Welcome to our home and thank you for visiting our webpage here in Whistler Creekside!  

We have only been here one year but have fallen in love with the LOCATION of this place and think that you will too.  Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall, this family oriented, quiet, complex has something special to offer in the Creekside area.  With peaceful, forested, mountain trails literally steps from our carport (which in winter lead down to the Creekside Gondola), we love to head out for our walks every morning and, depending on how energetic we feel and the time of year, either wander down to Creekside Village to grab coffee (5 minute walk) or up into the many trails of Big Timber Park.  Our complex is literally surrounded by nature on one side and the small village of Creekside on the other.  It's the best of both worlds.  

IN WINTER, our townhouse is a ski-in, ski-out property (when conditions permit --  I feel I have to state this due to last year's record late snowfall which delayed ski in/out conditions) or a one minute drive down to the free covered parkade.  You will find all the comforts of home here and the private hot tub, wood burning fireplace and large reading nook tucked in under the cathedral window are some of the things that make our time here even more special and relaxing. The 3 bedrooms will sleep up to 7 people comfortably and the open living, dining and kitchen area is perfect for cooking and socializing.  So, at the end of a great ski day, eat, drink and be merry -- curl up in front of the fireplace, take in the mountain views, grab a book and hit the nook with a blanket or enjoy the hot tub nestled in amongst the trees.

Property Description

A set of stairs from the carport leads to a spacious covered entrance area with plenty of room to get yourself organized out of the day's ski equipment, etc.  Enter the front door into a large entrance with lots of space to store boots, ski wear, etc..  There is one bedroom and a three piece bathroom on this first floor.  A flight of stairs takes you to the open concept kitchen, living and dining rooms with the third floor housing the remaining two bedrooms, jack & jill bathroom and a private hot tub located on the back deck so very private.  Daybed is located on the landing of the stairs going up to third floor bedrooms and is big enough for two people to curl up or play games.

This townhome is situated in Creekside just below a protected, old growth forest that makes up Big Timber Park.  It is a beautiful and peaceful setting with access to ski-in and ski-out trails (snow conditions permitting) during winter that lead down to Creekside base and Gondola and are great hiking and mountain biking trails after the snow has gone.  We timed our walk down to Creekside in the fall and it was less than 10 minutes -- a total bonus to be able to stroll down to the Village for groceries, coffee, spirits or a cold beer at Dusty's, or several other restaurants in the Creekside area.  There are two parking spots for the unit:  one is a carport (keeping your vehicle snow free) and the other is an uncovered parking space which is good for overheight vehicles.  NOTE ABOUT PARKING:  OUR COMPLEX HAS STRICT RULES ABOUT PARKING AND WE ARE LIMITED TO OUR TWO SPOTS WITH NO DESIGNATED VISITOR PARKING IN THE COMPLEX.  PLEASE ADVISE IF YOU WILL BE HAVING VISITORS WITH A THIRD VEHICLE.  WE MAY BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUEST.

Cable TV There are three TVs in the unit. A 46 inch flatscreen in the living room, 39 inch flatscreen in the master bedroom, and a 32 inch flatscreen in first floor bedroom.
Coded Access Doors are programmed door code lock system.
Deck There is a large common area deck just outside the front door of the townhouse which is perfect for a larger group to sit and watch the sun go down at the end of a perfect summer day.
Dining Area The dining table seats six people however two people can also eat up at the eating bar in kitchen area.
Parking - Free Private Parking We have two parking spots allocated for our condo. One is a carport and the other is an open space just down from our unit marked with our unit number.


We have a local person you may contact 24 hours per day in the event of an emergency or any other problems which may arise during your stay.

People with Restricted Mobility Property access and interior not suitable for persons of restricted mobility.
Subleased Tenants Subleasing to other tenants not permitted.
Wheelchairs Property cannot accommodate wheelchair use and wheelchair access.
Young Adult Only Groups 17-24 Young adult only groups age 17-24 are NOT permitted. If an adult books for a group of young adults, the whole group will be evicted without a refund even if the adult is staying at the condominium.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. If we are able to replace all or part of your booking then a refund will be made accordingly. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances that interrupt your travel plans.
Delayed Arrivals We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by the due dates will result in automatic cancellation without a deposit refund. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged.

Guest Stay Policies

Amenity Terms of Use Please respect all private and common amenities of the property. Damage or excessive cleaning to any amenity will be charged to the Guest responsible.
Check-In Time 4:00 pm - Early check in may be available. Please enquire.
Check-Out Time 10:00 am - Late check out may be available. Please enquire.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs. If guests cause the hot tub water to be drained and replaced due to un-clean use, the cleaning costs will be charged back to the guest.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise may result in eviction without refund. Our bylaws state a quiet period shall be in force in the entire complex by 11:00 pm until 8:00 am each day.
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage to the disposal area. We also request that the fridge be cleaned out and that the dishwasher be turned on at the end of the stay.
Hot Tub Please treat the hot tub with respect and keep the door closed while you are using it. If we find heavy and/or improper use of the hot tub during a stay results in a draining of the tub, these cleaning costs will be charged back to the guest. GENERAL COST FOR THIS SERVICE: $125.00.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
Liability The Guests, or the guests and/or other invitees or trespasser(s) of the Guests, shall, at all times, hold the Owners of this unit, safe and harmless from and indemnify them, on a solicitor and his own client basis, against any and all actions, matters of actions, causes of action, liabilities, claims, demands, suites, damages, losses, injuries, loss of life, consequential or other indirect damages including pure economic loss, suffered by any person, organization or corporation, arising or in any way connected with the rental of this unit, by the Guests from the Owners of this unit
Locking Door Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit or upon departure.

Damages include excessive cleaning, repair costs, replacement costs, call out charge costs and fines with respect to the condominium and the Whistler Creek Ridge property.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Please contact us. Damage or excessive cleaning to the property due to your equipment will result in extra charges to your credit card.
Terms of Eviction Guests will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund!

About Us

My husband and I have just recently purchased our townhome in Whistler Creek Ridge (2013) and have thoroughly enjoyed the last few months exploring its beautiful surroundings.  We have both lived in the lower mainland for most of our lives and have skied in Whistler for over 25 years on and off in between jobs and raising four children.  Our boys are now 14 years old and avid skiers so we are all looking forward to many ski seasons to come and being able to share this special place with others.  Thank you for visiting our property information page and we hope you choose to spend time in Whistler and with us.

The condo was very clean and in a quiet location. It has a very beautiful view of the mountains from all the main rooms. Our stay was great and perfect for a family. Our only suggestion is to provide a clear map for how to ski in. We were not successful in finding the ski in route for several days, which was a bit frustrating. But, once we found it, it was very convenient.

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay in this vacation rental. The owner, Carol, was very responsive to our inquiries and we were excited to visit Whistler for the first time. We live in Ohio, so this was a long trip for us. The unit was clean and had plenty of room for our family of 5! We loved the views, window seat and hot tub! The beds were very comfortable as well.

We found the Starbucks, ski rentals, grocery store and purchased our lift tickets all in one area very close to the condo upon our arrival. A few of our party did the ski out to the gondola and the rest of us drove the first day to Creekside (free parking) and the other days into Whistler (very reasonable day parking). We valeted our skis overnight in Whistler (below the ski rentals) for $5 per set.

We found out we were visiting at the busiest time of the year and discovered that we could catch the Fitz Simmons lift up faster from the base of Whistler than any of the gondolas (just a tip)! We were fortunate to have great skiing conditions! Our two oldest boys did use the ski in for the condo, but the rest of us did not. We preferred to ski down to the base of Whistler, have dinner, then head back to the condo. In all this unit is a great value and we would here there again!!!

This townhouse is a great winter getaway. It comfortably accommodated our party and the hot tub was a great stress reliever. We were reluctant at first to stay outside of Whistler Village but realized that Creekside has all the amenities your required, plus the bonus of being away from hustle of the village.
