We are conveniently located right next to the Lower Peak to Creek run which takes you down to Creekside base and Gondola.   This is a true ski-in, ski-out property (when conditions permit) with all the comforts of home that will make your vacation the best it can be.  The townhouse has  3 bedrooms that will sleep 7 people comfortably and the open living, dining and kitchen area are perfect for preparing meals and socializing.  At the end of a great ski day, curl up in front of the woodburning firplace and take in the mountain views or enjoy the private hot tub located on the third floor deck and nestled in amongst the trees.

 Property Description

A set of stairs from the carport leads to a spacious covered entrance area with plenty of room to get yourself organized out of the day's ski equipment, etc.  Enter the front door into a large entrance with lots of space to store boots, ski wear, etc..  There is one bedroom and a three piece bathroom on this first floor.  A flight of stairs takes you to the open concept kitchen, living and dining rooms with the third floor housing the remaining two bedrooms, jack & jill bathroom and a private hot tub located on the back deck lending great privacy!

This townhome is situated in Creekside just below a protected, old growth forest that makes up Big Timber Park.  It is a beautiful and peaceful setting with easy access to ski-in and ski-out trails during winter that lead down to Creekside base and Gondola and become great hiking and mountain biking trails after the snow has gone.  We timed our walk down to Creekside in the fall and it was less than 10 minutes -- a total bonus to be able to stroll down to the Village for groceries, coffee, spirits or a cold beer at Dusty's. There are two parking spots for the unit:  one is a carport (keeping your vehicle snow free) and the other is an uncovered parking space which is good for overheight vehicles.

You can't beat the peaceful, unique and convenient location of this property -- it will not disappoint!

Pets Please contact the owner for possibility of bringing dog. (And sorry, absolutely no cats).
Seniors We welcome seniors.
Not Suitable For:
Graduation & Stag/Stagette Parties Absolutely no grad, stag or stagette parties allowed.
Long Term Renters (Monthly) Sorry, we do not allow long-term renters.
No Smoking Inside - Smoking Outside Permitted This is a 100% smoke-free property.
People with Restricted Mobility Property access and interior not suitable for persons of restricted mobility.
Subleased Tenants Subleasing to other tenants not permitted.
Wheelchairs Property cannot accommodate wheelchair use and wheelchair access.
Young Adult Only Groups 17-24 Young adult only groups age 17-24 are NOT permitted. If an adult books for a group of young adults, the whole group will be evicted without a refund even if the adult is staying at the condominium.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for re-booked dates at the re-booked price and are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Delayed Arrivals We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by the due dates will result in automatic cancellation without a deposit refund. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. Guest Stay Policies

Policy Description
Amenity Terms of Use Please respect all private and common amenities of the property. Damage or excessive cleaning to any amenity will be charged to the Guest responsible.
Check-In Time 4:00 pm - Early check in may be available. Please enquire.
Check-Out Time 10:00 am - Late check out may be available. Please enquire.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs. If guests cause the hot tub water to be drained and replaced due to un-clean use, the cleaning costs will be charged back to the guest.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise may result in eviction without refund. Our bylaws state a quiet period shall be in force in the entire complex by 11:00 pm until 8:00 am each day.
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage to the disposal area. We also request that the fridge be cleaned out and that the dishwasher be turned on at the end of the stay.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
Liability The Guests, or the guests and/or other invitees or trespasser(s) of the Guests, shall, at all times, hold the Owners of this unit, safe and harmless from and indemnify them, on a solicitor and his own client basis, against any and all actions, matters of actions, causes of action, liabilities, claims, demands, suites, damages, losses, injuries, loss of life, consequential or other indirect damages including pure economic loss, suffered by any person, organization or corporation, arising or in any way connected with the rental of this unit, by the Guests from the Owners of this unit
Locking Door Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit or upon departure.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.

Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.
Parking & Ticketing Parking information will be provided in your check-in and arrival instructions email. We are not liable for any parking tickets or towing fees you may incur.
Property Damage Any damage to property or contents will be charged to the credit card on record. Guests assume all responsibility for property damage incurred by them themselves and their guests. Damages include excessive cleaning, repair costs, replacement costs, call out charge costs and fines with respect to the condominium and the Whistler Creek Ridge property.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Please contact us. Damage or excessive cleaning to the property due to your equipment will result in extra charges to your credit card.
Terms of Eviction Guests will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund!

 About Us

My husband and I have just recently purchased our townhome in Whistler Creek Ridge (2013) and have thoroughly enjoyed the last few months exploring its beautiful surroundings.  We have both lived in the lower mainland for most of our lives and have skied in Whistler for over 25 years on and off in between jobs and raising four children.  Our boys are now 14 years old and avid skiers so we are all looking forward to many ski seasons to come and being able to share this special place with others.  Thank you for visiting our property information page and we hope you choose to spend time in Whistler and with us.
