Our Townhome Entrance is Private and at Street Level.

The Front Entryway has a Large Closet for storage. From the Entry, a Hallway leads past a door leading to the Private Garage, past a Bathroom and a separate Laundry Closet leading to the large Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen. This Living Area has view to the outside and a Sliding Door leading out to the Patio, Hot Tub and a level area for the kids to play. The view is of both Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. From the Living Room, with large gas River Rock Fireplace and 25 ft. Vaulted Ceiling, stairs lead up to the 3 Bedrooms and 2 more Bathrooms. The Master Bedroom has a Private ensuite Bathroom with both a shower and a soaking tub. The room is blessed views of both Whistler and Blackcomb mountains. The 2nd Bedroom has an ensuite Bathroom with double entry shared with the 3rd Bedroom. Both these Bedrooms have views to the Coastal Range.

Our home is centrally located off Blackcomb Way and Lorimer Rd, near Whistler Village North and both mountains' ski bases just steps to the Shops, Restaurants, MarketPlace, Valley Trail and Alpine Lifts! It is quiet, peaceful and REALLY CONVENIENT! Montebello development is a quiet neighborhood within a few minutes walk to the hustle and bustle of Whistler Village North. The Valley trail is just across the street. To use the maps, click on the map image, and then click on the area you want to zoom in to! You can keep doing this to move all over the valley map. Click Reset on the window to go down to normal size. Our home is located on Casabella Crescent just off Blackcomb Way.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policy Description
Cancellations Made by Guests Payments non-refundable. Exception: A full refund (less a 10% admin fee) will be made if we can replace your booking; refunds are at the re-booked rate & based on the number of nights re-booked.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Not accepted. Reservations are confirmed with 25% deposit only.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals!
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information 1 week prior to arrival by email. Later for last minute reservations
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract Required. To be signed by guest upon reservation confirmation & payment of 25% deposit.
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation without a deposit refund. Deposit will be applied to same dates if still available should guest wish to re-book.

Reservation Changes If availability permits & in concordance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance, then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise from the hot tub area is not permitted after 10 pm. Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints & will be charged for fees incurred resulting from the need to call security. The hot tub area can be used, but please engage only in quiet conversation out of respect for our neighboring families.
Housekeeping Complimentary with 3 night minimum stay. Additional housekeeping can be provided for extended stays.
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property.
Maintenance Emergencies 24 hour contact. Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Nine (9). Strictly enforced. Parties in excess of maximums will be evicted with no refund.
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.

Property Damage Guest authorizes charge on their card upon departure (or later) in the event of property damage. You will be responsible for all damages. By accepting our guest stay contract, you agree to pay us for all damages you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: common or private property damage, noise complaints, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.

Reservation Guarantee Property Sale/Damage-We relocate you to a comparable property. If there are any rate increases associated with the move, we will contribute up to $100 CAD per night towards rate equalization. If we fail to successfully relocate you, you will receive a full refund. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products

Getting the Check-in Info

How do I get the check-in info? When we receive your final payment, we will send you resort information, complete instructions and emergency contact information via email one week before your stay.

Checking In

Can I check in early? We will try to accommodate early check-ins. Please contact us at least 7 days prior to arrival with your request. It all depends on whether we are able to ensure that the house has been cleaned following the check-out of the previous guest.

Checking out

How do I check out? Close the door and make sure it is locked.
What is check-out time? Check-out time is 10:00 am.
Can I check out late? Please request a late check out at least 7 days prior to arrival. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Will it cost me more to check out late? Only if you are checking out so late that our cleaners can't get in the same day, and we do not have another guest coming in: we will charge for an extra night. There is no extra charge for a regular late check-out.
What if I'm not ready to leave at check-out time? This creates a problem with the cleaners trying to get in to do their job in time for the next guest to arrive. Check-out time is mandatory unless we have approved a late check-out.


What if something goes wrong while I am staying in your home? We will provide you with a 24 hour on-call, in-resort, emergency contact number. Also, in our home, you will find a full collection of all the information you could possibly want, and more.
What if the house has not been cleaned when I arrive? We are pleased to say that this has never happened, and we doubt it will. BUT, if it does, call the emergency contact person and the situation will be remedied as quickly as possible. If the problem can't be remedied until the next day, we will certainly do our best to compensate you for the inconvenience.


How is the golf? The golf in Whistler is excellent with lots of choices.


What is there to do in the winter? Well, of course the downhill skiing can't be beat, but there is excellent cross country skiing as well. The Recreation Center has an incredible facility with a fitness center, squash courts, olympic size swimming pool, a jacuzzi, steam room, whirlpool for kids, and an ice arena. Prices are extremely reasonable for an all-day pass.
What is there to do in the summer? There is plenty to do in the summer! If you are active, to start with you will love to rollerblade, bike, hike, swim in the lakes or indoors in the olympic size pool, canoe, tennis, and golf. If you prefer more sedate activities, you can take a beautiful scenic drive, stroll through the Village visiting shops and enjoying the many cafes, visit a farm and pick raspberries, blueberries etc., you could visit a brewery, or just stay home and enjoy the serenity... There is a never-ending list of things to do!

The Moore family has always enjoyed the Whistler ski hills and the village atmosphere.  In 2009 they were able to fufill their long term goal of owning a property in Whistler.  This property had everything they were looking, to satisfy their families needs.
