Amazing Property and Views - Right on the snow

I would recommend this accommodation to anyone. Everything about the property, facilities, and access to the main village and slopes is simply brilliant. We had 5 adults (could easily accommodate 7 comfortably) stay in this 2 story, beautifully finished villa. A lock-up garage, drying room and ample living space made it all so comfortable.
But it was the spa that topped off the huge days of skiing that made it that much more special. Overlooking the Hummingbird slope and 20 paces to the powder is what it's all about. We'll be back for sure!View Full Review

My family (2 adults and 3 children) + father-in-law stayed here just after New Years in 2016 and it was brilliant. The accommodation is so comfortable and clean and the location is excellent. It's true ski in and ski out. My young (10, 11 & 13 yr old) kids couldn't wait to ski down for first runs in the morning and staying here made it so easy and safe.
Importantly, the kitchen has everything you need to cook pretty much whatever you want assuming you've bought your groceries from the Village (10 minute walk) or Kelowna (45 minute drive). There's also nothing better than coming home from an intense days skiing and jumping into the nice hot jacuzzi. What a luxury.
My only suggestion for improvement would be to upgrade the old TV's to widescreen TV's, but given everyone uses their own iPads and screens these days that's not a big deal. I would highly recommend this place to families with 5 or 6 people (as long as one of you don't mind using the foldout couch like my son did). Hope this info helps...View Full Review

Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes the charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Housekeeping over and above the norm. We provide complimentary housekeeping for up to 2 1/2 hours of cleaning. Should we get billed for additional hours we will pass this expense to the renter. Following our guidelines with respect to check-out will guarantee no danage deposit funds being withheld for excessive housekeeping.
Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
