Our family would like to say a big "Thank You!" to you for allowing us to rent your townhouse. Your "home-away-from-home" was great and provided us with a lot of space so we could "spread out" and not sit one on top of the other (as in a hotel room setting). The location couldn't have been better for the many walks we took, the bike riding we did, and the quiet, relaxation we were looking forward to. The best feature (although we loved everything about this unit) was the downstairs shower. We fell in love with those shower heads! Let me start by saying that we have stayed in 4 other places in Whistler and yours is by far our favourite. Quiet, yet close to all the activities. The kitchen was fabulous...I like to cook so having all the cooking utensils was incredible. The downstairs shower was loved by everyone! The robes in each room were a really nice touch. - Mona W.

My friends & I just arrived back in England today. We had a fabulous time in Whistler. You have a lovely house & we enjoyed ourselves very much. You've refurbished to a high level. We had a great vacation at your place. The skiing was outstanding & we were very pleased with the lodging (the location was perfect for us, as were the baby-friendly amenities). See Map Below for Exact Location- BLACKCOMB BENCHLANDS - A 5 minute walk along the "Valley Trail" takes you to the SKI IN/OUT access trail. Ski down to high speed quad that takes you to the alpine. Ski in at day's end and walk back to apres ski and hot tub. Alternatively, you can walk 20 easy paces to the free shuttle that comes by every 8 minutes, and that operates until 3 am daily and be whisked in minutes down to the central Village & the Whistler & Blackcomb Gondola bases. The shuttle operates on a 5-15 minute frequency. The stop is straight out our front door. Our guests say that the free shuttle is incredible for skiing AND apres ski in the Village. See the free shuttle schedule & route at: Note: our development IS Snowbird! We are located at the shuttle's Benchlands stop. You can't get much closer! Courtesy Hold Reservations For maximum fairness for all, we operate on a first come first serve basis and do not "hold" reservation dates without confirmed payment. The first party to book the property by clicking RESERVE NOW gets the dates in question.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Property Sale All bookings will be preserved in the event of a property sale. If the booking is not preserved by the new Owners, the new Owners will be contractually bound to move your booking at their expense.
Reservation Changes Reservations can be changed based on our cancellation policies.

Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage Bikes must be stored in the property entranceways only. Bikes are NOT permitted past the tiled entrance ways in the property.
Check-In Time 4 PM. Check in advance for possible early arrivals
Check-Out Time 10 AM. Check in advance for possible late departures
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guest is responsible for paying excessive cleaning costs stemming from extraordinary cleaning above the standard typical Guest stay. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.
Excessive Noise This is a family-oriented, quiet development. Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel. Normal conversation and laughing pitch is permitted. Screaming, swearing, yelling, etc are not.
Housekeeping Cleaning after departure is included; in addition, guests staying 8 nights or more receive a complimentary change of towels and bedsheets every 5th day. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee
Liability The Guest doing the booking is responsible and liable for all damages for ensuring that these policies are respected and adhered to. Guest releases property owners from liability for theft or injury while in transit to the property, in the property,or on resort lands
Maintenance Emergencies Local maintenance service responds with 24 hour pager.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 8. Additional persons will result in immediate eviction. Owner also reserves the right to reverse the reservation within 24 hours of booking.
Missing Items Guests will assume costs of replacing items that are missing upon the Guest departure.
Noise Restrictions Disturbing neighboring residents is prohibited. Fines will be levied on the spot to Guests who are disturbing the peace. Guests may also be evicted from the premise by the strata security company. Guests are also responsible for fines levied agains the Owner as result of noise bylaw infringements by the Guest. Normal conversation pitch is accepted. Continued screaming, yelling and/or swearing is not. The Owner will not refund evicted Guests.
Policy Updates Guests are accountable to the policies posted on my web site at the time of booking the property and are not subject to policies that were amended or added after their booking was made.
Property Damage Property damage of common or private property includes: physical damage, excessive cleaning, defacing property, excessive noise, littering, lude public behavior, missing items/theft. Guest agrees to pay up to $500 CAD for all private or common property damage caused by the Guest themselves, or a member of their party. Guests may also be evicted.Refunds will not be issued in the event of eviction. Owner reserves the right to request Guest account inactivation.
Rental Accommodation Zoning This property is zoned for nightly rentals.
Terms of Eviction More than one complaint from security will result in eviction.

Guarantees Policies

Snow Guarantee For each day that greater than 70% of the lifts are closed due to extraordinary weather conditions, the Owner will refund 50% of 1 corresponding night. Guest must notify Owner on the qualifying day so that lift status can be verified. Valid Jan 1-March 31

A great location and beautiful apartment

We rented this apartment for nearly 4 weeks in January. It was precisely as advertised. The owner communicated promptly and was extremely helpful with all our queries and needs. She supplied items over and above what was expected e.g. she even supplied all laundry detergent, and toilet paper. The house was warm and with spectacular views. The walking path to Blackcombe village is immediately outside the bedroom door, and a beautiful stroll straight into the Fairmont Chateaux at Blackcombe and across the road to the village stroll to Whistler. The hot tub was next to the apartment and easily visible below, from the verandah, should you have children swimming in it. Shutting the verandah door made the place entirely sound proof as well. We didn't sit outside due to the temperatures.

The kitchen was spacious with multiple appliances and utensils, a large oven and microwave and a dishwasher. It was a pleasure to cook in and family and guests could sit at the bar at the same time.

There was room for skis, boards and boots at both the garage entry and the front door entry. We had 11 pairs of skis and one board plus 6 pairs of boots and walking boots. Plenty of room. Both areas are heated and function like a drying room for ski suits, and gloves with hanging racks. Made life so easy leaving everything at the door literally.

All the bedrooms were spacious with ample storage, drawers and wardrobe space. The TV was enormous and there were plenty of board games to choose from.

Access was so convenient as it was keyless and a code for entry meant everyone could come and go as was convenient. Parking was spacious with a great turn around area. There were 2 spots if needed.

All in all, this apartment is in a prime location with a shuttle stop right out the front door and walking path out the back door. It is warm, spacious and has every appliance one could need. We will certainly stay there again and are already planning our return in the summer.

We had a great stay... very convenient, well laid out property.... hot tub was fantastic, we used the bar b q which was so nice to have... neighbours friendly. Could use another big pot in the kitchen... but that's nothing to complain about.

We really appreciated having the spices and other conveniences! Some condos don't even have salt!

Beautiful unit

The host of this property has been nothing but outstanding. I had many questions and issues with timing of my accommodation, delivery of goods to me whilst here, parking, etc etc. She was extremely prompt and very helpful. She went out of her way to make our stay as hassle free as possible. The unit itself was spacious with lots of storage and room for skis and boots. I have 4 children and we had tonnes of room. My children have 3 pairs of skis each also but with an area both upstairs and downstairs everything fitted in quite well. The heating is great. The kitchen is very spacious so any gourmet chef will have plenty of room. The utensils are plentiful. There are lots of plates and all manner of dishes and baking trays and bowls. The fridge is enormous which suited us so much, with a large freezer area. The lighting was quite good too as I hate dim lighting. It was great to be able to watch the kids from the balcony whilst they sat in the spa. This unit is actually on the walking track to ski in and we skied down this and crossed spearhead dr to arrive at the base of blackcomb. Of course you can catch the bus at the door. The only little issue I had was that the microwave was quite dirty inside with a lot of splatter. Clearly had just been missed with the cleaning. Also one pillow case in the kids room was quite dirty and I think simply overlooked because the rest of the place and bedding was immaculate. We were all provided with dressing gowns which were so convenient. This is a very impressive unit and we will definitely come back to it.

Another great stay! This place has great private and on street parking and very easy access to load and unload into the condo. Little things to bring with you are laundry soap and garbage bags as there is never enough in the unit.. Could use an update on the patio furniture, but having two decks to choose from depending on the sun and your mood was great!!

Awesome place to stay

This home was close to Blackcomb and Whistler lifts. All we had to do is wait for a shuttle bus at a stop near the house. One concern was that the bath towels were dirty. A plus about this location was that there was a hot tub that we could use after a day's work of snowboarding. Overall it was a great experience at Whistler and would recommend this property to family and friends!

Easy walk to lost lake in the summer and about 15 minutes to get to the village stroll. Very nice place and what you see in the photos is what you get. We had six in our group and ran out clean towels pretty quick so I would recommend asking for extra prior to your stay or bring one.

If you are in the main tv area and hear a short faint beep and can't figure out where its coming from - check the fridge as the door is not closed all the way.

Great place to stay while getting together to put in some bike park laps. Close enough to ride your bike to lost lake or the main bike park, but far enough away that you can sleep with your windows open at night.

Great place to stay with a family. My late teens like staying here and they are hard to please. Close to amenities but far enough from downtown to be quiet at night. We like that it is close to Lost Lake which is a favourite hangout in summer months.

This unit was perfection! Spacious for our group, it was everything we had hoped. Only negative really was that the hot tub closed when the temperature dipped below zero, seemingly due to icy conditions. This was puzzling, as there was no ice. Think there must be more of an explanation and I would hope this is temporary........... hot tub use was a big draw for our family over Christmas so the closure was disappointing. Gotta say, didn't think we'd bother with the Christmas tree and decorations in the unit but heck we did put it up (VERY simple) and it was a nice festive addition. Great idea!! Would definitely rent here again.

Great place to stay. We live in Whistler and due to an insurance claim had to choose a place to stay for two weeks. This was the best location and place that we could find.
