We look forward to hosting you in our lovely and accommodating three bedroom Montebello home. Here, you, your family and friends will be so comfortable ,you'll look forward to every time you come "home" to clean up and relax after a full day of activities. With three bedrooms, three baths, and a seriously comfortable living room sleeper sofa, ourhome is well set up for a maximum of eight people and your nice pup too (with permission ahead of time).
Our home is located just a five minute walk to the North Village and 15 minute walk to the Gondola. Our home is fully and thoughtfully equipped throughout, and each of the three bedrooms, as well as the living room, has its own large flat screen TV! Guests appreciate the open floor plan and fully equipped kitchen with with private hot tub on the patio, beautiful gardents and expansive "Green Space". What a perfect spot for kids and brave adults who can make snow angels in the winter, or kick soccer balls in the summer, if not soaking their soar muscles. Our spacious garage has ample parking space for one car and all your play gear, and there's additional space in the driveway for a second car. Room for a third car is available for guest parking across the way.

|Excessive Noise||Resort Municipality of Whistler has a no noise bylaw after 10pm or before 7am. The Strata Manager and Whistler Bylaw will fine any persons breaking this bylaw.|
|Garbage Removal||It is the responsibility of the guest to remove their garbage upon leaving. If the cleaning staff needs to remove the garbage the guest will be charged accordingly.|
|Housekeeping||complimentary for arrival and departure for stays 7 days or less. Stays over 7 days will include a stay over clean complimentary. Extra cleans can be arranged at a cost to the guest.|

Tadd and Caroline are active skiers, climbers, cyclists and hikers. We also enjoy yoga, music and spending time together in the kitchen and entertaining. With two grown boys and lots of friends who love to ski, bike, climb and hike, our Whistler home is the perfect place for all these activities. If we could stay all the time we would!

Cozy Whister townhouse

Usually book our annual girls weekend at Glacier's Reach however unit this year we were slow to book and it was take, so we chose this unit. The Montebello complex was much quieter and the unit itself was large enough to accommodate 7 girls comfortably.
As we have aged we enjoyed the quieter complex and more room for a little extra $. Care taker was easily reached and accommodated our requests. Downstairs washroom was broken upon arrival which caretaker came quickly to check out however was unable to fix it on a weekend. Hot tub was kind of dated and took a very long time to reheat after needing a refill.
All in all it was a satisfactory place to stay in Whistler.View Full Review

This was our fourth stay at Montebello but our first at this particular home. We really loved the layout with the hot tub just outside the kitchen and dining area. The hot tub itself was very well-maintained--the color-changing lights were fun. The living room was nicely decorated with the old skis and equipment.
A big thanks to Steve, the caretaker of the property, for delivering an electric hand mixer at the last minute so our family could make a German cake. It was the first trip to Whistler for our German family and they were totally awestruck with the accommodations. The property played a big part in creating a memorable family trip and we look forward to returning again soon.View Full Review

My sister is in a hockey tournament every year and this is by far our favorite place! The location was ideal, quick drives and walks to everything we needed. I really enjoyed staying at the cabin. There was plenty of rooms and bathrooms to fit 8 people very comfortably. The owners were helpful and quickly responded to questions. The only thing I would note is that the free shuttle to the mountain does not stop around this neighborhood. They mentioned that the area was not paying their taxes so the shuttle service will not be provided. Our group ended up walking back and forth to the mountain which took about 30 minutes each way because we had to carry so much gear. It wasn't a big deal but would have definitly preferred taking a shuttle after a long day of snowboarding.View Full Review

After months of hard work, this Whistler home made it all worth while after one relaxing weekend at this beautiful home. The owners and property manager were very well accommodating and made sure we had the best experience out of our stay. The home had everything we needed and more!
The property had plenty of parking with 3 guest parking spots just in front of the home and 2 property spots - one inside the garage and one just outside the driveway. There were no problems checking in. Everything was working and easy to use.There is a private hot tub just outside the back with a beautiful yard. Upstairs had 3 beautiful spacious rooms and a total of 3 bathrooms. The sofa also comes out as a foam mattress bed. By the front doors, they also had an air mattress if needed.
We all had no problems with the house. It was clean, new and well maintained. The kitchen had pretty much everything you would have in a regular home (cups, plates, utensils). It was a modern looking cottage type of home with wood interior/design. The best part was it was only about 10 minutes walking from the Village, restaurants and hiking paths. The townhouse was spacious and well furnished with a very functional layout. Unlike many rentals in Whistler this one feels more like a home and less like a hotel or dorm room. Little touches like the caphalon cookware make this townhouse stand out. The location is fantastic with easy walking distance to the village and lifts. Thanks for a great vacation!

My family and I stayed in Tadd and Caroline's townhome last april, near the end of ski season. We knew that the snow would perhaps not hold out for us, but we also had visted Whistler enough times to know that there is plenty to do besides skiing. We were not disappointed, and certainly not by the Perkin's beautiful home. As the other reviewers mentioned, it is well apointed with every detail you can imagine needing while away from home, and perhaps even beyond! It is a 5 minute walk to the Olympic Village which was ideal for our family with two small children (no getting in and out of car seats for three days!) The hot tub was the icing on the cake, after a day of skiing/tubing, hiking, biking, playing at the Rec Center, jumping at the bounce place in Function Junction, shopping, and even first thing in the morning with our coffees and juice boxes! The Perkins provide loads of information about where to eat, play and visit during your stay, offer games and movies for adults and kids alike, and clearly went to great lengths to make anyone staying at their home feel like they have done everything they can to ensure a fabulous experience. Perfect townhome for a perfect getaway

We loved this townhome! The complex is within walking distance to the Olympic Village, as well as a great hiking/biking trail. The house is very cozy, with all the comforts of home you can imagine. Great TVs, games, dishes, towels, soap, access to washer/dryer, maps, tools, and even a high quality stereo system you can plug your iPod or iPhone into. And of course the wonderful hot tub! Perfect after a long day of skiing or hiking. Everything is very clean and beautifully maintained. Tad and Caroline were very helpful and welcoming. This is our 2nd stay here, and we plan on staying here each time we visit Whistler.

The most amazing townhouse

This is hands down the best Montebello home available. After looking through many, many different houses within the complex, the pictures of this one stood out the most. It is uniquely renovated to truly feel like a home away from home. Upon booking through alluradirect.com, I was promptly emailed & began corresponding with Caroline right. She was very patient & quick to answer all my questions (& there were tons!) for my long weekend trip with friends. All the information I'd need for an enjoyable stay was emailed to me, but also provided in a booklet at the townhouse. It was everything we expected to be & more. There was enough cups, plates, utensils, pots/pans etc to use for multiple families, & the cupboard was even filled with salt/pepper & other spices/seasoning. We had everything we needed to cook our meals & more. The townhouse itself is extremely spacious & was very clean. 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, a queen sofabed, a queen inflatable mattress + electric pump, & a single foam mattress made sleeping situations very easy. The linens closet had enough towels/bed sheets for everyone, with more provided in every bathroom. The 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms (one ensuite) were upstairs, each with their own TV, & another TV in the main living room. There were also board games & movies provided, alongside magazines about things to do in Whistler. All bathrooms had a shower (including the downstairs main one) & the master bath came with 2 shower heads. The information booklet was also very helpful & there was even a caretaker manager who was available for contact if we needed him. The open space shared backyard had a BBQ grill & private hot tub that fit 8 people, which we definitely enjoyed using. The yard is very well taken care of & it was a relaxing to be out there at night. One of the upstairs bedrooms also had a private deck with a table & chairs, which was nice. There is also free wiFi! & a phone with free local calls. The location of Montebello is right beside the Village- just 2 turns from the entrance of the complex, which also leads you to the free Village day parking in Lot 4. The walk was less than 5 minutes. It’s a convenient location because there is a grocery store & liquor store right at the Village entrance, as well as a Starbucks & McDonald’s. In short- this is definitely the place to stay for a trip to Whistler. It has everything you’d need in a home & the owners are so helpful & sweet. I would definitely recommend this to friends & my group is already thinking of when to come back!
