Welcome to Whale's @ Whistler! "Why stay in a hotel when you can stay in a home?" 

We are located in the heart of Whistler North. This development is called Sunpath @ Stoney Creek built in 1996 on the original school site in Whistler. It is the first of the Stoney Creek properties and the closest one to the village and lifts.   While staying at the townhouse (no inside hallways - outside entry) you will not need a car to enjoy the village, dining, shoping, and skiing as you will be steps from everything in Whistler. Our complex has one of the largest hot tubs in Whistler as well as a swimming pool.  Our vacation home is located only steps away from the main village entrance.  There is no commercial activity at Stoney Creek which makes it the ideal complex because it is quiet but still close to everything!   The unit is best suited for a family (2 adults and 4 children) or 4 adults.    The posted rates are based on a maximum of 4 guests staying in the unit.  There is a $25.00 per person  per night charge for additional guests

Our home underwent an extensive renovation that was completed in January 2007. The renovation included the installation of new new granite counter tops in the kitchen and master bathroom, new faucets and sinks, new California shutters on all windows throughout the house, and a new pull out couch and chair.

Sun Path - The first of the three Stoney Creek developments. Sunpath is closest to the village and lifts with its own pool and hot tub. Arguably the best of the bunch!
The large hot tub (comfortably holds 14 people) and pool are conveniently located just 20 paces from our back door and patio.

Whale's @ Whistler is located where the X is beside Village North. As you can see we are right in the middle of all activities and you can walk to the lifts.

 Property Description

A beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom upgraded unit equipped with all the amenities that you will need including in suite laundry, fireplace, and dishwasher. The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs including a cappuccino machine! There is ample storage for your ski’s or golf clubs. The unit is a ground floor unit (no stairs to climb) with direct access to the pool and hot tub off of the back deck. The pool is less than 25 feet from the pool/hot tub area! The dining room table seats 6 comfortably but also has a leaf to seat 8. Both bedrooms overlook the inner court yard so there is no traffic noise. The master bedroom has a full ensuite. You will love the unit’s layout, close proximity to the pool and hot tub and of course, the convenience of being so close to the village!

You will find that we have tried to think of your every need to make your stay with us enjoyable including a fully equipped kitchen, books, boot drier etc. The unit is tastefully decorated and features artwork from the Group of Seven. The unit has been upgraded recently with granite counter tops both the kitchen and bathroom and the sofa bed and lounge chair are less than 3 years old. You will love the units close proximity to the village. Once you are parked, you won't need your car!

The location of this unit really is the best.  You can walk to all amenities.  You are able to walk to the lifts, get your groceries, do some shopping or going out for dinner.  The best part is that there is no commerical stores at Sunpath keeping the building quiet.  Once you park your car you won't need it!

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policy Description
Cancellations Made by Guests Booking deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations after final payment due date are available in credit form only for future stays of equivalent length of time as per the following schedule: Cancellations received between 21 days and 60 days prior to the arrival date will charged 25% of the full rental rate leaving 75% available for future use in the form of a credit. Cancellations received 21 days or less prior to the arrival date will be charged 50% of the full rental rate leaving 50% available for use in the form of a credit.
Delayed Arrivals If you are arriving late please contact us for arrangements.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Instructions will be e-mailed to you after youhave made your final payment and before your arrival date.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract A Reservation policies and Procedures document is required to be signed prior to occupancy (see Policies section).
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments All reservations must be paid 60 days prior to arrival.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guests agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of the Owner or their booking Contact without prior written consent from the Owner and/or Contact, except under force of law or for law enforcement purposes. Guest Stay Policies

Policy Description
Check-In Time 4:00 p.m.
Check-Out Time 10:00 a.m. If you want a late check out please advise us a minimum of 7 days in advance to see if a late check out is available. A small charge may apply as we have to assure the unit is cleaned prior to next guests check in (usually same day).
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise excessive noise is grounds for eveiction. Please respect your neighbours.
Housekeeping Our housekeeping staff will clean our home after your departure. If is the guests responsibility to clean the kitchen area and turn on the dishwasher prior to their departure at 10:00 a.m.. If you require additional housekeeping services they can be booked at a nominal fee. Please book these additional services at your earliest convenience so it may be scheduled properly.
Liability We accept no liability for the guests actions.

Maximum Sleeping Capacity The unit can accommodate a maximum number of 7 persons. We need an accurate count so we can determine the proper amount of linens. If the amount of guests exceeds 7 overnight guests it will result in eviction by our security company.
Property Damage If damage occurs during your stay you will be responsible for it. we will ahve it fixed and take the amount out of your damage deposit.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals
Terms of Eviction Excessive noise, disturbing the peace, property damage, will result in the legal eviction by the security company.

Getting the key

How do I get the key for your home for my vacation? I live in West Vancouver about 500 yards off of the highway to Whistler if you are travelling from the airport or Seattle. I will send out a detailed map of how to get to my home to pick up the key. If you are flying to Vancouver I would get your flight details and if there are any delays that you would not be aware off at the time of booking I can be made aware of them by calling the airline. At my place we can go over any final questions about your vacation or our home and exchange the keys and complete the damage deposit.
