Our family would like to say a big "Thank You!" to you for allowing us to rent your townhouse. Your "home-away-from-home" was great and provided us with a lot of space so we could "spread out" and not sit one on top of the other (as in a hotel room setting). The location couldn't have been better for the many walks we took, the bike riding we did, and the quiet, relaxation we were looking forward to. The best feature (although we loved everything about this unit) was the downstairs shower. We fell in love with those shower heads! Although it's back to work today, we all came back feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated and carry along with us some very special family memories we created on this past week up at Whistler. - Roland B.

Let me start by saying that we have stayed in 4 other places in Whistler and yours is by far our favourite. Quiet, yet close to all the activities. The kitchen was fabulous...I like to cook so having all the cooking utensils was incredible. The downstairs shower was loved by everyone! The robes in each room were a really nice touch. - Mona W.

Full view of the kitchen, which includes a great APRES seating area where you can relive your mountain adventures with the cook! That's Cline Zinfandel in the photo..which is our family go to wine. (just a little tip--it's got a 90+ rating and is a bargain!) The kitchen includes basic staples like soap products, saran wrap, etc, storage containers and all cooking supplies you would need. We also keep basic food staples in the cupboards to share with guests. Tip! Organize your groceries in advance & get them delivered at arrival, so that you can get down to relaxing and having fun ASAP! Alternative view of the living room. There is a 50 inch flat screen TV w/ DVD and stereo too! This main floor also has an entrance from the outside, where you would walk 20 paces to the free shuttle. The main floor also has a bathroom and stairs that go down to the lower level. The lower entrance is from the secured garage, where you can park your car just outside the door of the unit!
This is an alternate view from the dining room. The wrap around fireplace provides for amazing apres ambiance at the bar or the dining table while socializing with the cook or playing fun board games with the kids! You can also see the deck that projects off the living room from sliding glass doors (see behind the couch).

This is the main floor bathroom. It includes a bubble jet tub, which is GREAT for an apres ski soak! The floors are heated to sooth your tired feet!
This is the main floor bedroom. The bed on the left is a single bed bunk. The bed on the right is a double bed on the bottom and single bunk on top. Our home is equipped with scushy comfy bathrobes for your maximum relaxation and coziness :)
This is another view from the main floor bedroom in the previous photo. It shows the second 37 inch flat screen TV. This is an ideal kids room. Kids love to load in their fave movies and flake out on their beds after a long day on the slopes and big soak in the hot tub. (PSST--this fun room also frees up the living room, kitchen and dining room for parents to socialize without a blaring TV in their ears!) This room also buys you some sleep-in time 'cause the kids quietly amuse themselves with some flicks if they wake up early from jet lag! Smart, eh?
This is the main floor entrance, which also has a heated floor for quick drying! We are a skiing family, so we know the importance of lots of places to quickly hang your gear and stash your stuff & helmets. The opposite wall lets you stand up your boards and includes even more hooks to hang your stuff. Walk 20 paces out that door and catch the free shuttle, which whispers by every 8 minutes in ski season! The shuttle wisks you to the village gondola base and all central locations. You don't need a car! (see testimonial on front page!)
These stairs lead you down from the main floor down to the lower floor. This is the view looking up the stairs to the main floor you just saw, from the garage entrance. The floors in this hallway are also heated. The doors to the left lead to the 2 other bedrooms. The bathroom and laundry area is at the end of the hallway, which you will see in the next photos!

This is a view from the entrance coming in from the garage. Note lots of storage for your gear, space to lean your boards and hooks to hang your stuff. That bedroom is the Queen bedroom. This entire tiled area and hallway also features heated floors.
This is the first bedroom you come to as you stroll down the hallway towards the bathroom. This is a queen bed. The bedrooms have lots of closet space, which is getting hard to find in Whistler! We provide comfy, cozy & fluffy bathrobes for each adult guest!

12-15 Person Common Hot Tub, newly rebuilt in July 2012: This is the Snowbird hot tub, which seats 12 people comfortably. Our complex is a quiet family complex. The hot tub is never crowded. Kids love its size! It is less than a 1 minute walk outside the lower entrance door. Actually, you can toss a can of beer from our balcony 10ft down to the tub :)

See Map Below for Exact Location- BLACKCOMB BENCHLANDS - A 5 minute walk along the "Valley Trail" takes you to the SKI IN/OUT access trail. Ski down to high speed quad that takes you to the alpine. Ski in at day's end and walk back to apres ski and hot tub. Alternatively, you can walk 20 easy paces to the free shuttle that comes by every 8 minutes, and that operates until 3 am daily and be whisked in minutes down to the central Village & the Whistler & Blackcomb Gondola bases. The shuttle operates on a 5-15 minute frequency. The stop is straight out our front door. Our guests say that the free shuttle is incredible for skiing AND apres ski in the Village. |Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Guest is responsible for paying excessive cleaning costs stemming from extraordinary cleaning above the standard typical Guest stay. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.|
|Excessive Noise||This is a family-oriented, quiet development. Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel. Normal conversation and laughing pitch is permitted. Screaming, swearing, yelling, etc are not.|
|Housekeeping||Cleaning after departure is included; in addition, guests staying 8 nights or more receive a complimentary change of towels and bedsheets every 5th day. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee|
|Liability||The Guest doing the booking is responsible and liable for all damages for ensuring that these policies are respected and adhered to. Guest releases property owners from liability for theft or injury while in transit to the property, in the property,or on resort lands|
|Maintenance Emergencies||Local maintenance service responds with 24 hour pager.|
|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||8. Additional persons will result in immediate eviction. Owner also reserves the right to reverse the reservation within 24 hours of booking.|
|Missing Items||Guests will assume costs of replacing items that are missing upon the Guest departure.|
|Noise Restrictions||Disturbing neighboring residents is prohibited. Fines will be levied on the spot to Guests who are disturbing the peace. Guests may also be evicted from the premise by the strata security company. Guests are also responsible for fines levied agains the Owner as result of noise bylaw infringements by the Guest. Normal conversation pitch is accepted. Continued screaming, yelling and/or swearing is not. The Owner will not refund evicted Guests.|
|Policy Updates||Guests are accountable to the policies posted on my web site at the time of booking the property and are not subject to policies that were amended or added after their booking was made.|
|Property Damage||Property damage of common or private property includes: physical damage, excessive cleaning, defacing property, excessive noise, littering, lude public behavior, missing items/theft. Guest agrees to pay up to $500 CAD for all private or common property damage caused by the Guest themselves, or a member of their party. Guests may also be evicted.Refunds will not be issued in the event of eviction. Owner reserves the right to request Guest account inactivation.|

Another great stay! This place has great private and on street parking and very easy access to load and unload into the condo. Little things to bring with you are laundry soap and garbage bags as there is never enough in the unit.. Could use an update on the patio furniture, but having two decks to choose from depending on the sun and your mood was great!!

This home was close to Blackcomb and Whistler lifts. All we had to do is wait for a shuttle bus at a stop near the house. One concern was that the bath towels were dirty. A plus about this location was that there was a hot tub that we could use after a day's work of snowboarding. Easy walk to lost lake in the summer and about 15 minutes to get to the village stroll. Very nice place and what you see in the photos is what you get. We had six in our group and ran out clean towels pretty quick so I would recommend asking for extra prior to your stay or bring one.
If you are in the main tv area and hear a short faint beep and can't figure out where its coming from - check the fridge as the door is not closed all the way.View Full Review

This unit was perfection! Spacious for our group, it was everything we had hoped. Only negative really was that the hot tub closed when the temperature dipped below zero, seemingly due to icy conditions. This was puzzling, as there was no ice. Think there must be more of an explanation and I would hope this is temporary........... hot tub use was a big draw for our family over Christmas so the closure was disappointing. Gotta say, didn't think we'd bother with the Christmas tree and decorations in the unit but heck we did put it up (VERY simple) and it was a nice festive addition. Great idea!!
