Welcome to The Aspens on Blackcomb. This one bedroom is a wonderful choice for guests who enjoy a fabulous ski in/ski out location combined with a hotel environment, at great prices! This is also a wonderful choice for guests with small families or young children. The convenient location combined with full amenities means there is something for everyone.

I always regularly and enthusiastically recommend to all my friends and family planning ski trip to Whistler Blackcomb to reserve through Kerry Wallace first!

She is a prompt concerned respondent to any issues or requests. Kerry also checks with you re your stay soon after you arrive to confirm all is satisfactory re your accomodations. Even during this very difficult time of worldwide coronavirus outbreak , she promptly responded to my request for rescheduling/crediting our current ski season reservations.

Kerry was very reasonable and socially responsible in coming to an agreement with us. Recommend trying Kerry first if thinking of accomodations in WB. We love the Aspens but she has other wonderful properties also.

We have stayed in The Aspens several times previously. This unit is in a very good location in the building, conveniently close to elevators, with a good view of hill and courtyard. Hotel quality mattress in bedroom, and linen and towels. Midweek cleaning service provided. Pleased we were able to check in a bit early on arrival as it was a busy day and start to ICSC events

As always, the Aspens is a great complex. Great for families, walkable to everything. Kerry is very responsive and easy to deal with. Cleaning could be better, and the hairdryer was missing- torn right off the wall. The kitchen is well outfitted and we appreciated the condiments left for us.

Kerry provides very detailed instructions with step by step information. Everything we needed was available (extra towels and bedding for our group of 4).

The bed was comfortably firm and the air conditioning and fan helped us sleep well. The fireplace gives off heat even though it is "off". We liked the location and the space was comfortable for our needs. The desk staff was helpful and friendly. Outdoor staff could be seen repairing the security code box on the gate. It would be helpful if the Aspens had a vending machine on site for cold drinks.

One suggestion would be to wipe the patio table just before guests arrive. I enjoyed sitting on the deck reading and listening to the birds sing. Expect to hear noise from the pool guests and make time to enjoy the pool and hot tubs. We felt a bit rushed for a 10am departure because all the luggage carts were in use, thus we left a few things behind in the fridge and I forgot to leave a tip for Kerry. (sorry) Having 2 TV's was good for us in the evening. Guests were quiet in the evenings and only minimal noise could be heard above us. One suggestion might be to have a Britta water jug in the fridge. It's a favorite of our family.

The #5 shuttle from the Lower Village bus loop drops off near the Aspens, so that helps if you have trouble walking uphill. The Upper Village is only a 4 minute walk down the dirt path on the hill. Parking at the Aspens was an average price of $17/day.

We appreciate that Kerry replied to email and texts in a timely manner. We enjoyed the weather, our stay, and Whistler in general. We would be glad to stay in unit 3** again.

The apartment was well equipped and adequate for our requirements. The ski out ski in position was brilliant. Great position above the Blackcomb gondola. We would reccommend this place to friends and anybody interested in staying very close to the slopes. The owner was only a phone call or email away. Her response for queries was very prompt.

We had a great stay at the Aspens. The unit is well appointed with a mountain view that was a highlight of our trip. The property is a convenient walking distance to Lost Lake, the Blackcomb farmers market, and the main Whistler village.

Kerry was very helpful and we will look forward to our next opportunity to stay.

Excessive Cleaning:

If cleaning required is more than the normal 2 hours, excess costs will be charged to the guest. Including but not limited to any cleaning needed by restoration services, a plumber, stains, odor, smoking in the unit, or cooking. Any extra cleaning costs to restore the apartment to the same condition as it was upon check in.

Excessive Noise:

Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbors.


Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability. The Guest booking this accommodation is responsible for making all members of the party aware of these terms, failing which the said Guest will be held liable to and shall save harmless and indemnify the Property Owner and/or Manager, from any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising as a result thereof.
