2nd floor corner unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Shaped roughly like a pizza slice, with the living and dining areas in the middle, the master bedroom (with ensuite) on the right, the kitchen and the 2nd bedroom on the left and the 2nd bathroom towards the point.

Eagle Lodge is located in the middle of Whistler Village, perfectly located for the lifts, shops and restaurants. However, our condo is located on the North side, so you'll still have a good night's sleep. On this map (http://www.whistler.com/resources/pdf/Village_Map.pdf), we are in building 43, overlooking the stream.
Unfortunately our address doesn't come up properly on Google Maps, so please ignore the red pin and look at the blue one. If you turn on the Satellite view, you'll get a really good idea of where we are!

|My top skiing/boarding tips for visitors||Remember that because of the height of the mountains, if its raining in the Village, its probably snowing up top. If you want the slopes to yourself, then either skip lunch or have an early/late one. During the normal lunchtime (12-2pm) the slopes empty out quite a bit. If the conditions are icy, then have a lie-in and a leisurely breakfast, hit the slopes about 10.30-11.00am and skip lunch, that way the ice will have softened up and you can have some fun!|
|Cheapest times to come to Whistler||The cheapest time is the summer, but remember that Blackcomb glacier is still open! Other than that, January is fairly cheap|

|What makes Whistler so special and unique?||The combination of two great mountains along with the choice of restaurants and bars. Also, unlike many other resorts, you can come here if you don"t ski/board or come here in the summer and still have a good time.|

Hi, we're two couples from the UK who visited Whistler in Easter 2004 and loved it! We've been to several French/Austrian ski resorts as well as Lake Tahoe in California and Whistler is by far our favourite. The combination of two great mountains and the atmosphere in the Village is unbeatable.
The location is almost perfect...just over 5 mins walk to everywhere in the village. It can get noisy in the night as it right over the village walk. The unit itself is very average, 2 bedroom have been fitted in the space usually meant for 1 bedroom so everything is cramped. Getting your luggage to your room is hassle, ski storage requires you to remember a lock code.
It's very convenient staying in the Village Square near the ski slopes. If you rent skis you can leave them at the foot of the gondolas so no lugging! I've stayed in 3 different Village Square condos and this is the quietest - no drunken teenagers yelling outside in the wee hours. Well equipped for self catering, and the huge hot tub after skiing is a great plus. Bed and shower in the main bedroom were not quite hotel standard, and dishes out of the dishwasher not always clean, but otherwise it's perfect. I would rent it again. We bought our lift tickets in advance for the best discount, then got a large refund when we found on arrival that tickets prices had reduced even further because of late season - so be sure to check at the ski pass office whether you're entitled to a further reduction.
The condo was in the heart of Whistler and had all the conveniences you need for an enjoyable time at Whistler. Could use some updating but very comfortable and clean. I certainly would consider it for any future trips to Whistler and would recommend it to friends.
Delightful 2 bedroom condo overlooking the Olympic plaza in whistler.
1.One of the check in person was extemely curd 2.As stated, location is excellent 3.Kitchen utensils need some serious up-grading. All frying pans sticks, provided half roll of paper towel (really), only one cutting board (how much cutting board cost) 4.When ran out of toilet paper & trash bag, we called the front desk & came back after skiing at 4:00 pm, still no items & have also have to get over the desk to get it ourselves 5.Untensils were nasty & we need to reclean & coffee pot cover look nasty too 6.Website advised no parking space but room 266 has a free space 7.Apt is on the main walkway & can get nosy during the day & even night time when bars are closed. You can hear idiots screaming & talking very loud. An on one night, someone forget to turn off the outdoor speakers of the brew pub
Two bedrooms, two bathrooms makes for a very comfortable stay for a family of four. The location, very near to the medal plaza/skating rink, was perfect for us. It's at the edge of the village so it's not too noisy but still has the feel. It's also a reasonable distance from the bus stop to catch the shuttle to the lifts.
We stayed in this apartment for a few days and woul highly recommend it to anyone visiting Whistler. The apartment is lovely and quite spacious. It has a fully functional kitchen if you want to cook for yourself but is also in the thick of the village if you prefer to eat out. It's a quick walk to the lifts.
Clean apartment with some nice upgrades. This was a take your shoes off condo and would like to see some different floor covering by the front door as a place to change your shoes. Great location; close to lifts but quiet in the evenings as not right on the main square.
My experience here was awesome if i come back to whistler i will definately be staying here again it is close to everything couldn't fault the place at all the staff were more then welcoming when we checked in late and we had to cut our trip short and dan had no worries refunding us for the nights we ended up cancelling i don't normally do reviews for accomodation but i was so impressed with this place i had to write on

We stayed here in July after the BC Bike race and was absolutely perfect. It was clean, spacious and close to all the action but unlike some of the other Town Plaza suites it is not directly above or opposite a restaurant so still fairly peaceful at night. It was ideal for myself, my partner and his brother as it gave us all plenty of space and split between us was very reasonably priced. The check in staff were very helpful and the hot tub downstairs was a nice addition. I would highly recommend this place.

Second time at this place, very convenient location and place is clean and overall comfortable. We had an issue with the TV initially and owner promptly fixed which is great. Internet connection was very good too. Only a small criticism, mattress at master bedroom has seen better days so springs are starting to get a btt uncomfortable. I will gladly stay at this place again and highly recommended.
The condo is in the middle of whistler village main street perfect location for getting to the lifts. No satellite box means no tv not that we needed it but would have been good to have the option as it is in description. Beds comfy condos a great size for 4 people a bit small to pull out the sofa bed but definitely do able. clean and tidy and a great hot pool for after,biking or skiing. only downside key cards often stopped working meaning having to walk down the street to ask reception to fix them.

They listed free cable TV but when it didn't work it we were told that they don't have a cable box so there would be no cable tv.
Nice and spacious condo, ideally suited to our family of four. Great central location for easy access to all amenities. Represents good value for money - cable TV didn't work but not worried as we spent the majority of time outdoors enjoying the plentiful activities and fantastic weather. Would benefit from a deeper spring clean but otherwise very comfortable and would recommend to others.

Perfect location for family of 4 attending Whistler International all Star Hockey tournament. Condo is clean and well equipped with a balcony view of the village stroll and olympic circles, close to the marketplace and the brew house, teenagers enjoyed the easy access to the shops and restaurants. Free parking in the secure underground parking garage.

It is a comfortable 2 bedroomed condo - well equipped and has a homely feel to it. Its central position in the village very close to the Olympic meeting area makes it an ideal spot. Underground garage also useful. Well serviced and we needed no extras beyond personal clothing
I went out there with four other friends. We all enjoyed our stay. Check in and check out was easy and the front desk people were really nice. The location was good.. near trails and lots to do during the day and night time. We did not have to use our car at all during the weekend we stayed there. Since there were four girls staying in this suite, what we really liked is that there were a lot of mirrors throughout the apartment.

Whistler is already my families favorite place to vacation. We try to go there at least twice a year. This condo could not be more convenient. We Mt Bike and hike. During biking, it is right in the village and so easy to come back to for lunch and dinner. For hiking, it is in a great location to access all of the trails. With a designated parking spot, we are always assured of a place to park with easy access. The home is very comfortable. It is a tight squeeze for 6 people and the shower pressure leaves a little bit to be desired but those are only minor when looking at the whole picture. After biking all day or hiking the alpine trails, it is wonderful to come and sit in the hot tub for a few minutes before bed. Walk out the front door and there is a Chocolate shop right there. Groceries are very close as well and easy to walk to. Many wonderful restaurants are less then 5 minutes away, walking. The windows look out over the village stroll. This place is my little secret and it won't be the last time we stay there. Thank you for this little treasure.
Facile d accès, et le service pour prendre le condo était courtois et rapide. Le condo n était pas très propre et les chambres petites avec peu de rangement. Par contre pour le prix que nous avons payé nous ne pouvions demander mieux. Je le recommande pour les personnes a petit budget
With lots of great properties to choose from we went for a Main Street location and put our faith in the photos on the site. Everything was as we had hoped for and in fact better than expected. Well recomended and we will be back
A great experience; condo well located with good views. The views and convenience were great; the noise from revelers in early hours was the major problem.
To rent this apartment is a great advantage. It is close to everything supermarket, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. To sit in the main room after a day on the slopes and après have and look out over the street life is a great feeling. Gas fireplace raises cozy atmosphere as well. Two bathrooms which benefit when we are many in the family. But it is missing some equipment in the kitchen. If we return to Whistler, we rent the same apartment again. We are a family of 5. We have three teenage sons and this unit was great. Very central to everything and a great place to stay. The boys loved village life and it was a safe environment for the boys to wander around and shop after skiing. The unit was great, well priced and suited our needs very well. Bedding was very comfortable and the two bathrooms was great for the 5 of us. The unit is near the Olympic rings and within walking distance to ski lifts. There was a great burger place across from the unit and the boys thought the burgers for $4.95 were great. The accommodation people were also great and assisted with any little issues that we had. Overall a really great experience for our family who traveled from australia and loved staying at the whistler village. The crew at Spicy rental were also fantastic for skis. The unit is within walking distance to wo supermarkets which were a little pricey but to be expected. We would definitely stay at this unit again. The view from the windows of the unit were like picture postcards. Many thanks for a great stay at Whistler Dan, we thought your unit was fantastic. ;-)
We come to whistler every year. Our stay at this condo was very pleasant. The lodge itself was being worked on so the elevators were not available which is hard for my husband due to his arthritis so the second floor location was very helpful. Check in was easy as always and the front desk staff is very nice. Due to David's arthritis the location right in the village is perfect for us. Of course the slight downside are the very loud nights but that is to be expected and no fault of the accomodations. We found the beds and living room furniture to be quite comfortable. We eat out so don't use the kitchen items much though it seems to be well stocked with the essentials. Overall we had a lovely stay here.
The location was amazing! Quiet at night for sleeping but close to everything! The little problem we did have the owner has looked after. Would recommend this unit in a heart beat. Diane Ontario
We stayed here for the weekend, with my husband, parents, niece and dog. The location is great, centrally located in the Village. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and the price was great. Also the bed was comfy which is important when you're staying away from home.The only thing to keep in mind, is because you are in the Village sometimes Saturday night gets a bit loud and you can hear people outside, but its a small price to pay for the great location and access to everything. We'd stay here again.

What a perfect spot! We parked the car in the included underground parkade and never moved it till we checked out 2 days later! The location is central to most of the Whistler attractions and restaurants. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths for 4 women was wonderful! Kitchen was well appointed and dishwasher a bonus! Beds were comfy and bedding ok. Towels were of good quality Living area was nice and cozy but the hideabed sofa needs replacing - very uncomfortable to sit on. By no means did this ruin our holiday - just a fyi! Check in was easy and the aussie desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. Internet worked well as did the Ipod docking station. Most awesome thing we did was the zipline! I would not hesitate to recommend this condo and hope to return again sometime in the near future!
This condo was in a fabulous location right in the Village. It was clean and the size was perfect. Highly recommended.
Pros - central location - walk to everything / Lifts and marketplace great pricing / good bed combination with 2 bathrooms / great kitchen and table cons - Party life from the bar down the street - It is a plus if you are going to be the one at the bar all night. Street fighting one night was annoying / Whistler needs some Bylaw Officers or Rcmp that will walk the streets once and a while
If you don't mind being kept awake until 3 a.m. by bar goers down below, then this is a good condo. It's a nice layout. Sheets were a bit scratchy (they need to switch to cotton from polyster). The location is right in the Village but it's about a 7 minute walk to the Whistler lift so if you have young kids like we do I do not recommend this location.

The six of us stayed in this quaint apartment on the 2nd floor. It was clean and comfortable, but the sofa bed and master bed were awful. I woke up almost every hour- everytime my partner moved around. It was centrally located in the village and included one parking spot. Parking for the second vehicle was $14. We had access to shops and restaurants. Good location but at about 4am we heard some hooligans downstairs who were breaking glass and yelling. They were likely drunk. Everything was nice except for the beds and pillows. Next time, I'll opt to sleep on the floor (which are laminate and clean).

You can't beat this place for the price and location. Wi-Fi did not work, but it was not such a sacrifice to plug in the ethernet cable that did work. Looking forward to booking this summer for biking. Oh ya, could use a cookie sheet for baking in oven. Had everything else needed.
A great location! Just right in the middle of the village and next to some great restaurants. Everything was walking distance. The lifts are only a 5-10 minute walk away. Clean, comfortable, and just outside to avoid the noise of the nightlife at night.
We enjoyed our stay but had little or no follow up from emails when I requested further stay details. I had no final confirmation until I checked online for my receipt. No directions to the unit from the bus stop so we walked around trying to find it. Strict requirements in not wearing any footwear in the apartment. No broom or mop to clean the floor. internet not working even after reception tried to fix it. No rubbish disposal or trash cans anywhere in the building so you had to take it across to another lodge for disposal.It seems that the apartment was not well maintained or checked on, Broken glass on B/room floor and light bulbs was blown with no spares at reception. No oven cooking utensils such as a baking tray and not a lot of pots etc. for cooking, If these things were in place the stay would have been perfect. Onsite reception very helpful and knowledgeable! Would stay in same location and lodge but possibly another unit that is kept better!
First of all the place is very well priced and great location in the heart of the village. At around 200 dollars a night that sleeps 6 people, we can't complain. The only complain if I have one is the soft bed is very bad or old. You can feel all the individual spring and your body just sink right in when you lie down. This might not be a big deal to normally as I had a bad back during my visit. Nonetheless at this price and location, you can't argue.
This was altogether an excellent place. It enhanced our visit and provided us all the amenities that we expected. The one exception was wireless, or internet of any kind. We could not get on line, and the people at the front desk gave us the name of a network that did not exist. However, this was not major and I do not want to overly emphasize this point, in light of all of the other wonderful points.
Three things in North america determine the quality of accommodations. Shower (water pressure and hot water availability), bed and bedding and cleanliness. This particular unit was poor to fair on these fronts. The shower head barely gets you wet (while water temperature was fine) and to shower is frustrating at best because of lack of water coming out of the shower head. Excellent quality cotton bedding is available in North america at rediculously low cost (320 pt thread count for less than $30 for a single bed and towels are at under $10 for the bath sheet at Costco) makes it now unforgiveable to have cheap alternatives. The towels felt like sandpaper. A two star hotel usually has better than this. Cleanliness, is not the owner's responsibility ( I suspect) however, the unit had mold in the shower and bedrooms were extremely dusty with extra bedding thrown on the floor in the already cramped closets (there were tenants immediately before us and vacuuming had not been done in the bedrooms at all). Underground parking was convenient, however the front desk gave incorrect directions and the parking spots are not numbered differently from one building to the next, which are all connected (for instance there should only be one spot numbered #30 in the building) and parking in the wrong #30 resulted in a $50 parking ticket. Not impressive when the issue is brought to the desk they respond with "...tickets are not issued by us, that is a seperate company" Please forgive me for being harsh, but if you are asking, I expect that you want the truth. I and my family are familiar with travel at the hostel level right up to 7 star accommodations and can actually provide these comments in perspective with what should be expected in Whistler Village.
We stayed here in 2006 and were so pleased we went back in 2008. The location is about a 10 minute walk from the slopes, and is, in my opinion, ideally located within the village. Unlike a lot of the other apartments we looked at, it is not above loud bars or restaurants, yet is near enough to them for convenience. The view from the small blacony overlooks a small river and bridge, rather than poeple spilling out of clubs. With regard to the interior, it's very well decorated, very clean and has a decent TV with cable and internet access. The size of the apartment is good, with a fair-sized kitchen, an en-suite in the master bedroom, and a large king(?) bed in the second bedroom. The main bathroom is an ideal size, also. On one of our trips we had 6 people staying here, with 2 on the sofa bed, with no problems. The staff at the complex are also very helpful, and many thanks to Dan (The owner) for answering my many, rather tedious, questions promptly via e-mail. The village of Whistler caters for all, with wide and vaired options for eating and drinking. The mountains of Whistler and Blackcomb have a lot of variety, and, having stayed here for over 17 days in total, never bored of the terrain. We have had 2 wonderful stays at this apartment, and I hope to get the opportunity to return soon. I would not hesitate to recommend it to others.
Dan's Condo has an excellent location and was a great bargain for Whistler. It's five minutes from the base of the mountain. I would definitely stay there again.

A lovely, well equipped and nicely furnished condo in a great location. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed for a month in October and the only observation is that it might get a bit noisy in the busier months due to the bars nearby.
Took two young children for their first ski holiday and so wanted it to be special - the resort and apartment did not disappoint. Nicely positioned in the village with all amenities within easy walking distance, including the slopes. Very impressed with the quality of the apartment for the price - extremely comfortable, nicely refurbished and free internet wifi too!!
This is my second stay in Dan Morgan's Condo. The location is perfect for the village. Real close to the Brew House, Grocery and the awesome crepe' place. I'm happy to say we'll stay here again (3rd time)...
