This is a wonderful property! So convenient, spacious and centrally located. This is by far the best equipped kitchen we have experienced in our previous Whistler stays. One addition I would suggest for summer visitors would be a fan to help circulate the air conditioning from the bedroom into the living/dining and kitchen areas.

|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|COVID Contact Tracing Requirements||The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.|
|COVID Maximum Guest Limitation||The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.|
|Excessive Noise||You will be evicted without a refund.|
|Housekeeping||Complimentary before arrival. Complimentary mid-stay cleans are provided for bookings of 6 or more nights.|

Our Whistler home has an open floor plan and feels much larger than it's modest 580sq ft! The kitchen, dining and living areas are interconnected for a spacious feel, and the river rock gas fireplace makes the area warm and very cozy. The window seat is comfortable and newly upholstered.

The dining area seats up to 6, and is convenient both to the kitchen and the living room. The rustic pine wood furniture invites you to sit and play cards or a board game.
Our cozy window seat by the huge bay window and plenty of rustic pine furniture make your vacation getaway complete! We are one of the few units that offer free parking as part of your stay. Two t.v's provided 42" in the living room and 36" in the bedroom. The condo was renovated in May 2020, new paint and furnishings. Sanitization protocol used prior to guest stays.
