If you've been searching for the perfect place to spend your vacation, this is it! We are located in the very desirable area of the Blackcomb Benchlands. Everything is within walking distance from our home, and you can ski out right to our complex. We also have a free bus that stops right outside our place aprox. every 8 minutes to get you to the lifts of both mountains in minutes. We are a family with 3 children, living in Vancouver, and this our private retreat. We have made so many great memories here, and we hope you will join ourselves as well as the many other guests we have hosted over the years to make some special memories of your own. Relax with a book by the fireplace, watch a DVD or high definition cable TV, play your favorite CD's or get out a game and have some fun. This is the place to spend your well-earned vacation!	This large table is great for meals or gathering around for a game or puzzle	Cook in style in this dream kitchen....heated floors, granite countertops and a huge center island, stainless steel appliances and lots of gadgets to make cooking easy.	The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, lots of closet space and an ensuite bathroom. The skis on the wall used to belong to my parents, and yes, they actually skied on them!	The 2nd bedroom upstairs has a custom made queen sized bed on the bottom and a single bunk on top. It has a balcony with lovely views of Whistler mountain, lots of closet space and a dresser.
The bathroom in the master ensuite has a large jetted tub and heated floors.	Private deck off dining and living room area on main floor.	The 2nd upstairs bathroom has heated floors and a tub/shower.	The main floor bathroom has heated floors and a shower.	Welcome to paradise!

Rates

Quoted in Canadian dollars, no extra taxes or fees. Our rates are unbelievable for the location, quality and amenities. We try and make it affordable for families to ski in the winter and golf/swim/cycle/horseback ride in the summer.  

Payment Info

The easiest way to pay, is by offline credit card. Phone or fax us with you credit card number. We accept Visa or Mastercard. The rate of exchange will be determined by your credit card company. You will receive a receipt in the mail. Personal cheques and money orders are also accepted. Cash is only accepted if payment is made in person (this only applies to residents of the Lower Mainland).

Living Area

Relax in our living room while watching TV, videos, playing games, listening to music or contemplating a wood burning fire. Our open area plan has vaulted ceilings, exposed wooden beams, pine furnishings, tasteful artwork and decorations.  We have huge windows that let in lots of natural light which is unusual in Whistler.  It feels very bright and spacious.

Dining Area

Our extra large pine table seats 10 comfortably for meals or games. We also have 2 "barstool" chairs at the kitchen island... a great place to have a snack or keep the cook company

Location

Blackcomb Benchlands... The best way to be close to the Village and yet have some privacy and quiet. We are on the corner of Blackcomb Way and Painted Cliff Road. A free bus comes by our place every 8 minutes and can take you to the lifts or village.  It is a pleasant 10-15 minute walk to the village.  We are a short walk away from Lost Lake as well.

On a Personal Note

 About Us

We bought our place in 1991, when our daughter was 2 years old. We were looking for vacation property, and decided on Whistler because it is an all-season resort. We now have 3 daughters, all of whom play soccer. We live in Vancouver, and soccer is played all winter, thus our family uses our place more in the summer. We love it for swimming at the lakes, and cycling with our kids. Our children have been attending ski school since they were very young, and love the holidays we take in the Spring to brush up on our skiing. Our eldest is taking up snowboarding, and Marc and I like to sneak off for some cross-country skiing as well as downhill. Marc is a Sports Physiotherapist and his training comes in very handy after a day on the slopes!
