We loved our stay at Shawns place. The location is excellent, we didn't need a car the whole 10 days we were there.

The apartment itself was well equipped and very comfortable for our group of 7. The kids loved the bunks and our bed was very comfortable. everyone's favorite spot was in the massive hot tub after a days skiing- it really was unbeatable.

Shirley the concierge was very responsive and helpful. She booked some dinners and ski school for us before we arrived which was great.

We can't wait to return to whistler and definitely would love to stay here again!

Guest Stay Policies

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Extra charges will be applied to credit card should there be excessive cleaning costs. The cost will be determined on an individual basis. An extra $50 service charge in addition to the extra costs will be applied as a processing fee.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise, including using the hot tub, which disturbs others in the building between the hours of 11 pm and 7 am is prohibited according to strictly enforced strata bylaws. You will get evicted without a refund and be charged a noise violation penalty of $200 (minimum)
Garbage Removal Please dispose of all garbage at time of departure. Disposal located in parkade
Housekeeping Complimentary before arrival and after departure, complimentary midstay cleans provided for bookings of 8 or more nights. Mistakes happen! If for some reason there has been a housekeeping error and the property is not ready upon your arrival, we will make every attempt to clean it that night. If for some reason the property is not able to be attened to that night, the property will be promptly cleaned the next day and we will offer a refund of $100 for the inconvenience. In the event of a housekeeping emergency, there is a complete set of clean linens accessible within the property.
