Welcome to our ski in/ski out family mountain retreat at Sun Peaks. Our vacation home is close to the village and located right next to the Morrisey Express Chair Lift.
The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground-level-access unit has been equipped with everything to make your stay memorable. Open views on Mt Morrisey at sunset, 40inch LCD TV, DVD player and TV in each room. Private Hot Tub on outdoor patio, fireplace, soaker tub and heated floors to relax after a day on the slopes.
It also features a well-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, private laundry facilities, BBQ for the summer, free Internet connection and underground parking space.
Kids are very welcome, we made sure there is everything they need: a baby cot with soft bedsheets and a booster seat, children videos, kitchen plasticware and covered outlets.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies
|Cancellations Made by Guests||Deposits are non-refundable. Payments are refunded if we're able to find a replacement booking. Refunds are subject to a 4% cancellation fee to cover credit card fees and expenses.|
|Delayed Arrivals||No Refunds. Although we are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals, we will do our best to accommodate your delay.|
|Delivery of Instructions and Access Information||Via Email. Full arrival information sent at time of final payment.|
|Guest Account Termination||The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site|
|Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal||The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Guest Stay Policies
|Check-In Time||4:00 pm. Contact us prior to arival, early check-in may be possible.|

|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Noise||This is a Quiet area. There is zero tolerance for any excessive noise. Any complaints will result in eviction.|
|Housekeeping||Prior Arrival and Departure. Complimentary cleaning every 6 days of your stay. Additional housekeeping is available at extra charge.|
|Liability||Guest Responsibility. Owner will not be held responsible for any accident or injury while on said premises.|
|Maintenance Emergencies||Complete emergency contacts provided upon final payment.|
|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||A maximum number of 7 guests are allowed for nightly stays. Strictly enforced. Eviction without a refund for parties of 8 people or more for nightly stays.|
|Noise Restrictions||10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Excessive noise is prohibited by the strictly enforced strata bylaws|
|Property Damage||Guest agrees to authorize damage charges up to $300 upon departure in the event of property damage. The damage deposit will be taken from your credit card after your holiday and an invoice will be provided.|
|Rental Accommodation Zoning|
|Terms of Eviction||Smoking, excessive noise, threat of common or private property damage, excess of 7 overnight occupants. There will be no refund of any money to anyone for anyone's eviction.|
|Fill up your gas tank before you arrive||Heffley Creek General Store is the last stop for fuel.|

|Can I get groceries in the village?||You can purchase a few items at the Village Market and Roxy's Market at the Resort. For main grocery shopping, I would suggest that you do so in Kamloops at Costco, Save-On-Foods or Safeway. You may also order groceries delivery online at http://www.sunpeaksgrocery.com.|

What a great place. We are planning to return either in the winter again or the summer for mountain biking. There was a lot of kitchen essentials already stocked like olive oil, spices , paper towels, etc. There were more towels then you would need. The view was wonderful. The hot tub a relaxing end to the day.
Yannick was very responsive to every email I sent before going and while I was there. The heated floors in the bathroom were a nice touch. We went during the first week of Vancouver Spring break and much to our surprise there were very few people here. No lines on the lifts! The nordic skiing was across the street as was the snow showing.

Unit 4* owned by Karin and Yannick was perfect for our 4 days of skiing at Sun Peaks. Very close to the Morrisey chair, across from Nordic trails which we wanted. The unit had more than enough room for two and had a second bedroom and futon for additional guests if need be. The private hot tub off the master worked wonders on sore muscles. I have just stayed in this condo for 12 nights, being my 3rd visit to Sun Peaks. I would not stay in this condo again. It is a nice place but it is not maintained or serviced well. On arrival the condo smelt very poor, as though a whole bottle of air freshener had been used. The exhaust fans in the bathrooms were not working, there was a very pungent mould smell. The fireplace was not working, numerous lights were not working, 2 of the television sets didn't work, there were wet towels in the washing machine and drier. The kitchen bench surfaces were not clean. The coffee pot had burnt coffee remains in it. Many of the window shutters couldn't be operated. One of the lounge chairs broke apart the first time I sat on it. The toilet bubbled away the whole time which was quite noisy. My whole family were disappointed in the extreme to think they were staying here for nearly 2 weeks. I contacted Yannick immediately. He was most apologetic and helpful in getting prompt action. By the end of our stay the fireplace was fixed, there was a new television, the exhaust fans were working and I had fixed the chair. Having spend a deal of my own time talking to the fireplace shop, cable service providers etc, the place felt like home. Unsolicited, Yannick offered me a discount on the accommodation. On a plus side, the kitchen was well stocked, with lots of supplies of herbs, spices, oil, sugar, coffee etc. There were ample crockery, pots and pans and cooking utensils. The beds were comfy, and despite a few rowdy neighbours upstairs, the place was quiet. The spa was private and perfect for a family of 5. So overall, despite the fact that we thoroughly enjoyed our Sun Peaks stay, I wouldn't stay here again as there are better properties to recommend in the Sun Peaks village.View Full Review Owner Has Responded

The place was very clean, classy and had a good view of the mountains especially from the jacuzzi. We had a relaxing time and enjoyed every minute of our stay at Sun Peaks. The condo was very close to the village so we had a chance to experience the farmer's market, concert, clown show and had the best pizza we have ever tasted (thanks to Mountain High Pizza). The whole family had a wonderful time.We'll be back again for sure. We have already recommended this place to our families, friends & co-workers. We give it a score of 9 out of 10 (with 10 being the highest).

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very cozy and extremely peaceful. We wished we could have stayed longer than the 2 nights we booked and we will definately book this condo again when we stay in Sun Peaks the next time.

Quiet, relaxing and comfortable getaway

Karin's retreat is just that, a retreat from the stresses of everyday life. It was a reasonable drive from the lower mainland, but a world away in terms of leaving it all behind. The master bedroom was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved the hot tub! Sun Peaks is like a mini Whistler, perhaps the Interior's best kept secret. We enjoyed the area's outdoors. Shopping and dining, while limited, was excellent. We will be coming back!

We stayed in the condo for a week in March 2012. We enjoyed skiing out and skiing in, it felt like home. The condo is well maintained and well stocked. Nothing better than gazing at the stars in the hot tub with the family after a day skiing. It was a wonderful holiday. Very much recommended!

Unit could use a good cleaning. Moldy shower curtain, broken furniture, stained bed spreads, dirty windows and blinds, fans in bathroom do not work, lights do not all work, TV remotes do not work. In general the unit is small and has no place to store skis. It is not a luxury unit. Very basic.

Great unit! Very good location. The biggest noise was the Jacuzzi for the unit above, but that was a bit annoying. Otherwise well equipped well furnished and nice unit with a good location.

This vacation rental was great for our family of four with 2 children. Separate bathroom for the kids was great and the kitchen stocked with seasonings, syrup and great assortment of pans helped me to cook keeping costs down and allowing us to eat healthy! The private hot tub was nice and the complex was extremely quiet at this time of year giving us a great quiet spot. Only complaints were there are more mosquitos at Sun Peaks at the end of June than I would have expected and the condo was a bit dusty = a reflection of its' availability I'm sure and with more use would likely not be a problem as overall it was clean and tidy! Stay here now, take advantage of a great rental and the dust will take care of itself!!

This unit #48 in this resort was far and away the best owner rental type unit I have ever rented. There was not one single detail left out as far as things you think you would need. I even saw a baby play pen in the closet with small pillow. The kitchen had a full selection of spices and very large selection of pots and pans. There was easy access to and from the ski hills. And it was quiet. In a heatbeat I would stay here again.
