Good sized living room with large window/sliding patio door that leads out onto the balcony with mountain views. Equipped with a queen sofa bed that seats four.coffee table, and side table with reading lamp next to the sofa. Also contains a arm chair, TV, Stereo, DVD, CD player. Easy to use gas fireplace located in the corner.
Dining room has large window with partial mountain views. Is equipped with a large pine table and six chairs - provides for comfortable dining.
Unit is located close to the loading zone, only about a 10 second walk so it is easy to transfer skis etc to the unit which is convenient after a long drive. Also makes packing up easy. Free in unit high speed internet and BBQ on the private deck with mountain views.

Location & Map
North Star is conveniently located across the street from Marketplace in Whistler Village. Close to restaurants and shops, yet a short distance from the Village Stroll (2 minute walk) allows this location to be quiet and private compared to other units located right in the Village centre. Free shuttle service directly across the street from the complex delivers you right to the base of Blackcomb and Whistler ski slopes in a matter of minutes. For summer leisure activities the Valley Trail is only a two minute walk from the complex, turn left when you leave the complex, walk down to the intersection, cross the street and your there! The Valley Trail allows you to explore Whistlers great mountain scenery and wilderness; providing access to Whistler's many hiking and biking trails throughout the Whistler Valley. The Valley Trail to your right leads you to Lost Lake (about a 20 minute walk) and beyond or stop along the way for a round of golf at the Chateau Whistler Golf Club. While if you go to your left, the Valley Trail leads you throughout the Whistler Valley with access to the Whistler Golf Club, Nicolaus North, or Meadow Park/Sport Arena. Whether it is Whistler's premier golfing, hiking, biking, tennis or a relaxing stroll in the park you are after all are just a few minutes away from North Star.

Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Guests will be charged if they leave the unit excessively dirty. Cleaning fee is $45 per hour|

This was a great condo for our family of 5. It was very cozy, comfortable, and walking distance to the village and trails. The owner was easy and great to deal with. I give this an overall 5 star rating. The only issue I had was with the cleanliness. When I arrived the evening of check in, the house was a mess. Trash and dirty dishes everywhere, previous renters items left throughout house, and unmade beds with sheets still on from previous renters. I honestly thought I walked into the wrong house or there were people still staying there and had been double booked. I got in late so I dealt with it.
I called the owner early the next morning and left him a message. He responded within the hour and was extremely helpful and accommodating. He apologized and scheduled his cleaners to come immediately. He was easy to work with and communicate with, and he even refunded us 1 night for the troubles.

This Condo was perfect for our 5 day ski trip to Whistler. Upon arrival, gaining access to the parking garage and unit was quick and easy. The unit is located right next to the grocery store and only 5-10 minute walk from the village. The bus stop is directly across the street making it very easy to get to and from the base of the mountains.
We were able to comfortably fit 7 people and there were plenty of blankets and pillows to keep everyone cozy. Make sure to check out the extremely large hot tub post skiing. It was a perfect place to recover after a long day on the hill and discuss with other guests about where the best snow is for the next day.View Full Review
Good place for family to stay in Whistler

This is a townhouse, with two bedrooms on the second floor. It is spacious and cozy. Everything is clean and handy. The walking distance to the lift is about 10 minutes, which is OK when weather is good. WIFI is available but the speed is not very good.

The condo was really great with a nice lay out and really spacious. Perfect location to get on the shuttle every morning though I have to say we enjoyed the 10 minute walk to the lift just as much. Nice relaxing pool and hot tub on the shared property. Other tenants/guests are very respectful and quiet in the evenings which is nice if you want to get a lot of rest. All the bars and restuarants are just across the street into the village.

Spacious with good location, but needs a deeper clean

The condo was in a great location right next to the village. It was perfect for 4 people to use for the weekend, lots of room. The upstairs bathroom has a bad mold problem in the shower (especially the shower curtain). We also had the kitchen sink go out the first morning and it wasn't fixed by the end of our stay. Annoying to have to use the bathroom sink for cooking needs, but didn't effect our stay too greatly. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for accommodations for 4 people.

This was a great rental. It met all our needs, was easy to deal with in terms of getting in/out, info from the owner, etc. Had all of the appliances you need, right across from the market place and the shuttle bus stop.

Great place to stay, conveniently directly across the road from the main IGa supermarket and liquor store. Make sure you go to Purebread Cafe, the coffee is superb! From there it's about a 5-10 min walk through the Village to the ski lifts, or take the bus shuttle outside the lodge. Place is tidy and clean and the hot tub is well worth the short walk after a long day skiing!! All in all, couldn't be happier with this one!

This condo is really good. We have a young family and found the location very convenient. The park in walking distance was great and the grocery store across the street, very handy. The bus made accessing the ski hill super easy. The only negative I would say is that the cleaners could have done a better job cleaning the bathroom. Nothing major just evident that tiles etc hadn't been really scrubbed, but overall the condo was clean.

the good, and the bad

so i'll give a few of the good first. they had very good use of space. furniture and bed were very comfortable. the shower was good, and it had all the amentaties that are expected. Tv, community hot tub, running water, and well stocked silverware and dishes, as well as dish washer. a good amount of pillows and blankets and towels. the bad... no wifi... as international travelers, wifi was key for our smart phones for communication to avoid international charges. but we had to take the hit there. internet wasn't good overall. by no fault to the owners, the hot tube was down one of the 4 nights we stayed here. the location is the end of the village. I think i would have liked to be a little closer.
