Great place to spend your vacation

We had a great time, the place is awesome. We do have some comments regarding the sofa in the living room and the fridge. The sofa is pretty worn and I believe it's time for a replacement. As well, the fridge can be heard from the bedroom during night time. Maybe it's time for a new one or some maintenance performed on it. If there will be AC on this unit will be great!

Great stay in Whistler - quiet area agood location

We have rented up in whistler many times so knew the location well. It's great as if you exit by the pool at the back of Aspen it is a short walk to the upper village. I like this location as it's quieter than the lower village but still easy to access the whole area and some great restaurants nearby. We enjoyed Portabello in the front of the Fairmont for a lovely breakfast.

The apartment itself was very nicely appointed with everything required for a great stay. An extra fan would be welcome on hot evenings as my son was on the sofa bed and I had the master bedroom (one is provided). It was great to sit out on the balcony - great view of the trees so very private and not much noise from other units as you are near the top of the building. This is more of a family complex - not too many young party goers which we prefer.

The front desk staff are there for any questions regarding parking and obtaining fobs to access other areas such as the swimming pool and fitness room. The entry code was obtained on the day of checking in - this wasn't an issue but if one is already traveling there is someone named for emergencies in resort who can help which is good.

Would definitely rent here again if it is available!

We have stayed at the Aspens many times, but this is our favorite unit. It is on the side of the building away from the pool area, so it is nice and quiet. Everything was spotless and the kitchen was well-equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days Take advantage of early arrival! . Only available in the event there is no one checking out the day of check in.
Cancellations Made by Guests The 25% deposit is non-refundable. Balance is due in full 30 days prior to arrival. No exceptions as all transactions are processed automatically.
Delayed Arrivals Acceptable . Your private acess codes will work anytime day or night. Remember, there is no need to check in at the front counter. Go directly to your unit.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Detailed information is e-mailed to you directly . Due to the fact this unit is owned privately, you enjoy an elegant stay with additional privacy. NO NEED TO CHECK IN AT FRONT DESK. ALL ACCESS CODES FOR ENTRY WILL BE SENT TO YOU UPON FINAL PAYMENT.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 4:00 p.m. Early check in can be arranged as long as there is no one checking out the day you arrive. Please check with us in advance.
Check-Out Time 10:00 a.m. IMPORTANT: No exceptions as the access codes are automatically changed at this time.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure. Heated flooring is automatically set. Please do not adjust.
Liability
Maintenance Emergencies Contact Nick directly at 347-971-1690 for emergencies .
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 4 (Additional payment options available) . No exceptions. Your access code will be de-activated if this policy is abused.
Missing Items Please see guest book for the list of items we inventory. INVENTORY IS CHECKED AT TIME OF CHECKOUT. ANY MISSING ITEMS WILL BE CHARGED AS PER YOUR RENTAL CONTRACT.

Policy Updates
Property Damage Guest will be charged for all damage incurred while the guest is staying in the property, even if the the offender is being hosted by the guest . Items missing in the unit are also charged according to the inventory list available in the guest book.

Terms of Eviction Guests will be evicted based upon excessive noise or otherwise abusive behaviour as determined by the Aspens Hotel Staff.

Our unit faces south towards Chateau Whistler. As you enter the kitchen is to your right. Ahead is the dining room/living room in combination. To your left is the luxuriously groomed bedroom . Both the bathroom and kitchen have heated floors for those cold mornings. The patio/deck is off the living room.
