and we do not.|
|Do you have a front desk check-in?||Yes, we are one of the few vacation homes that has a front desk check-in service. Someone will greet you when you arrive.|
|Are there any shops and restaurants around?||Within 5 minute comfortable walking radius, you would find Grocery Store, liquor store, drug store, post office, bank, movie rental, cinemas, library, fine dining or family restaurants and many other shops.|
|Do you have parking?||Yes, underground parking is available for a fee (no snow will bury your car)|
|What is so famous about Whistler?||Whistler is the best skiing resort in North America. That is why it is seleccted to host the 2010 Winter Olympic.|

The room was perfect. All the basics were available without worry. There was only 1 problem with the AC in the main living room, but that has been taken care of by the front desk. Classy, well-located condo

The condo was easy to find and access and all the staff were very helpful. It was on the small side, but cozy and perfect for a single skier, and very comfortable, clean, and organized. As an added bonus, it was situated in the heart of Whistler Village, very close to dining and shops and just a quick, easy walk to both the Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas. I had a great time and would happily stay there again.

We loved the location right in the village. It was far enough away from any noise but close enough to enjoy everything. The walk to the lifts wasn't too long and the reception team was great. The condo was well furnished and we took advantage of the fireplace and the space to enjoy breakfast and dinner in the condo. I've already recommended it to friends.

We come to Whistler about six times a year, and we are used to renting off of condo owners. This is a condo we have never rented before, but we are used to what the average accommodations are like. We were fairly disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo. The bed was saggy, the bathtub was dirty, and the TV was super small (and only had a few channels). We obviously spent most time outside, but watched TV while our baby napped.

We came to Whistler for Wanderlust this summer and rented this condo to share. The booking and check-in were super simple and smooth, the condo itself was cozy and had just enough room for us, and the location was fantastic. The kitchen could use a few more sharp knives, but otherwise it had everything we needed. We used the hot tub available, you just have to walk across the street to the Eagle Lodge...it was lovely. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The service from the reception staff at Deer Lodge was great. Very helpful at all times. The flat itself was ok - good size with most mod cons and very central while at the same time being out of the noise of the bars - but too hot when we arrived and neither the TV nor the dvd player worked. We had to get extra help from the reception staff to make these work - we suggest that the owners should provide written instructions for guests on how to make these work. The last time we stayed at Deer Lodge in a different flat, there were Dvds and books available in the flat for us to use. This flat did not have either. There was air con in the bedroom but not in any other part of the flat so it was too hot. There was no central lighting so reading in the living room was difficult. Kitchen very well equipped and very comfortable bed.

We checked in around 7pm on a Friday night and when we entered the room it was like we'd walked into a sauna. The entire apartment remained hot all weekend long. We even had the door open for a while to try to cool it down but it didn't help. There is an air conditioner in the bedroom but it wasn't strong enough to cool anything. The location of the lodge is good and everything is a very short walk away but the room wasn't that great. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and lopsided (one corner was totally slanted down), the heat was hard to deal with and upon leaving, we had to take our garbage out ourselves, which I don't understand since there is housekeeping. If it was in a convenient location, it would be tolerable but the garbage room is really tricky to get to and we ended up getting lost in the maze of parking areas and stairwells and it took 10 minutes to find it. Probably won't stay here again.

We will definitely be back. The apartment is exactly what we needed. Great location... Can't say enough about the fact that it is in heart of everything..parking was a bit challenging but we found it after couple tries..:) Air conditioning in the living room was not the best because it was in the 90s weekend we were there but since we barely spent any time in the apt the unit from the bedroom would cool it down somewhat... All in all great apt, great location and great price...:)

Perfect for 2-4 people with Queen bed and sofa bed. Bathroom was spacious with a strong shower. Very well-equipped and clean kitchen compared to other condos we've stayed at. Sofa bed was broken on one corner so not very comfortable. Big closet in bedroom with drawer set. No curtains and blinds were ratty and looked dirty. Quite quiet as this unit faces the library and not the main street of the village because I hear that can get extremely noisy on weekends. Snow plough goes through around 5am every night!! Parking was $14/night. Overall great value, very convenient and comfortable for the 2 of us. Would return!

Town Plaza suites can be great value and this one certainly was. Bed was comfortable and sheets clean... I am always a little skeptical about the bed I'll end up on and if the linen will be free of bobbles! Kitchen facilities are standard though ample. Bathroom - shower doesn't drain all that well so you have an ankle bath at the same time. It probably needs a good clean of the drain. Bath tub was a little dirty too so housekeeping need a bit of followup. Sofa/ tv area is pleasant - pretty small tv but you aren't in Whistler to watch tv so it's not a huge deal. Windows and blinds need a bit of a clean and the windows don't close with ease. Size is comfortable for 2 people. Any more and it would get a little crowded. It does have free wireless internet - although it didn't work for us?? It only occurred to us on the second night that there was no balcony. This didn't matter to us on this visit but just something to note if you expected one. It always surprises me why most sofas in units we rent face the wall and not the amazing views outside?? This was the case in this lodge too. Convenient to everything and pleasant.
