Thanks for visiting our website! We live in Surrey, BC with our two teenage sons. We've taken many family holidays in the summer to Whistler and fell in love with the whole Whistler experience. Hiking and biking, Ziptrekking, and ATVing have all helped to make our trips memorable - definitely the best time of the year! We hear that Whistler is great for skiing, snowboarding and snowshoeing in winter too!
We hope you enjoy our place as much as we do.

My friends and I had a great time staying at Anne and Greg's condo. The location is great and just across the street from all the amenities and shops in the village, making it really easy to access. There was plenty of space for myself and two friends, and it was nice to have all the equipment to do things like cook a nice brunch in the morning. Only minor gripes would be the kettle needs a good clean and one of the mugs was leaking, but all-in-all it would be a great place to stay again and would recommend to others.View Full Review Owner Has Responded

The owners Anne & Greg were very responsive to any questions. The condo was perfectly located for our summer visit - close to the main village but far enough away to not hear any noise. The unit matched the pictures perfectly. It had everything we needed and was very spacious and clean. It was also nice to have the included parking space. I would recommend this condo.View Full Review

My daughter and I had a nice 2-night stay at this property. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the umbrella, as we had one rainy afternoon. Rough check in Smooth sailing after that

Great place in an excellent Whistler location literally across the street from the Marketplace. Finding the actual unit especially in the dark is no treat. A map was supplied of the buildings but not everyone who has just drven up from Vanouver or farther is eager to tackle small print maps. I found a local cleaning firm who kindly showed me the way. The indicated key to the parking (which is good value as it is included in price) turned out to be not as described, further lengthening the get settled in time. Note the parking stall number is different from the unit number, which is counterintuitive for me. Once settled the place is great. Owners were not available by phone or email when I needed guidance at check in- although to be fair I checked in a day after plan.View Full Review
Series of disappointing failures

We spent a great deal of time looking for accommodation in the area that had certain features, including, most importantly, a fireplace. We were staying in Whistler, after all. Upon arrival, we found the fireplace to be completely unoperational. When we called the host, he told us that the pilot light has probably just gone out, and did not make any arrangements whatsoever to help us fix it. We then spent the next two hours working to fix the fireplace - turns out there was a lot more wrong with it than the pilot light. In fact, I put my money on the conclusion that the fireplace hasn’t been in operation for some time and the host (who lives hours away) had no idea about the problem.
After that disappointing failure, we went to the bathroom hoping to warm up with a nice hot bath after we were unable to enjoy a fire as we had planned. Before the bathtub was even half full, the water started to run cold. There is no explanation for this other than the hosts' water heater is not being properly maintained.
After that second disappointing failure, we retreated to the bed which was fine except for the fact that it was very soft and left us with back pain in the morning. When we reported all of this to the host he didn’t have any sympathy and suggested that we were lying about some of the problems.
If you want a nice time away, don’t spend it in a place owned by a bad apple like this.View Full Review Owner Has Responded

The location was very convenient for getting groceries, and the appointments of the condo made it exceptionally home-like and welcoming. The level entry is great for those of us who are a bit older. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom was a life-saver as we were there during a heat wave!
Air-conditioning is the only improvement that I can think of. The owners were extremely helpful in getting medications returned to us when we left them behind at check-out.

Reasonable rates, clean, quiet, bright, easily accessible, comfortable, well stocked, very spacious with 2 patios, conveniently located and walking distance to the village.
The owners Greg and Anne were very helpful, kind and pleasant to connect with as we stayed in contact by email. When they found a bag of personal items, they messaged me asking if it belong to us and if so they can bring them down to the lower mainland and then make arrangements for us to get it.
Thanks for making our stay special and memorable! We look forward to coming back!View Full Review

We couldn't really have asked for a better place to spend our Christmas in Whistler. Anne and Greg's place is great – well situated (5 mins walk into the village), spacious and very tastefully decorated. We didn't expect to arrive and find Christmas decorations, yet the place was fully decked out with a tree and ornaments in every room. It made for a pretty special Christmas in a place we'd been wanting to visit for a long time. The owners are friendly people and were in regular contact in the weeks leading up to our arrival. The photos don't do the place justice, we'll certainly be back again. Josh & Rachael, UK.View Full Review

Great location, but disappointing
Jennifer from Victoria, Canada
Date: Jul-31-2014 for a stay in Jul 2014
The owners were incredibly welcoming and responsive and the location was fantastic. The kitchen and amenities were all great. Regrettably, the suite had not been cleaned prior to our arrival (i.e. beds were unmade, wet laundry in the washing machine, bathrooms not cleaned). On the positive side, the owner called on our second day to apologize and arranged to have the suite cleaned up. This was most appreciated. The other major disappointment was the sofa bed. It was extremely uncomfortable and appeared to be in need of inflating. A very strong and offensive odor (rubber from the sofa bed mattress?) was noticeable every time we entered the suite. Although we loved our time in Whistler, and appreciated the owners' responsiveness, we left with aching backs from a poor night's sleep on the sofa bed and couldn't wait to get outside to escape the pungent odor.View Full Review

We are sorry that Jessica and her boyfriend did not enjoy their stay at our place. This is something we do take seriously. We have worked hard to make all of our guest visits enjoyable and have been proud of the responses we receive on-line and in our guest book. We discussed the issue with Jessica during and after her visit and made an offer of what we felt is reasonable recompense for their disappointment, which they accepted. Regarding the fireplace, we use it regularly and enjoy the ambiance it provides. We were disappointed that it was not working for Jessica and her boyfriend. We have had only one other incident where the pilot light went out and that was several years ago. We were at the condo the weekend following Jessica?s visit and found the pilot light was out. We relit it and the fireplace is now working fine. We have never considered the fireplace a critical component of a visit and did not have a response system in place in the event it was not working; we will be looking into a resolution for this. Regarding the hot water, we have no explanation why there was not enough to fill the tub. The hot water tank is six years old and we inspect it every visit. Our house keeper checked immediately after Jessica and her boyfriend departed and found there was hot water to the washing machine and the dish washer. We requested she check again the following day. She filled the bathtub full with hot water with no problems. Regarding the bed, some of our guests love it, some of them don?t. The mattress and box spring have less that a years? worth of use since we purchased them. Regarding Jessica?s comment about our inattention and lack of care, we disagree. We made no accusations of lying and if Jessica feels we did, our apologies.

Comfortable and clean home in an excellent location- just a 1 minute walk from IGa supermarket. Kitchen had amenities needed to cook own meals (i.e. spices, condiments, oil, tea, coffee) and we were able to save a lot of money by eating in and cooking. Complex had a hottub which we used one day as well. Nice and easy walk (10min) to the lifts and to the heart of the village. Highly recommended.

The Kulla family was verry helpfull and easy ty get in touch with. Everything went wery smooth with the reservation and the check in information was wery easy to folow. Tho home was wery spacious and wery well equiped for the guests who wants to cook them selves. The location was perfekt, 10min easy walk to the main cabin up to the mountins. Ski bus just outsider the door if you don't wants to walk. Two min walk to a perfekt food store, everything is there. If Im going to ski in Whistler again I wil definitly rent this place again.
Great amenities and a great location!

The Kulla Family's condo was the perfect place to stay for our Whistler vacation. The location was perfect for us - close to the village, grocery store, etc, but far enough away from it that it wasn't noisy in the evening. The kitchen had everything we needed, and having the BBQ on the patio was great. All the little extras like coffee, tea and condiments were so convenient and thoughtful. We would definitely like to come back!

This was at great apartment in Whistler. It had everything supplied for an easy stay. Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and all the necessary things in the pantry to start your stay. Coffee, tea, salt, pepper, dressings etc. it was within a very short walk of Whistler shops, restaurants, bars and mountain lifts. All very clean and the gas fire was a nice touch.
Just about perfect

Loved everything about the home - thank you for sharing it! Arriving so late though we didn't realize the sofa bed was an inflate type - so the last two nights were much more comfy. Skiing was amazing as usual and our weekend was the best.

Very spacious, clean, modern, stylish condo. We had four people in the condo for New Year's Eve, and really enjoyed the size of the unit. The owners provided all the information we needed - no hidden costs. Two minor quibbles - no iron + ironing board, and it have been nice if the shower was in the common area rather than the ensuite. Certainly not deal breakers. Everyone of us enjoyed our stay - would definitely return!
We'll be back!

Great relaxing stay in Whistler
Marcy from VA
We really enjoyed our stay in this condo on our trip to Whistler this summer. It was right across the street from the grocery store and the Village Stroll. We never needed a car for anything while we were there even though the unit has a convenient garage right below the unit. There is so much to do in the area, but it is great to have a comfortable and homey place to return to. We will definitely stay again! The owners were great with helpful tips and any questions we had and responded very quickly to any questions we had.
Spacious, serene, accessible, and clean!
A FlipKey verified reviewer from Burnaby
Four and a half stars - the Kulla family home was lovely and perfect for our husband's/dad's surprise 50th weekend getaway! It was spotless (even the corners of the fridge), peaceful (hardly any neighbors were at home), very accessible to the village (without being right in it), and a healthy walking distance to the Blackcomb area as well as Lost Lake. Unlike some condos, the townhome is a very spacious one bedroom and allowed us to comfortably host friends for a birthday gathering. Anne and Greg were exceptional in their service and very gracious in allowing us to check in very early and check out quite late ... making it a wonderful and full three day celebration - thanks so much!
Howie Grace and Teena Shea from Australia
We stayed here in February 2012 for 5 nights. In the past, we've stayed in accommodation at Symphony and Glacier's Reach; and while each home is unique, depending n the taste of its owners, for the first time ever, the Kulla's home is the first one that felt like home, after a good day of riding. It's cozy, well located near amenities and the mountain, and has little touches throughout that made our stay very pleasant. Having been to Whistler a number of times over the years, we were happy to eat in at the Kulla's, and shimmy up to the fireplace at night, in full recovery mode. Thanks for making our stay a great one; hope to stay again!
cozy condo in a terrific location!

Our stay at the Kulla condo exceeded expectations. The pre-visit communications about the accomodations and Whistler were very helpful and we especially appreciated that the place was stocked with the basic necessities when we arrived -- toilet paper and coffee filters! It was very well-equipped and had plenty of space for four people. A highlight is the location -- ski slopes, pubs, shops, and restaurants in Whistler Village are just minutes away and there is a big grocery store across the street. No car needed --the shuttle bus dropped us off at the front door and we easily walked to everything during our stay. We would definitely book this condo again!
great place, plenty of room - stocked well with all you need!

Cannot fault this accomodation at all. Only thing I thought was missing is an iron and ironing board! Very pleased with well stocked kitchen of basics which we have not experienced before in all our years in staying in Whistler. A pain to have to buy Ketchup, oils, dressings ect when you know you will only use a small portion. If you are not fussed with taking a short bus ride to the base of the mountian, it is a great location as across from Marketplace which is where the large grocery store, drug store, liquor store is located and a short walk to many of whistlers best restaurants...Quattro and Element to name a couple.
Wonderful condo! Would stay here again!

My husband and I have never been to Whistler but we go skiing all over the U.S. This was one of the best condos we've ever stayed in for the price, proximity and amenities. The condo is very spacious, comfortable and clean. We loved relaxing by the cozy fireplace with the giant animal-print blanket. The kitchen is bright and beautiful, and we both slept like a rock in the master bedroom. Of course, the biggest bonus was the hot tub which was absolutely wonderful to relax in after hitting the slopes and has a beautiful view of the mountains! We chose this place over being smack in the middle of The Village because we wanted a little more privacy, quiet, and a hot tub. We had no idea how close we'd really be from everything but the location was great! We could walk everywhere for dining and shopping and took the 5-10 minute shuttle to the Gondolas. We also had a parking spot in the underground garage which was very convenient. We both highly recommend renting this condo and would definitely stay here again!
Very good location and comfortable space

Place was clean, well maintained and surprisingly spacious. Only downside was the hot tub was closed

Beautiful Condo! Great location, only minutes to walk to the village. Our vehicle didn't move from the underground parking the whole time we were there. Perfect place for two people. Decorated lovely for christmas. Lots of space and located on the main floor, so it was easy to access. Would stay here again, maybe not at christmas, quite pricey. Only complaint: the bed wasn't the comfiest.

This rental was perfect for us. Cozy and well-kept. Close enough to walk to everything but on the edge so that it was pleasantly quiet.

What a great pad !!! Spacious, open, well stocked, clean, modern, and a great location. The only thing that would have been helpful was an iron and ironing board, other than that, it was great
Elegent / Spacious suite

We are regular visitors of Whistler, and have stayed at several hotels and suites over the years. Friends of ours stayed at you suite during the summer. We visited them, and were amazed at the spaciousness of the suite. We booked the suite 2 weeks later, and had a great time. This is by far, one of the largest and nicely finished suites we have stayed at in Whistler. The price does not reflect the quality.

Your place is very well laid out, great decor. We really enjoyed our stay. Our friends came over for drinks and now they have booked to stay a weekend with you.

We enjoyed it here. My teenage son's first comment on entering was "wow, this is nice" The only thing we thought would have helped us as a family of 4 was an extra couch as the rocking chair and other chair weren't very comfortable for sitting. All other aspects of the stay were great so thank you.

This is a great condo at a great price. It's about a ten minute walk to the lifts. It's well stocked and very comfortable. The bed in the bedroom is a bit uncomfortable according to our friends but the pullout is surprisingly comfortable. My only complaint would be that some of the cabinetry is falling off in the kitchen and the bathroom.
Nice place overall, with a few issues

The condo has some lovely features, such as the wood floors and open plan kitchen. We enjoyed the BBQ both nights we were there, and it was great having our own space. A few aspects were less than ideal though: 1) The gas fireplace wasn't working while we were there, so the living room was rather cold, 2) the refrigerator was so loud it kept the person sleeping in the living room awake at night, 3) there is only one bath/shower in the place so anyone staying in the living room has to use the en suite master bath, and 4) the master bedroom mattress was far too soft, so be warned if you have back problems - you'd be better off on the sofa bed! #3 and 4 might have been less of an issue except that one family member got very ill and spent all his time in the master bed. Overall a great value for money though! Much nicer than staying in a hotel, and no hidden fees such as parking, etc. Condos are definitely the way to go.
Great location and lots of space!

The location was perfect for us as we could walk into the village no problem - and there is also a free shuttle bus located just outside which takes you to the base of Whistler / Blackcomb. There was plenty of space for the two of us - and found the cabin well-stocked with all the essentials.
Such a lovely place to stay in!
