Welcome to Trapper’s Landing #13! Our beautiful home with spectacular mountain views is nestled in the heart of Sun Peaks Ski Resort; ranked in the top two ski resorts in Canada.

Trapper’s Landing is well-situated in the resort, just a 5 minute walk from both the Mt. Morrisey Ski-lift and the amenities in the main village. Comfortably sleeping seven, our three level, 1300 square foot, two bedroom, three bath unit is perfect for families or couples who want to enjoy a stress-free winter or summer holiday.  The convenience of a private two-car tandem garage allows you to leave your ski (or golf) gear on the main floor level-entry for hassle-free access.

Once inside, you will see that it is beautifully appointed with comfortable plush living room furniture, a flagstone gas fireplace, 50" HD-LED TV, DVD player, granite counter tops and heated tile floors throughout. Enjoy the un-obstructed view of Mt. Morrisey right from the comfort of the couch in the living room or the living room balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gourmet appliances, utensils and dishes - everything you need to create a great meal after an active day of skiing, golfing or hiking. Just outside our back door, overlooking the Valley Trail, is a private hot tub and gas-fired barbecue.

Upstairs in the sleeping area, are two large bedrooms, each with ensuite. The Master Bedroom has one queen size bed and again, an un-obstructed view of Mt. Morrisey. The second bedroom has a queen size/single bunk bed and an infant playpen. The couch in the living room is a fold out bed so there’s plenty of room for everyone. Wireless internet is provided for your convenience.

This covered bridge serves as a ski-over in the winter and a walkway in the summer. Just off the golf course.
Sun Peaks is a lovely place for a wedding. This heart shaped rock in the background has been the site of many wedding vows.
Summer and winter you will see greenery with festive decorations. Watch for these trees as you ride the lifts!
Our beautiful golf course boasts scenery that is second to none and your golf ball sails further because of the altitude!
In the summer, you can take the chair to the top of the mountain where hiking is spectacular. Enjoy a variety of Alpine flowers and butterflies everywhere!

Spacious 1,300 square foot, 2 floor townhouse plus 2 private balconies. Lower floor has two-car tandem garage and ski storage / laundry room. The kitchen, dining room, living room (with private deck and spectacular view), and bathroom are on the main floor. The master bedroom (with private balcony) and guest bedroom and two full bathrooms are located on the upper floor. The private hot tub and BBQ are on the backyard deck.

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable, except if booking can be replaced. Refunds or portion thereof will be refunded based on the number of nights rebooked & rebooked rate; refunds will be subject to a 4% cancellation fee.
Courtesy Hold Reservations We do not hold reservation without payment. Payment is required for reservation confirmation
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for arrival delays
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Emailed when balance of payment is paid.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged

Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you have not paid the balance,then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation

Guest Stay Policies

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Will be passed on to you. When applicable, we will discuss additional charges directly with you by phone, afterwhich you can use this online payment system to make the appropriate payment (damage, cleaning and garbage removal cost)
Excessive Noise Excessive noise from the hot tub area is not permitted after 10pm. Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaint.
Garbage Removal Please take Garbage to the Transfer Station located on Industrial Way (western entrance to the resort).
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Sun Peaks Resort.
Locking Door Doors must be locked when not present in unit.

Maximum Sleeping Capacity 7 people overnight.
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per my stated damage deposit policies.

Our stay at #13 Trappers Landing was an extremely memorable and enjoyable one. The reservation process was very simple and only took a few minutes to answer some very standard questions. There was a lot of communication before my arrival on what to expect and the instructions on how to enter the home. All the expectations and what was required were stated before hand and there were no surprises. Upon arrival, we had no issues entering the premises and the condo was immaculate, and looked just like the pictures that are posted. The appliances are all top of the line and the kitchen was stocked for any cook to make an enjoyable meal. All the bathrooms were stocked with extra necessities and cleaning supplies were on hand if needed. We enjoyed seeing all the little stores in the village and there were many restaurants to choose from. All the staff in the stores and restaurants were very helpful and full of recommendations if you asked. We really enjoyed the farmers market as there was lots to see and we enjoyed the live music being performed as well. I would recommend anyone to stay at #13, Trappers Landing whether it be in the winter or the summer months.

This was our second ski weekend at Trappers Landing 13 and once again we were very satisfied with the accomodations and Sun Peaks resort. We have stayed at several condos at Sun Peaks over the years and this is the best equipped kitchen by far, including a gas stove. The owners obviously take pride in their condo.

The condo is thoughtfully appointed and everything works. I appreciated the fragrant handsoaps, the neat and organized kitchen, the comfortable master bedroom with TV and heated tile floor. I loved it. One thing I was concerned about was ski storage as we didn't want to scrape the painted drywall...

Sun Peaks is great for family. Our 1 year old loved it. Trappers Landing is a great location and our rental was wonderful. A special note to welcome us and a lovely bottle of wine. Highly recommend!
