The place is clean and there is lots of room. The ski in and ski out is very accessible. You just need to walk to the end of the townhouse row and you are on the trail - its short. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. It is nice and bright and clean. We would stay there again.View Full Review

We were lucky to get our stay in right before the hill closed down for Covid-19. This unit was great for 4 adults that stayed here, unit was clean and ready for us. We used to own a unit in the condo building here and the 2 parking spots were great, as parking can be a challenge when you have 2 vehicles. Housekeeping responded quickly to change out a few light bulbs and repair a bathroom faucet. Ice maker was acting up on the fridge freezer but ice trays were available as well. This place is very spacious, had everything kitchen-wise. Huge garage with high ceiling.Best ski in and ski out. The only thing is that walking from the village with groceries up the hill is a bit of a work out.:) I have stayed in many places on Big White and I will be back!View Full Review

This place was great! A true relaxing vacation with everything being so easy. The ski in ski out is super convenient. Ski right off the run down a level path to the door. Put your skis in your private 2 car garage walk in from the garage and hang up all your stuff at the bottom of the stairs where it quickly dries and head upstairs to a very well stocked beautiful condo. Lots of seating for eating. Steam shower and hot tub were great. Would definately rent again.View Full Review

We had a great stay at this property. We were only a party of 4 but it can easily accommodate 8. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need to cook, the hot tub was great, and the home is very comfortable.
The location on the runs is perfect - a short 50m walk and you are on your way. The heated garage is nice to keep ski boots warm and play ping pong, and the garage roof height was even high enough to fit my SUV with a very large roof box.

What a wonderful, beautiful home you have in Big White! Actually would like to rate everything 4.5 stars....
Our vacation was terrific from start to finish....the unit was clean, exactly as promised (and more) as well as superbly stocked. Your ski in/out location cannot be beat and the option of walking or resort shuttle to the village was great. Our first day of skiing was Tuesday....fresh snow and sunshine. Wednesday and Thursday were a little foggy, but the snow was great as usual for Big White.

Overall this place was great! There are a few things that need to be fixed but that's just up keep. The toilet paper holders are quite loose and felt like we were going to pull them off. The tv in the queen size room downstairs kept freezing, although it wasn't a big problem cuz we just went to sleep instead! The dvd player was having issues in the room with the bunk beds...it also kept freezing. We decided to try guitar hero on the Wii downstairs but after an hour we gave up...we could get the game to play but no sound would come out and we even read the directions and everything...that was weird and frusturating but no matter.
The hot tub had some pieces from the jets sitting at the bottom of the tub but we just put them on the side and the tub still sounded fine and worked fine so I'm sure maintenance will fix that. The bbq cooked very uneven but still worked so its all good. Little glitches here and there but loved it overall.
We definitely would stay again because in was a great ski in & out location! thanks so much... it's a beautiful place. P.S. We did our best to clean up and not leave a mess for the clean up crew but 15 minutes before our checkout my friend dropped the coffee pot when putting away the dishes-- please let me know if I need to replace this or what is needed.--- The Bridal Family (Abbotsford, B.C.)View Full Review
Awesome Unit with Great Amenities

I've rented units for many years now across many ski resorts in the US and Canada and my friends and I agree that this is probably one of the top 2 units we've ever rented. Exceptional amenities such as a wine refrigerator but here's what really blew us away. You know how cold those bathroom floors can get especially in the winter? Well these floors are heated!! Awesome little extra. The kitchen was also well appointed and had enough gear for my varied cooking styles. The large two car garage was a nice plus and what was especially nice was having 4 bathrooms. The price was also very affordable considering that high quality unit it was. The only slight drawback was that garbage capacity was limited to the two bins in the garage which is enough if you're there for just a few days or don't cook much but we were there 6 days and cooked almost every day. There was a a note to take any overflow to the Aspens parking garage but we had no idea where that was or how to get in as they were all cypher locked. This was just a minor inconvenience though. If you have left the unit in poor condition, there will be a fee charged for excessive cleaning required. Excessive cleaning of 2+ hours will be charged to you at a rate of $30 per additional hour. Additional cleaning can be scheduled at the guest's request and expense.
