Thank you very much to Terri for ensuring we had a wonderful stay at Glacier Lodge. We were very fortunate to stay in such delightful accommodation. There are almost to many terrific things to mention, beautiful views, great ski in/ski out location, enticing hot tub, comfortable furniture and an extremely well equipped kitchen with quality cookware, crockery and cutlery, which made cooking a joy after a day on the slopes.
We love our annual visit to Big White and this year was no exception. Thanks so much.

Have stayed at numerous locations on the mountain over the years...but this was by far the best experience in terms of excellent accommodation (absolute pristine condition!) ...as well as a preferred location with legitimate ski in ski out options...Terri is truly the consummate host, having stocked the unit to the excess with all the condiments, toiletries, bedding, etc that one could imagine.

|Cancellations Made by Guests||All payments are non-refundable, except if booking can be replaced. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fees, if booking is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if we replace your booking. These refunds issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival where applicable.|

|Reservation Changes||Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you have not paid the balance,then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.|
|Website Service Fee||Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be refunded. To claim this refund review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. All refunds will have a 5% processing fee applied to cover the cost of the refund transactions. Please contact email@example.com between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Guest Stay Policies

|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|COVID Contact Tracing Requirements||The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.|
|COVID Maximum Guest Limitation||The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.|
|Excessive Noise||Please respect your neighbors, if this is violated You will get evicted without a refund! . See Terms of Eviction|
|Housekeeping||Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 5th day if staying 8 days or more . Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense|
|Liability||We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Big White Resort .|
|Maintenance Emergencies||Call me directly and I will arrange for any emergencies to be addressed immediately or as soon as possible.|

|Property Damage||Guest authorizes up to a $500 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage . Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items,smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.|
