Welcome to our 1500sq.ft.luxurious and spacious penthouse on the slopes of Blackcomb Mountain at Whistler. We have been given a FIVE PEAKS rating from Tourism Whistler for our condo which is the same as FIVE *****.Total luxury of  marble and tile, stainless steel appliances,and heated floors, Our condo has been totally remodeled, upgraded, and professionally decorated. We are avid skiers in the winter and hearty hikers in the summer,so this is our home away from home with all the "Bells and Whistles" including  WIFI and a flat screen TV in all  3 bedrooms. Woodrun Lodge, located above the Fairmont Chateau Whistler and within short walking distance of the Four Seasons is in an ideal location for the Sliding events of the Olympics, as we are just below the Sliding Center.Take advantage of our True Ski-In/Ski-Out location; a heated walkway guides you to the slope. "LESS THAN A MINUTE YOU ARE IN IT"...The quad chair,that is, to either mountain. Set in a lush background of forest, yet a short 5 minute walk to the action of Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains you can get a good night's sleep here. Summer is just as fabulous! Please click on PHOTO GALLERY (first title under Detailed Description) on the left menu to see more photos 3 bedroom 1550 sq.ft. one level luxury ski-in/out condo with great views from all windows. 2 balconies, one with a view to the Wizard Chair. Spacious open plan living and dining room. 14 ft. ceiling in the living room, which is an octagon shape and almost completely all windows with a large gas fireplace inserted into one of those windows. Two bathrooms.

This is my favorite bedroom because of the bay window. It is a large bedroom with a King Split and excellent mattress. There is also a Flat Screen TV.

This is the smallest cozy bedroom with a sliding glass door balcony that is shared with the living room. The bedroom is off the living room and has French Doors.

Stainless steel appliances, It has heated tile floors, granite counters, an eating bar and lighting on a dimmer switch. There is also bead lighting running under one of the counters, as an added touch. It is a well stocked with ample dishes, cutlery, baking dishes, pots, pans, and other cooking utensils, condiments.

Basic Food Staples The Kitchen is loaded with all the usual bells and whistles!

Living Area

This is our favorite place to be after a day on the slopes. Fireplace on, music playing, candles lit, and watch the snow drifting down. It's magic!

Dining Area

The dining room area is large and there is extra seating close by at the granite eating bar in the kitchen, if you have company over.

Special Features

There is only one other unit in the complex like ours with the high 14 ft. ceiling and octabonal living room. I call it our Castle in the Clouds! Don't take the "in the clouds" literally though! Great views from this all windowed living room. Very spacious unit, completely redecorated 2005, Very close to Kids Kamp and Blackcomb Base.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! We know we have one of the best. "IN A MINUTE YOU'RE IN IT!" meaning walk past the pool, put your skis on and in a minute you are at the base of Blackcomb with easy access to both mountains. Want to walk down? Only 3 minutes down the slope and at Blackcomb Base you can sample savories in wonderful restaurants, relax in the Mallard Bar with your friends at the Chateau Whistler, or explore the ski shops and boutiques. Want to head for the Whistler Village....only another short pretty walk of 5 minutes. So close to the hustle and bustle of the village, but far enough away to enjoy a QUIET night's sleep. And we are right across from KIDS KAMP another bonus. Drop them off and off you go. There is also a free shuttle bus if you do not have a car and do not wish to walk, that will take you around.

Cancellations Made by Guests Cancel 90 days or LESS BEFORE your arrival date - The refund is contingent on re-rental of property, less $200 non-refundable administrative fee PLUS THE 4% charge that the credit card company charges us. We will refund your money less that amount if we can replace your booking; Refunds are at the re-booked rate & based on the number of nights re-booked.All cancellation refunds MORE than 90 days BEFORE arrival date are subject to a 5% cancellation fee plus the 4% charge that the credit card company charges us.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Reservations are not held without payment.Please confirm your reservation by clicking RESERVE NOW. We take live reservations 24/7 and therefore we operate on a first come first serve basis.

Excessive Noise This is a Quiet area.There is zero tolerance for any excessive noise. Complaints will result in eviction.
Housekeeping Before arrival and after departure. Complimentary midstay cleans provided for bookings of 8 nights or more.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler.
