Deer Lodge is close to everything Whistler has to offer - right in the main village. Shoppes, restaurants, and everything else! The lodge is 5 minutes walking to Blackcomb Excalibur, Fitzsimmons Express, and Whistler Village gondolas.

You’ll love my place because of the views, proximity to the gondolas and restaurants, on-site storage for skis - bikes - etc. This unit has a cozy gas fireplace..

The space:
This suite offers large windows with "people watching" opportunities on Whistler Stroll, peek-a-boo mountain views, and is fully renovated with Whistler-style flares throughout. Modern amenities, fully equipped/outfitted full kitchen including full size appliances - fridge, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher. Spa style bathroom, dining area near a cozy gas fireplace, and brand new stacker washer + dryer in suite finish off the space, for all of your vacation comforts.

Open floor plan with modern fixtures and balcony. We provide some extras - coffee/fixings, some condiments/cooking oil/etc., shampoo/conditioner/body wash, cutlery/dishes/pots/pans, laundry soap/dryer sheets, and more!

Guest access:
Deer Lodge features an on-site hotel style check-in desk, they will welcome you to our suite, get you sorted with suite access - a parking permit for your vehicle/directions where to park - and a welcome package including WIFI/suite information. A credit card hold of $500 will be taken for a damage deposit at check-in.

ONE FREE PARKING included in rental rate! Additional on-site parking can be arranged at check-in for $15/night. The parkade clearance is 8'0", and contains regular sized parking stalls. If for some reason your vehicle is not able to fit into the provided parking facilities, we are not able to provide alternative parking and will not provide compensation for such.

Assigned ski locker off the lobby. Complex features enclosed hot tub, gym, and secure bike storage. (all as pictured)

Christmas in Whistler!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here - the unit has recently been beautifully renovated, so we were very pleasantly sursprised!! It looked so much better than when we booked!! We had a few issues with the sound/tv/technology which were quickly sorted for us. The unit is in a great location- easy walk to the ski lifts/grocery store/restaurants etc etc. We noticed a bit of noise from the village stroll some nights, but really just added to the atmosphere!! Would definitely recommend, and would love to stay here again.

This is a really clean and tidy studio rental that is located right in the middle of everything. Nice modern decor and very comfy bed. Even the pop out sofa bed offered a good night sleep. This unit had in suite laundry and fast wifi and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make our own meals. Washrooms had plenty of soaps, shampoos, creams and towels. I liked that it was next to the elevator as it was easy to load and unload the car without dragging all your luggage through the long hallways at deer lodge. It does get a bit noisy at night on weekends as the unit is right over the village stroll but it didn't bother us at all. I would love to stay here again!

This condo was just the ticket for a solo traveller. The front desk were very helpful. The condo its self was clean and fresh and everything you could need was available in the kitchen and bathroom. Thank you for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Will most certainly use again and again.

Minimum age - one guest in the party is to be at least 25 years of age. Exceptions may be approved on a case by case basis, for responsible young adults that will respect our property and it's neighbors. Please do note - ID a credit card in your name will still be required at check-in for the damage deposit.

Cleaning fee - includes only the cost of the clean and laundry to get things ready for your stay, we do ask guests to load and start the dish washer and remove any rubbish down to the recycle room at the conclusion of their stay. Any party mess and/or excess garbage may receive charges to the guest.

Whistler Village has noise bylaws - quiet hours are 10pm - 8am. Any noise complaints may receive charges from the municipality and/or building management, these charges will be charged back to the guest.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for re-booked dates at the re-booked price and are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Courtesy Hold Reservations We do not hold any reservation without the payment.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for your delayed arrival i.e.: road conditions, accidents, etc. applicable

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation. Guest can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. Reservation Changes Reservation may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, than your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance, than it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation
Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Noise Any above average noise will be dealt with the Security Company. Security Company will evict guest causing excessive noise
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests, or guests of guests while they are on our property, or at any location in Whistler Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 4 people.
Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants, or guest of tenants. By accepting our guest stay contract with on line payment, you agree to pay us for all damages you incur
