If you are looking for a large and comfortable ski-in home for your next holiday, you've come to the right place! 16 Snowgoose is conveniently located in the Benchlands, 600 metres from the ski-lifts of the Whistler-Blackcomb Ski Resort. We are at the junction of Blackcomb Way and Painted Cliff Road, just beyond the Four Seasons Hotel. No slopes to climb, you can walk to Whistler Village or take the free Village Shuttle Bus. Teenagers will be able to get in and out at any time of the day (and night!). For those looking for a quieter life or unwinding after a hard day on the slopes or at the 5 golf courses which surround us, relax in our private hot tub on the lower deck with a Canadian beer or two. Better still, if your idea of fun is a night in front of the TV or a good DVD, cook up a storm in our well-equipped kitchen and sink into the comfy sofa and armchairs around a real roaring fire in the living room. With its cathedral ceilings and galleried landings, the open plan living/dining room and BBQ deck is ideal for up to 2 families or a houseful of holiday-makers. Cook up a storm in this well-equipped open plan kitchen with a comfy eat-in breakfast nook! The large efficient oven holds a 25 lb. turkey and more. The huge fridge will accommodate the eating (and drinking!) needs of 2 families or a housefull of friends. There is crockery and cutlery to serve 10 persons. If you decide to wash up (but you don't have to as there is a very effective dishwasher), you may see bears in the wood from the kitchen window.

Centred around a river rock wood burning fireplace, the cathedral windows and the galleried landings emphasise the space and light of the living room. This is the heart of the house - a fun place for games and apres ski parties or just a relaxing night in front of the TV.

Dining Area

The bright dining room leads onto a covered deck with a state of the art BBQ. The dining table seats 8 normally but with the kitchen table can be extended to seat 10. Perfect for long evenings of much merriment and tall tales!

All our guests are offered the complimentary services of our personal concierge, Shirley Hills. She will take careof any arrangements you may require to ensure a perfect vacation. Included in these services is arrangement of transportation to the resort, pre-arrival grocery shopping and delivery, restaurant reservations, coordinating lessons, rentals and delivery of lift tickets, child minding and booking off slope activities. Shirley will contact you by email outlining all the services she offers and looks forward to helping you in any way she can.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Payments are 90% refundable if cancelled over 4 months prior to arrival date. Other payments are non-refundable.
Delayed Arrivals Sorry - no refunds.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Complete resort information, access code, check in instructions etc will be emailed to you on final payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs We reserve the right to charge guests for excessive cleaning charges if the house is left in an unacceptable state.

Garbage Removal Please place all garbage in the proper containers in the garbage room in car park.
