|What time can I arrive at the condo?||You can arrive anytime after 4pm. This is to allow time for the cleaners.|
|How do I check-out?||You simply need to leave the condo and lock the door!|
|What time do I need to leave the condo?||Check out is 10:00am and is strictly enforced. This is because we need to allow time for the condo to be cleaned before the next guests arrive. If you wish to request a late check-out, please email us. We make a nominal charge for late check out. We cannot normally confirm this request until the week before your arrival.|

We found the rental condo to be good value for the money. It was clean and adequate for our needs. Location was perfect, just far enough away from the busy village but close enough to walk to everything you need. The free shuttle was great. Loved having the washer and dryer in the condo. Two suggestions: I am a first impressions person, so the only thing that I felt when I walked into the condo was that the wooden furniture needs to be sanded and varnished. The coffee table, and bedside tables and dressers look quite used and older. Nothing a good sanding wouldn't fix. Also, possibly a new hair dryer, as it kept blowing the circuit breaker whenever I used the high heat setting. Thanks for helping us create a great week with our family. We would definitely rent this unit again.
Perfect location for participants and supporters of Ironman Canada! We could not have been in a better location. The condo was clean, comfortable and was well stocked for cooking. The parking garage was a bit tight for a large SUV but having a reserved spot was great.
We had a great time staying at Northstar with our family. having stayed at Northstar before we were impressed by the presentation of the condo unit, decor etc. our kids love the pool and hot tub so they were in heaven! The location is great being right opposite the Marketplace and close to the square and stage where some of the Crankworx events were held when we were there.
This condo is in a great complex, so I definitely would consider staying here again. I think most of our issues with the condo had to do with the cleaning staff, not the owners, so keep that in mind. Pros: The location is wonderful, especially if you have kids! The marketplace is across the street, putting this unit very close to the playground in the Olympic Plaza. The kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful, and there was everything in the kitchen that I needed to cook meals. Even a box of ziplocs, lunch coolers & ice packs for packing picnics! Great pool and hot tub, and this unit is close to both! Fans upstairs Cons: The listing says there's a free shuttle running constantly to the other end of the village. However, we found out that the shuttle is only during winter ski season. This should be noted on the listing. Several stations were blocked on the TV - very regular cable stations required some sort of a passcode. No a/C - wish we would have known this. Bedrooms got pretty warm upstairs - thankfully they had fans in the closet! I had to clean sticky and crusty stuff on several surfaces when we got there, but there was not cleaner - a bottle of windex would be nice to have in the cupboard. When I went to put my son to bed, I had to clean what appeared to be puke off of the side of his bed frame - again, a cleaning staff issue, not the owners. Conclusion: There were a couple of other problems that we notified the owners about. They were very nice and said they didn't know and the cleaning staff should have notified them before we got there. The owners were very responsive and let us check out late since no one was coming in the day we were leaving. But, the cleaners still came wanting to clean before we checked out... So, I would stay in this complex again, but probably not this unit.
One of the best places I've stayed in at Whistler. Location was great. Had lots of fun in the pool and hot tub.
Perfect spacious place for our group of four friends. The condo itself was well appointed, clean, and the fireplace and heated floors were excellent touches. The complex hot tub and pool were huge and well maintained as well. Location was excellent, being literally right across the street from the start of the main Village road, with a grocery/liquor store being right there as well. There is also a 5 min bus outside of the complex entrance that goes right to the gondola if you don't feel like walking (which you totally can!). All in all, highly recommended!
We stayed at this condo for 10 days from January 28. Everything was at least as good if not better than promoted. Very easy to get to, on a second floor with a nice view, and close to everything.
A pleasure to deal with the owner and the condo was the best value for money we have encountered.Comfortable-well appointed - good location - However walking to the hot tub in minus 10celcius took a bit of getting used to. Found it easier to walk to the lifts instead of shuttle as we found it was not very regular early in the day. Will book it again next time we return.Hair drier kept tripping the circut breaker was the only problem we had.

Just got back from 5 amazing days at Whistler. Our stay at Cindy's condo was wonderful. Great things about this place: Plenty of space for 4 guests, everything is updated, short but freezing walk to the large outdoor jacuzzi, short walk to Blackcomb or Whistler, grocery store and more importantly liquor store directly across the street. The only negative was that when we arrived (long after official check in time), to our shock the place was an absolute mess from previous guests, cleaning service had not serviced the place. Called cleaning service right away who came and cleaned so we headed out to dinner. When we returned, the place was in tip top shape and things were good to go.
Unit is in good condition, clean, good layout. Location is OK but a bit of a hike to the lifts. We were here during Xmas week so the rate was quite high. During the regular season, it's probably good value for the money.
This Whistler Condo is perfectly situated in the village with the lifts, shopping, dining, hiking all readily available. The accommodations are lovely with an equipped kitchen, laundry, WiFi; perfectly comfortable. The owners provided the welcome packet with all pertinent information making check in a breeze! We would rent this condo again and definitely recommend it to others.
We loved the location, very close to all amenities and biking trails. the set up worked great for our family and was very comfortable. Wonderful service from the host / owner of the condo.

Overall the place is quiet, in a very convenience location, kitchen with all the equipment you need, secure parking lot. and interior is very cozy, but unfortunately a few of my friends point out under the bed is not vacuumed, and we saw a few popcorn under the sofa bed~~~
The condo was very nice. The heated floors and granite countertops were a real bonus. Unfortunately, we found many things in disrepair or filthy. Here are some of the issues: 1. We had to clean all the dishes and cutlery before using - nothing was clean. 2. The upstairs tub/shower had a clogged drain - we managed to clear it but it should have been noticed by the celaners rather than us. 3. The foyer closet door fell off its tracks. We fixed it but the hardware needs to be replaced. 4. There were several light bulbs missing or burned out. 5. Laundry detergent was under the sink in a container labeled for use as dishwasher detergent - not a good thing. 6. The bed in the master has a major squeak that should be repaired - it would have been easy if we had tools. 7. There was garbage under the cushions of the couches in the family room. It's too bad these little issues existed. We managed OK because we are handy and practical. The location was the best. It was very quiet and comfortable for the most part. The underground parking was very handy too. I would use the condo again as I know what to expect. Hopefully, the cleaners would be on top of the iussues outlined here.
Great place. Went with 4 friends, we had tons of room. Location was key. Max 7 min walk to the gondolas. Market place right across the street. We were stoked to find everything we needed to make our meals with (minus food of course). Would highly recommend this place. Great week spent at Whistler. Make sure when you're there you facebook check in at the Doug-out!
We were 2 couples staying at this great location. The decription of the location was accurate. Easy to check-in and check-our with a combination lock. We had a rental car and we had free underground parking. The photos did reflect the true description of the location. All amenities were in great working order. Free wi-fi is a plus. The Hot-tub is a 100 steps from the door and we appreciated this after skiing. The information provided by the owner was accurate and plentiful. The suttle bus is across the street and take 5 minutes to the gondolas. We did walk to the gondola but is more than 10 mins and is not worth it. The market place is across the street and you have all what you need at a walking distance. The location is close enough to the village but far enough not to be disturb by the late parties. The price and quality ratio is excellent. We would rent this place again with no hesitation. Thanks Mark and Cindy for making this trip a success. Bernard
We recently stayed in this townhouse with our family over the holidays, The location was ideal close to many restaurants and in walking distance to get on the buses for skiing. The place had everything we needed to cook a couple of meals and lots of space for the kids to have their own area to enjoy. Thank-you we would definatly recommend.
