Overall the place was great, but some of the more subltle things were what made it great for me. For example, there were quality and sharpened knives in the kitchen. (Most rental units have a set of cheap, serrated knives.) Everything worked as it should, and we were all very comfortable.
I think our daughter (3) loved the place the best. Somehow it didn't get through to her that we were actually going home in spite of the drive and packing the car up in the morning. The Townhome comprises of three floors. Enter through the front door up to the main living & family room, dining and kitchen. 2 large decks on opposite sides of this floor . The front deck overlooks the lake & golf course has the private Hot tub. The second deck overlooks the courtyard,and has views to Blackcomb Mountain with BBQ. Upstairs to the top floor you will find 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a new King sized bed with brand new pillow top mattress & spacious ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, the 3rd bedroom has oversized twin bunk beds. There is a second full bathroom , with combined bathtub/shower, vanity, wc, heated floors. Laundry facilities are located upstairs on this level. When entering through the double garage on the lower level you will find a mud/storage room to your left. Straight ahead is our fourth bedroom or den. This room has a queen sized Murphy bed (wall bed) with a true comfortable mattress, built in mill work surrounds the bed. There is a large couch for watching TV in this room (dvd w/ surround sound). Another full bathroom finishes this space with a shower, vanity, wc. There is a full office, with IMAC computor for guests to use & high speed internet (no dial up ! high speed cable , connection). Up one set of stairs is the main entrance with a powder room. This Townhome has a great floorplan which allows privacy and room for everyone.

| How do I get my check-in and arrival instructions | A : When we receive your final online payment, the software generates your property check-in information. This is sent to via email. This information is detailed as well includes our Concierge contact information . |
| What happens if I leave my check-in information at home? | Perhaps print 2 copies, please also keep our Concierge's telephone number handy so you may contact her enroute to Whistler. We will arrange for a concierge to meet you on arrival. |
| How do I check-in? | We will send your keyless access code in the e-mail, with instructions. You just arrive in Whistler and go straight to the property. You do not have to go anywhere first-start having a great time and go DIRECT to the Townhome! The garage opener will be on the dining table on arrival. Please make sure you take this out of your car before departure. |
| Can I check-in Early? | Please check with us a few days before you arrive. If someone is leaving on your arrival day, then we cannot guarantee that it will be ready before 4:00 pm. Sometimes, you can check in early-please inquire! |

| How do I check-out? | Please ensure that all the keys are left on the dining table and that the key in the entry box is replaced. If you have been using the garage opener, please make sure this is left behind on the dining table as well! |

| Do I need my own computor? | No, we have a high speed cable connection with an IMAC computor in the office for your use. Please take care. |
| What do we do if something goes wrong? | Our concierge wil be able to assist you with any emergencies. Telephone number is provided with your check-in information. |
| What sort of services are included with the reservation? | Our Concierge service provides several services. From airport transfers, baby sitting services, lift ticket delivery to the townhome on arrival, advance restaurant reservations, pre arrival grocery provisions- all of this is complimentary , and provided once your reservation has been confirmed. |
| Is there a Private Hot tub? | WE have a large private hot tub for your personal use. You will find the hot tub off the family room, on the front deck...enjoy the views! |
| What are the rules for hot tub use? | We would appreciate that you use the plastic glasses for out door use. The strata has strict rules regarding noise in hot tubs after 10pm. With respect to our neighbours & ccomplex we would appreciate that the hot tub is not used after 10.30pm. This is strictly enforced. This is a family complex with a quiet atmosphere. |
