2 day spring, summer  and fall rentals are available.

Our Whistler Northern Lights #19 condominium will guarantee you a memorable vacation. The living room, dining area and kitchen are all under the same cathedral ceiling which creates the perfect social atmosphere for great conversation, musical entertainment and cooking fantastic meals. The den has a new high quality queen sofa bed and works perfectly as a overflow TV and games room. The bedrooms are on the lower floor which makes them quieter when entertaining is occurring upstairs and cooler in the summer. The luxurious new hot tub is extremely private and the ski runs are ski in and only a short 5 to 10 minute walk up away. There is parking for 2 vehicles in the garage and 2 on the driveway.

Property Description

The condominium has been set up for convenience. Enter through the garage door with your skis; hang your skis up on the wall storage rack; change into your shoes and put your gloves and boots on the boot and glove dryer. Enter a secure door into the main entry way. A large walk in closet has 20 hooks for all of your jackets and backpacks.

The 3 bedrooms are downstairs and the living room, den, kitchen are upstairs. This is perfect for putting the children to bed while the adults are entertaining upstairs. The den is private and right next to the upstairs bathroom and is a great overflow room for kids to play video and board games. The pull out queen bed is brand new and very comfortable.  

We are serious skiers and so the ski tuning bench is a must. Save some money and do your own waxing with our wax, ski tools and waxing iron.

Adults - Min Age to Stay: 25 Adults must be 25 years of age or older. We welcome kids and families.
Non-Smokers Only Absolutely no smoking allowed. Guests liable for costs of special cleaning and fumigation, if housekeeping staff detect any evidence of smoking in the property.
Not Suitable For:
Graduation & Stag/Stagette Parties Absolutely no grad, stag or stagette parties allowed.
Long Term Renters (Monthly) Sorry, we do not allow long-term renters.
No Smoking Inside - Smoking Outside Permitted This is a 100% smoke-free property.
Pets No pets allowed. No exceptions. Guest liable for costs of special cleaning, including carpets, if housekeeping staff detect any presence of pets in the property.
Travel Reseller Bookings - no Referral Fee offered We do not accept travel reseller bookings.
Young Adult Only Groups 17-24 Young adult only groups age 17-24 are NOT permitted. If an adult books for a group of young adults, the whole group will be evicted without a refund even if the adult is staying at the condominium.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for re-booked dates at the re-booked price and are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Cancellations Made by Owners We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to a late payment or if you violate any of our published policies. All payments are non-refundable.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract By reserving online via your credit card, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Guest Stay Policies

Policies:
Amenity Terms of Use Please respect all private and common amenities of the property. Damage or excessive cleaning to any amenity will be charged to the Guest responsible.
Noise Restrictions No excessive noise after 10pm. You will be evicted if complaints occur from other tenants.
Parking & Ticketing Parking information will be provided in your check-in and arrival instructions email. We are not liable for any parking tickets or towing fees you may incur.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage There is ski storage for 15 pairs of skis in the garage. Skis cannot be stored inside the condominium itself.
Internet Availability & Usage Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage and recycling to the disposal area at the top end of Tantalus Drive. We also request that the fridge be cleaned out and that the dishwasher be turned on at the end of the stay.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs. If guests cause the hot tub water to be drained and replaced due to un-clean use, the cleaning costs will be charged back to the guest.
Bike Storage We have provided stands for 4 bikes in the garage. Bikes cannot be stored inside the condominium itself.
Check-In Time 4 pm. Early check in may be available so contact us prior to arrival.
Check-Out Time 11 am. Late check out may be available so contact us prior to arrival and check out.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise You may be evicted due to excessive noise that disturbs other guests. No refunds will be provided.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
Liability The Guests, or the guests and/or other invitees or trespasser(s) of the Guests, shall, at all times, hold the Owners of #19 4150 Tantalus Drive safe and harmless from and indemnify them, on a solicitor and his own client basis, against any and all actions, matters of actions, causes of action, liabilities, claims, demands, suites, damages, losses, injuries, loss of life, consequential or other indirect damages including pure economic loss, suffered by any person, organization or corporation, arising or in any way connected with the rental of #19 4150 Tantalus Drive by the Guests from the Owners of #19 4150 Tantalus Drive.

Property Damage Guests assume all responsibility for property damage incurred by them themselves and their guests. Damages include excessive cleaning, repair costs, replacement costs, call out charge costs and fines with respect to the condominium and the Northern Lights Property.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.
Terms of Eviction Guests will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund!

Such an amazing place for a getaway in Whistler! The condo was very easy to find and situated in a great location, close to the village. The unit itself is quiet and rather private. The place was pretty much exactly as the pictures were shown. It was extremely clean/neat and organized. Kitchen was very well stocked with the basics. It was very easy to find everything (all the lights/switches are labelled, hot tub manual was posted) and the owner was very easy to contact for help (usually responded within 5 mins of an email). The place was super cozy and everyone slept very comfortably, sufficient bedding/linens/towels were provided as well. Soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers were a nice touch and great for those who forgot stuff. The rooms were on the lower level which made the rooms cooler and more comfortable in the summer heat. Definitely a place that I will consider staying again.

Paul's condo has everything you could want and more. Our large extended family (9 with 3 teenagers and 2 twenty somethings) had plenty of space and we were able to enjoy wonderful family dinners at the large dining table. The kitchen is outfitted even better than mine and I am the family chef. The three full baths are completely outfitted as well - you need bring only your toothbrush. Paul is very responsive and provides excellent information and service prior to and during your stay. We all highly recommend this condo for any large group visiting Whistler and look forward to a return visit soon.

10 of us stayed in Paul's Northern Lights #19. Which I thought was in a great location. Upon arrival was spotless and even though I had forgotten a few points and instructions that we had already gone over, Paul was patient with me and always quick to respond to my emails and questions. I would recommend this unit to a large family or two average size family's as it can easily accommodate for a large group. We all had a great time and everyone was impressed with the unit. Thanks again !

A beautiful home, just a short walk to The Fairmont hotel and main village area. Great response time and help from the owner. I was going to book again for Labor Day but it's already snatched up. I will definitely come back to this property. They have provided everything you need as well - towels, spices, hairdryers, and lots of space!!

We rented the condo for 9 days in april. Was perfect for our young family and another couple who also have 2 children 10 yrs old. Spacious. Well equipped and set up. I can't rave enough about my experience in Whistler this past trip. I'll attempt to keep it brief, but it will be difficult. First off, the booking process was painless and Paul was incredibly quick at responding to any and all of my questions (more on this later). Second, the location! It really could be billed as a Ski in and ski out condo. It was fantastic at the end of the day (as long as you know where you are on the mountain and how to get back to where you came out in the morning :)) to ski down. And, depending on your skill level, ski all the way to the short staircase, and then another 25 yards to the house. Simply ideal. The hike out in the morning will get your blood flowing, but definitely shorter than walking to the lift on the street in boots! And in the evening it was a short stint in shoes into the village for dinner and night life. No problem at all (you can even cut through the Westin, but don't tell anyone). Third, the house! Seriously great. Bbq, Hottub, fully stocked kitchen (gear wise that is), what amounted to 4 bedrooms with doors, and great space for dinners in and game nights. The pictures tell the story on the advert. The fireplace really set off the living space wonderfully. Fourth, the service! From start to finish, I was impressed. But one story really tells the story: We couldn't get the dryer to work (it ended up being user error, [shaking my head in shame]), but Paul sent someone over while we were out skiing that same day to check it out and when we returned I had an email waiting for me with an update and fix. Doesn't get better than that. If that doesn't convince you to check this place out, I can guarantee next time I am in Whistler I will be staying here again (unless it's booked up!). Happy powder hunting!

Spent 10 days with 5 adults and two childern (7 months and 3 years). Everything was exactly as advertised. 2 adult skiers found access to and from the condo to be relatively easy (once we got our skiing legs!), while 3 non-skiing adults found the condo to be home away from home, perfectly located a little ways from the village but close enough to head down when required. Paul went way above and beyond to assist us in renting baby equipment from a local supplier and contacted us occasionally during our stay to ensure everything was as it should be. Definitely recommend the condo to anyone considering heading to Whistler.

Place is incredible. Had all the amenities and set up well with the snow sports catered equipment like the boot/glove dryer, waxing station, and drying closet. It's a hike up to the mountain and we took cabs to/from the village in the evenings. Walking up the hill is no fun but totally doable and cabs are easy to come by and cheap. All in all a great place.

This condo comfortably fits 10 people and is just a few minutes away from the nearest ski slope, though the walk up was a bit icy while we were there. There was plenty of parking space and the spa was great to come home to after skiing. The owner (Paul) was very friendly and provided lots of helpful information including directions to the property as well as advice for heading out to the slopes. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation for larger groups in Whistler!

This was our second time staying at Paul's place. This time, like last time, we stayed for five days to go skiing at Whistler during american Thanksgiving. The place was perfect. We certainly appreciate the extras like the wax station, boot dryer and hot tub. We also liked that Paul has upgraded the pull out couch in the den. With a group of 8 the place was very comfortable. Seven of us stayed here for the Whistler 50 Relay race. Everyone loved this beautiful and conveniently located townhouse. Tons of space and lovely d├ęcor and furnishings made it feel like a home away from home for the weekend. After a day of relay racing, it was wonderful to come back to the hot tub. The well-equipped kitchen and large dining room table easily accommodated everyone for an enjoyable group dinner on the Saturday night. The owner, Paul, was great to deal with and very responsive. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back!

We're a group from San Diego that drove along way to experience Whistler. The knew this would be a nice place to stay after seeing pictures and reviews. But other positives exist. It's at the bottom of the stairs from a-line...the balcony view is gorgeous...and there is simply no traffic on this dead end road. Great place to stay!

We had 10 people stay at this town home. It was appointed very well. It is very close to the village just a short jaunt up Tantalus Dr. It is nice to have a garage to pull your car(s) into or have a great staging area for all your recreational activities, which is how we used it. A large kitchen with a table seating for eight and upper end appliances made dining together quite nice. All and all a great place to stay!

Beautiful condo in a great location. Close walk to the village. Double garage with extra parking in the driveway was a bonus. This was a very nice condo setup especially well for skiing/boarding. This condo is right by the stairs that lead you to the mountain and the garage is setup very well for storing skiing and boarding equipment, including an excellent rack for boots and gloves with a dryer. The garage also has a workbench for equipment. The inside is very nice, all 10 people were able to comfortably fit around the dinner table, the kitchen is well stocked, everything was conveniently labeled. The hot tub was nice. Great place all around.

From the moment we arrived we were very pleased. The info package that was emailed to us after we booked explained everything you needed to know about the condo. Paul was professional and responded to any of our inquiries in a timely manner. The place itself was very roomy and had all the essentials and more. The location is superb; adjacent to the village and just a few minutes walk until you are right on the slopes. The outdoor bbq and hot tub were a real treat as we were able to grill our own steak dinners and enjoy them in the comfort of our own place. The service we received from the owners was excellent. I was a little unsure if something went wrong would I be able to get in touch with someone immediately. I'm use to just calling the front desk. Well it was great I just had a couple of very minor items such as how to turn the kitchen light on etc. my answer was just a quick phone call. The condo was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. The location was so awesome just hidden away up in the mountains. The snow was falling and our entire family walked through the woods together and then walked down to the village. Short stroll. All the amenities were at our fingertips (great). What I liked best about the condo is that it seemed so hidden away I felt that we were the only people up there. The condos are placed very uniquely in the mountains that give this feeling. We will sure come back again. Thanks guys for all the beautiful memories.

We headed up to Whistler for a weekend getaway, four adults and 6 young kids. What a fabulous location - we walked to town and the kids loved playing in the little green (well, snowy) area at the end of the street. The Condo is absolutely gorgeous. We loved so much about it, the attached garage to start, easy for unloading, the bunks for the kids and the many bathrooms. It was also lovely to stay in a place with excellent quality kitchen gear.

We really enjoyed our stay during summer 2012. The condo slept 10 comfortably and was well kept, well furnished, comfortable and clean. The owners were helpful and responsive. Instructions for all the condo's features were easy to follow. Central location - we were able to walk to the village in less than ten minutes, and find a trail for a morning run easily. We had planned on a night out but decided to stay in the condo in the evening because it was so nice. Hot tub a good size. Bbq great. Bedrooms are downstairs which is good for noise. The only thing about the condo that could be improved would be a bigger deck for the summer and perhaps a bit more sunlight in the main room - but those are minor. It's got really high ceilings for an airy feel. It's got a nice view of trees and mountains, not of buildings. All in all, would recommend to others!

We just stay at Northern Lights #19 for a weekend to do some spring riding for Telus Wssf. The condo is immaculate, The views are spectacular and the amenities are plentiful. We arrived on a Friday evening and were greeted by stunning ceilings and a polished look to the condo, from the first minute we felt at home. The bedrooms are comfortable, the bunk rooms sleep 3 and no one from our party had any complaints. We were very pleased with the personal touches, my favourite is the ski/board waxing station in the garage. Our whole party was quite thrilled with the boot/glove dryer in the garage after an afternoon of spring riding. Paul was great with being quick to answer any question we had and helped us whenever we needed it. The location is great, walking to the village is only 10minutes and same to the ski-out location. The ski-in is easily accessible. The only thing we found difficult was the walk up the hill from the village, but it is less than a 10 dollar taxi ride. We look forward to staying there again and I will be referring my family and friends to Paul to ensure their weekends are just as amazing as ours was.

I rented this condo for a snowboarding trip and to celebrate my boyfriend's 30th birthday. The condo was very clean and beautiful. I love the layout of the place with the kitchen and entertainment area on the top floor and sleeping rooms on the bottom. The location is perfect- very close to the village, 10-15 minute walk. Paul was very nice and extremely helpful. He kept me updated on any information I needed to know before our trip. The only sore note on this trip was that one of our friends had his car towed within 20 min. of pulling his car out of the parking space to allow for easier packing as he was getting ready to leave. There must be someone on watch just waiting to call the tow truck because it was within minutes! My friend came back out to put things in his car and the car was gone!!! $175 to retrieve his car. Paul gave us plenty of warning about parking so no blame there. For those that stay here- do not- even for a minute park anywhere else other than the garage parking spaces or inside the garage. The tow truck guy said it was always the same person who reported cars to be towed. Must be some neighbor with nothing better to do. Other than that- you will not regret staying here. Beautiful. It has everything you need and more. I miss it already! :) Loved the jetted tub in the downstairs bathroom!

The place is fantastic, well located, quiet, and feels very homey. Anytime I had a question or issue with something, the response was extremely quick. The only thing I have to say that could be improved is that these units, given the price, should be equipped with kitchen basics such as spices, and perhaps condiments such as ketchup. It's a bit annoying that we had to purchase all of the necessary spices to cook and barbecue for only one weeks stay. A few basics would be great (we had to run a couple time to the market for spices) and only represents a small investment. Aside from this little detail. I would recommend this place to all.

Amazing house to share with friends. We rented this townhouse with several friends and found it ideal. Lots of space and well equiped with well organized extras. It is clear the owners want to provide a nice place. Our one concern about the water in the hot tub was addressed immediately and we really enjoyed having a late check out on our last afternoon so we could jump in the tub one last time before heading back to town. The ski in is a short trail with good steps and there is a short walk to the village in the evening. We would be happy to rent here again.

This was our first time staying at the condo and everyone in my party was delighted with it. The location is perfect for skiing, just a short walk up some stairs and you're right on the slopes. The village is a bit further, but not a bad walk at all. The condo has a lot of character and is set up great for entertaining a small group. It was so comfortable we found ourselves spending most of our time eating in, hot tubing, and playing board games at the condo, rather than venturing out like we had originally planned. The owners were also extremely helpful and accommodating. They were very responsive to any inquiries we had prior to arrival and provided a nice guide to help us determine how everything worked. They have thought of everything and make sure to provide all the staples you may need which was great when we realized we had forgotten some items. The place was stocked with all the necessities for cleaning and cooking. All in all, this place made our trip one to remember and I highly recommend it. If I have another opportunity to travel to Whistler again, I'll absolutely try to book the condo again.

Fabulous property with everything you'd want in a vacation home. Feels like home...and a little more. The owners kept the place in tip top condition with little surprises to add that special touch for our stay. They provided us with a real Christmas tree over the season and had very thorough instructions on how to use certain appliances and procedures to operate the property. Communications between guests and the owners were superb even though we've never met in person, they made it feel like we were apart of their family.
