We would love to give you help in planning your vacation in Whistler, whether it be a summer time holiday or a winter getaway. We spend alot of time in Whistler and are very active, so if you want to know where to eat, hike, bike, cross-country ski, what ever, just email and we will try our best to help you out. If you are planning a stay in Vancouver as part of your holiday, we can also give you the scoop there since that is where we live. We love to travel and meet new people and we always appreciate people helping us out when we are away from home. It's nice to reciprocate the hospitality.

|Delivery of Instructions and Access Information||30 days prior to arrival. Later for last minute bookings. Access code sent 2 weeks before.|
|Guest Account Termination||The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site|

Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Housekeeping||Professionally cleaned prior to arrival and upon departure. Complimentary housekeeping mid-stay for guests staying 8 nights or more.|
|Liability||We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to/from or while on resort property.|

We are a family of three who are absolutely passionate about Whistler in all four seasons. We love to travel, and when we do we inevitably choose accomodation other than conventional hotels. Hence, we understand why people choose places such as ours here at Whistler for their vacations. We also consider "Home Exchanges", so if you or friends have a vacation home or a personal residence that you would consider exchanging, please feel free to ask us about it. We have homes in Vancouver and Mexico that we could include as part of an exchange if that suited you better. We have done this before and have made the most marvelous friends as a result. We are particularly fond of Europe, Australia, southern States, Hawaii, Caribbean & Mexico, but we are always open to new ideas.
