Nice and Roomy ski in and out townhouse

The place is clean and there is lots of room. The ski in and ski out is very accessible. You just need to walk to the end of the townhouse row and you are on the trail - its short. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. It is nice and bright and clean. We would stay there again.

Spacious, comfortable & great location

We were lucky to get our stay in right before the hill closed down for Covid-19. This unit was great for 4 adults that stayed here, unit was clean and ready for us. We used to own a unit in the condo building here and the 2 parking spots were great, as parking can be a challenge when you have 2 vehicles. Housekeeping responded quickly to change out a few light bulbs and repair a bathroom faucet. Ice maker was acting up on the fridge freezer but ice trays were available as well. Would stay here again.

Discounted Lift Tickets: The Biggie Card is your way to savings !!! YOU MUST GET IT BEFORE YOU ARRIVE AT BIG WHITE SKI RESORT. Cards can be reloaded from a cell phone or a computer once you have created a profile. It takes 30 minutes for the data to be processed and reach out gates.

 Here's what you need to know about the Biggie Card:

  • Direct to lift ski ticket – no need to stand in line.
  • Reloadable – the more you reload the more you save and it must be done up to 30 minutes before you approach a lift.
  • NO Blackout dates so you save everyday.
  • Offers great savings over regular and amazing pricing over peak periods.
  • Can be reloaded via website or mobile with the creation of a profile – that is what people forget to do, you must create a profile to reload.
  • Reloaded pass can take up to 30-45mins to become active (Excluding any issues with payment etc.).
  • Cannot be reloaded through any of our ticket offices (unless the guest is having issues).
  • Biggie Cards only available from ski shops listed (located on the right had side of the site) on the following website:

Cancellations Made by Guests

All payments are non-refundable. If we can replace your booking, we will refund your money for the proportion of days re-booked. Refunds processed will be subject to a 5% processing fee which will be deducted from the balance repaid. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights, or vacation-related products.

Covid 19 Policies:

We wish to ensure our guests feel confident that they can book with peace of mind knowing we are making efforts to be as flexible as possible in these uncertain times. If your country, government, or airline has an official “nonessential travel restriction” in place for the dates of your travel a refund less a 5% processing fee is offered. This policy applies up to 90 days before the booked arrival date.

Between 90 days and your arrival date guests will receive a 100% booking credit for the amount paid towards a booking for the same property for future travel up to 12/18 months from the cancelation date. Or you can receive a refund of 95% of the value of the booking less applicable fees. This policy applies ONLY if the following restrictions are in place for your booked dates of accommodation " travel is prohibited due to Covid-19 by governments and or health authorities and or if social gathering limits are imposed that apply to Vacation Accommodation limits that would prohibit your group from gathering"

Examples of restrictions:

  • If travel is restricted due to Covid-19 by governments and or provincial health authority restrictions.
  • Government Advisories prohibiting nonessential travel to or from your region
  • Government travel bans, border closures within Canada or from your home country
  • Extensive minimum quarantine periods on either end of travel
  • Airline schedule changes which will not enable you to arrive and depart on your planned dates
    • Credits will be offered only for number of days you were not able to stay in the accommodation for your booked dates due to airline-imposed flight schedule changes
  • Limits of gathering specific to Vacation Accommodation limits as per the Public Health Authority in BC
    • Current guidelines state "Vacation Accommodation is limited to the stated occupancy of the property + 6 visitors at any given time"

Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. ou may lengthen you reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on orignial amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance, then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.
Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Guest Stay Policies

We aim to reduce waste and our environmental impact by providing large containers of soap, shampoo, body wash, hand lotion and household cleaning products vs. one use disposable items. As such, the consumables mentioned here are used by multiple guests ( before and after each guest stay) . Luxury mountain Vacation Rentals and its subcontract employees will not be held liable or responsible for any quality, tampering, injury to guests or occupants of the rental unit if the occupants use any provided products. Guests use these products at their own risk. We try to ensure a clean and safe product for our guest use. If you are uncomfortable using any of these products, we recommend you bring your own supplies with you for your stay with us.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Noise You will get evicted without a refund.
Housekeeping For the duration of the 2021/2022 season we will not be providing any additional housekeeping services to guests during their stay in the unit. Special requests for additional supplies will be considered on a case by case basis to ensure safety protocols can be observed for both guests and our staff. If you have specific questions or requests, please contact us.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in big white ski resort.
Maintenance Emergencies Complete emergency contacts provided upon final payment .
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 8 . Will be evicted if more than 8 overnight occupants
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per my stated damage deposit policies.
Noise Restrictions Excessive noise from the hot tub & BBQ area is not permited after 11 pm. Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub & BBQ area can be used after 11 pm., but please engage only in quiet conversation after 11 pm out of reapect for our neighboring families.

Property Damage Guest authorizes up to a $500 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage . Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.

If there are any rate increases associated with the move, we will contribute up to $100 CAD per night towards rate equalization. If we fail to successfully relocate you, you will receive a full refund. Velkommen til vores vinter hjem! - A greeting in Danish wishing you a warm welcome to our Snow Home in Big White! We are a family of 4 originally from Copenhagen, Denmark but have the last 24 years been working and enjoying life in Asia hereof the last 15 years in Hong Kong. We love to travel and explore new parts of the world and when we went to Big White some years ago we simply had the best family vacation ever! Our kids now 19 and 20 years old are now pro ski & snowboarder, thanks to many great seasons with the ski & snowboard school in Big White. We all enjoy the night skiing, the afterskiing activities, the mountain tube ride, iceskating and the name it, we love it!. The options of cross country skiing and snowshoeing, the snowmobile tours, the sleigh rides and all the different restaurants and bars gives you so many opportunities of enjoing life that it is hard to choose....... It is no wonder why Big White has been voted the Top North American family Resort for serval years in a row! We have been skiing all over Europe for many years but we simply agree that there must be something "in the air" that makes this place so unique.
