Welcome to our Whistler home away from home, I'm sure you will enjoy it as much as us.

It is a fully furnished apartment sized condo with all the amenities as home. Located in the village and on the Village Stroll close to ski lifts, shops, restaurants and nightlife. On the quiet side of building with no noise from businesses or village stroll pedestrians. Has fully functional front desk thereby avoiding key pickup hassle of other owner supplied rentals.  Front desk handles check-in and check-out like regular hotel plus helpful staff give advice on Whistler attraction, events and restaurants.

Save addtional 10% off all hotels, as 10% hotel tax is not charged due to this being owner direct booking.

Awesome stay for summer biking!

My husband and I stayed here for four nights in August 2018 while we biked at Whistler Bike Park. You know how sometimes looks can be deceiving and you feel like you were just mislead? NOT the case here as everything was super clean and exactly as described and pictured. Kitchen contained everything we needed and even had a few bonus beers in the fridge from the previous renters! Laundry was stocked with detergent and softener sheets, which was a great addition. There was also plenty of paper products (towels, TP, etc.) which was a nice contrast to other condos we've stayed in in the past.

The location worked out so well for us. It was great to park our car in the free parking and just leave it there and not have to hassle with finding parking or having the additional cost of nightly parking fees. We were close enough to the lift to just walk back to the condo for a lunch break. Condo is within a few blocks of, fast food, fancier restaurants, lifts and all of the amenities that Whistler has to offer.

The only tiny negative I can mention is that the hot tub was in a different building. Not a big deal for us since we were there in the summer, so walking back in wet clothes was no big deal, but it would have been a much larger production in winter. They do have a change room in the same building with the hot tub, so you could change into dry clothes prior to walking back, but that's kind of a hassle.

HUGE plus for us was air conditioning in the bedroom, which is not something that you find in resorts like this often.

Overall, we LOVED the unit and would definitely stay here again for future trips to Whistler! I almost hesitate writing a good review as I don't want it to be booked if we return! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

We had a great 3 nights stay at this place. We were grateful for the air conditioner as we overheard people say their rooms were too hot. When we were in need of extra towels and linen, it was taken care of immediately. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable. The location was spot on as we did not need to use our vehicle at all. Please ensure that you leave the suite in reasonable state of cleaniness upon your checkout. Place used dishes in dishwasher and turn on prior to leaving so housekeeping can unload the dishwasher after your stay.

Guests must abide by the Whistler noise bylaw that limits noise after 10:00pm. If a noise complaint is received and the RCMP is dispatched to the unit, tenants will be subjected to a $100.00 fee to cover the fine. 

Skiis, Ski Boots, Snowboards and Bikes are not permitting inside the suite. Equipment is to be store in the ski lockers on the first floor, or the bike storage in the secure bike room in underground parking lot. .

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable, except if booking is replaced (see comments). Refunds or portions thereof will be refunded based on the number of nights rebooked at the rebooked rate minus a 10% cancellation fee.
Delayed Arrivals There will be no refund for delayed arrivals.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Will be emailed upon final payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guest Stay Contract Front desk agent is available for guest services 24/7. Owner's cleaner/maintenance company is available 24/7 in the event of an emergency. Owner's phone numbers are also provided for emergency situations.

Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time Check-in time is 4:00pm. Early check in may be possible if room is vacant on day of arrival, however this cannot be confirmed until the day prior to guest's arrival. .
Check-Out Time 10:00 am.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Any excessive cleaning costs will be charged to the guest's credit card providing during the reservation process. Local night-clubs, apres-ski pubs and restaurants (all within walking distance) provide great places to party.

Garbage Removal Garbage removed during stay is the responsibility of the tenant. Garbage will be removed by housekeeping only at end of stay. Garbage room is accessible in basement. .
Housekeeping Housekeeping is including in the cost of your accommodations. Suites will be cleaned before your arrival and on your departure.
Liability Owner is excluded from liability for personal injury in our condo, in our building, on resort land and while in transit.
Maintenance Emergencies 24 hour service. emergency contacts for my 24/7 maintenance contractor provided. Front desk also has 24/7 on call maintenance contractor.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Maximum of 4 people in this suite.
Missing Items Complete inventory is checked upon guest departure. Any missing items will be charged to tenant's/guest's credit card provided during reservation.
Noise Restrictions Same as Whistler bylaws which mandate quite hours after 10 pm.
Parking & Ticketing Secure underground parking under building. $12/day plus HST. Parking is paid for at front desk upon check-in.
Property Damage Guest will be responsible for payment of any/all property damage and theft from unit caused by either guest or offender hosted by guest. Cleaning company has a complete inventory of items in unit and will check inventory upon your departure. Guest accepts responsibility to pay cost to repair all damage or replace all missing items. Costs will be charged to guest's credit card as provided during reservation process.
Rental Accommodation Zoning This property is legally zoned for nightly rentals. There is a nightly noise bylaw starting at 10 pm, if police are summoned there will be a $100 fee applied
Resort Information Further resort information and concierge services available at front desk. Front desk staff are able to provide helpful advice on attractions, restaurants, shopping, etc.
Terms of Eviction Tenant's will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or disturbing the peace. Evictions will be handled by 24hr security or RCMP.
