Fab place to stay

Perfect spot next to Perfection piste. Ski in/ski out. Very comfortable property, spacious, clean and quiet. Walk into the village takes about 10/15 minutes. Good quality towels and bedding.

Slight difficulty on arrival accessing the property, you need to pull the door towards you (door from the car port) when you enter the security code.

Great to have a private hot tub for use at the end of a busy days skiing! We couldn't get the DVD to work but that may have been human error???? Would recommend and hope to return next year. Thank you

Big White - Perfect location off Perfection run

We had a great trip, lots of snow and a great location for ski in/ski out. Powder day on Friday was a perfect end..although it was too bad we missed another one on Saturday. This unit is only two units from the Perfection run which is is easily accessible from the majority of lifts on the hill via Perfection, Ridge Connector or Mogul Track. Sessions Taphouse is a great stop off the Perfection run at the end of the day, it's just a few turns above this unit.

Regarding the unit itself, I can echo the pros and cons of the previous commenters. It is nicer than the pictures on the site with plenty of room on the main floor. Kitchen was well stocked with a few exceptions easily remedied - add a set of soup/cereal spoons and a set of wine glasses. Heated floors were a nice addition. Table has room for 6 with another three stools at the counter. Plentiful seating if you want to relax and catch a movie or a hockey game. The TV is a tad small by today's standards, but we're there to ski. The two bedrooms were fine, but the loft isn't suitable for sleeping until that hideabed is replaced. Like another customer we had to place the mattress on the floor. I'd suggest a bunk bed. Note: it's a good idea to turn off the fireplace early as it heats up the loft.

The private hot-tub on the deck was great, a few towel hooks would be a nice addition. Plenty of closet space, if needed.

I would add a barbecue (I had thought one was there based on an earlier comment). Additionally, it makes sense to add a ski/snowboard rack in the garage, I was surprised not to find one, they are simple to construct, keeps the gear safe and prevents the walls from being dinged. Add a bench for putting on boots and you're all set. We would definitely book this unit again if the hideabed issue was resolved. Good value and a great location.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise It can result in eviction of the propetyif there are 2 or more complaints .

Liability We are not responsible of any bodily harm of guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location of Big White resort .

Private laundry, lot of ski storage all in the ground floor. First floor features - dining ,living room, kitchen , private deck and hot tub. On the Top floor Master bedroom w full ensuite , lot of storage, queen size bed, loft area- pull out sofa bed, queen size, TV/VCR/NINTENDO 64, 2 Bedroom- queen size bed, storage, 2 full bathroom located between the 2 bedroom and loft.
