We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It is well equipped, close to the main village and we loved the outdoor hot tub overlooking the valley after a day on the slopes. The building managers, Cliff and Sharon, were both lovely and helpful during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay here again next time we’re at Big White!

The unit has all necessary amenties to make your stay truely comfortable. Access to the slopes and the village mall are quick and easy, whilst the unit includes wifi, Internet TV, designated and secure car park and gas log fireplace for those times when you need to be inside.

Shared Amenities

Hot Tub One shared 6-person hot tub on the 2nd floor with views of the ski run, Monashee mountains, and sunsets. The hot tub is being replaced for the 2020-21 snow season. Please note that the hot tub is not available in the summer season.
Resort Information Free resort shuttle stops out front of the building every half hour during the winter ski season.
Secure Ski and Bike Storage Ski Locker Room conveniently located on the ground floor next to the outside door and SKI IN/SKI OUT. Bikes can be stored in the secure parkade (not in the unit). There is also an area for servicing your ski and snow board equipment.


The Legacy is located only a 5 minute walk from the main village centre, so easy access to the shops, cafes and bars. The free village shuttle bus also stops just nearby.  The ski-in / ski-out location gives you direct access to 3 main lifts.

Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy.
Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact info@alluradirect.com between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 4:00 pm . Contact us to arrange an earlier check-in time. Check-in no later than 10:00 pm unless prior arrangements are made.
Check-Out Time 10:00 am . Contact us to arange a later check-out time.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Noise
Housekeeping Complimentary before arrival and after departure. Complimentary midstay cleans provided for bookings of 8 or more nights.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Big White Ski Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies Complete emergency contacts provided upon final payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Max 4 persons. Unregistered guests in excess of the maximum occupany will be charged an additional $75 per person per night penalty.
Missing Items Replacement fee for missing items.
Noise Restrictions Quiet hours for the building are from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Property Damage Guest authorizes up to a $500 CA charge on their credit card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage included, but not restricted to: common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property, and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding propoerty occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
