Welcome to our home away from home. Enjoy the spectacular views of Blackcomb and Whistler Mountains from our comfortable spacious Living Room. Our second home is decorated in country pine furnishings with warm colours throughout. Blueberry Hill is just a five minute drive and 15 minute walk to the village. Still close enough to the Village without the noise. A quick look out our Living Room window will let you know if its a day for skiing or just enjoying a quiet day by the fireplace.  

Blueberry Hill is not on the shuttle bus route but there is a transit bus that comes by 1/2 block from our complex and takes you to the ski lifts. If you have a car it is a 5 min. drive to the slopes and a very large parking lot that offers some free parking and some pay parking.

We personally ask for credit card information which will be used only if there is damage or excessive cleaning needed. Our maximum stay is 14 nights.

All kitchen and bathroom amenities are available upon  your arrival. Towels, soaps etc are completely stocked. The only items you will need to obtain from the supermarket are your preference in food.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests	2 night non-refundable for stays 10 night or more. 1 night non-refundable for 3 night - 9 nights with a 30 day notice.
Cancellations Made by Owners
Delayed Arrivals	No refunds. we are not responsible for delayed arrivals.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information	Will be made available to the client once payment has been made in full. Payment required two weeks in advance. lock-box combination will be sent separately
Guest Account Termination	The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal	The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments	Will result in cancellation without a refund. You have seven days to make your payment.
Privacy	The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guests agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of the Owner or their booking Contact without prior written consent from the Owner and/or Contact, except under force of law or for law enforcement purposes. Reservation Transfers & Re-sale by Guests	We do not allow transfers or re-sale of the booked dates by the guests.

Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage	Bike storage in our locked storage in parking area. No bikes allowed in our condo.
Check-In Time	3:00 PM.
Check-Out Time	11:00 AM.
Complaints Concerning Property	Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise	Zero tolerance. evicted immediatly.
Forgotten Items by Guest	We are not responsible for forgotten items.
Garbage Removal	Remove all garbage at departure time.
Housekeeping	after stay cleaning. Any additional cleanings $85.00.
Internet Availability & Usage	Free Wi-Fi available.
Liability	We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests while they are on our property or any location on Whistler.
Locking Door	Remember to always lock the doors when leaving our condo.
Maintenance Emergencies	available 24 hours.

Policy Updates	It is the renters responsibility to notify the owners within 24 hrs of arrival,if the accommodation is unsatisfactory for any reason. We are not responsible for any unforseen repair or construction in our complex during a renters stay.
Noise Restrictions	with respect for our neighbours we ask for noise level down to an easy listening level.
Property Damage	charged up to this maximum after departure if property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning or if items are missing.
Rental Accommodation Zoning
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage	All Ski and Snowboard Gear to be stored in our locked storage at the Parking area.
Terms of Eviction	Eviction notice immediate after any complaint. We will not tolerate any excessive noise.

As you enter our spacious condominium, the picture window ahead of you will confirm that you have chosen to stay at one of the largest units availabe, with one of the most spectacular views in Whistler. Kitchen and Living Room ahead, bedrooms are located in the hallway to the left. The loft area is upstairs to the right. The hot tub. sauna and games room are one floor below.
