This very spacious 800sq' condo has private decks both front and back. The large foyer with ski storage area opens into the sunken living room with gas fireplace and 40" flat panel tv and ample seating for all. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open concept that allow for great socializing, even if the kids are asleep in the back bedrooms. Down the hall you will find the in-suite washer and dryer just before the main bath. In the back is the master bedroom with queen-sized bed next to the lodge suite. The lodge suite can be made up for two twin beds or one king size bed. This room has it's own ensuite, 32 " flat panel TV and access to the private deck and hot tub. The private secure parking is beneath the condo only steps from the stairs to access it.

Everything at your door, but away from the noise of the central village. Accross the street is the grocery store liquor store, a pharmacy, coffee shops, restaurants and the Village Stroll. Free village/lift shuttle steps from your door. Located on valley trail with tennis courts right behind the complex. On the map, click on Village North. Find us on the north east corner of Northlands Blvd. and Lorimer Rd. Walk through the marketplace to join the village stroll to the lifts, or take the free shuttle on Lorimer.

Our policies that are in place have allowed for the condo to provide the best possible vacation for you and your party. We hope to extend the same level of service to you in the future by utilizing these policies until you come back. Please note that to keep our rates low we need your help. We will provide a set of keys that if lost will require $120 replacement charge. Any excessive noise that results in a fine to the owner or strata will be passed onto you. Any excessive cleaning or repair charges will also be billed to you. Finally what's in the condo stays in the condo, unless you want to purchase it for an extremely uncompetitive rate which will go towards replacing the item(s) - this will also be billed to you.

|Guest Account Termination||The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site|
|Guest Identification Documents||We and our in-resort contacts reserve the right to ask all Guests for identification (one with photo) before or during their stay, to confirm their eligibility to book and stay in our property.|
|Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal||The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses|

Guest Stay Policies

|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Guest is responsible for paying excessive cleaning costs stemming from extraordinary cleaning above the standard typical Guest stay. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.|
|Excessive Noise||Not permitted. Result in eviction and possible fine(s). After 11:00pm is quiet and hot tub use is prohibited|
|Garbage Removal||Anything more than one days garbage is considered in excess. Extra cleaning costs will be billed to you.|
|Housekeeping||Cleaning after departure is included. Longer stays (1 week+) will have more houskeeping. Contact us for more details.|

|Liability||Owners are not responsible for injury or death in unit, private hot tub or resort. Enjoy the condo and hot tub but be aware that it is at your own risk.|
|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||6 (max is 4 adults). Families with small children may be an exception. Contact us for more details.|
|Missing Items||Guests will assume costs of replacing items that are missing upon the Guest departure.|
|Noise Restrictions||This is a family-oriented, quiet development. Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel. No hot tub use after 11:00pm(fines will be charged for use after this time. 10pm - 7am is quiet time.|
|Property Damage||Property damage of common or private property includes: physical damage, excessive cleaning, defacing property, excessive noise, littering, lude public behavior, missing items/theft. Guest agrees to pay up to $500 CAD for all private or common property damage caused by the Guest themselves, or a member of their party. Guests may also be evicted.Refunds will not be issued in the event of eviction. Owner reserves the right to request Guest account inactivation.|

This condo was quiet and comfortable. It was great to come home after a long day on the slopes to soak in the private hot tub and not hear the noise of the village. Overall the place was nicely appointed and well taken care of. The free shuttle to the slopes is a 60 second walk, the start of the village stroll a minute more past that. On a side note, the slopes are still within walking distance all geared up. The only thing you don't get with this condo is the concierge service that comes from booking through one of the larger companies like Intrawest but on the other hand I got more for money.

We had a summer stay in Whistler in July 2012. Originally we had booked another apartment in the same complex, but due to an unfortunate water damage situation which was out of the control of our previous property owners, we found we needed to find alternative accommodation at the 11th hour. David and Elaine's apartment was suggested to us and it was lovely! 2bedroom, 2 bathroom with a foldout as well. Across the road from the shopping centre and a casual stroll from the town centre, we walked pretty much everywhere. The boys enjoyed some downhill mountain bike riding, a first for them, we are usually here to snowboard..The apartment was immaculate, well furnished and supplied. David and Elaine even left us wine and chockies, a lovely surprise. The spa is located in a lovely private spot overlooking a garden, and it is under cover so even if it is raining or snowing you get maximum use (some other spas in the complex are less private and not under cover). Would definitely stay there again, good location in summer or winter and once you get there there is no need for a car. If you do drive though, there is a secure undercover carpark provided. We were able to rent this condo less than 24 hours before. We were very impressed with the ease of booking and quick confirmation. On arriving we were delighted with the accomodation, the hot tub on the balcony and the close proximity to the Bus shuttle to ski slopes and just a walk across the road to the supermarket and Marketplace. Indeed a fabulous location. We have no negative comments, just glowing praise.

Our stay at David's and Elaine's place was amazing! We've stayed at Glacier's Reach many times and love the location and the fact that some units have a private hot tub!
