Welcome to Cedar Hollow. Our comfortable 1 bedroom and den, 1.5 bathroom townhouse is conveniently located on the slopeside of Blackcomb Mountain. Ski-in/ski-out via the Cedar Ridge complex next door.

Cedar Hollow  is close to all the activities and fun, but far enough away to preserve the peace and tranquility of a mountain retreat. Our unit is on the end of the row and boasts light spacious living with mountain views. You will find everything you expect on your Whistler vacation:

We had a group of 5 staying here and we loved the location! It's ski in/ski out, and is perfect for both beginners and advanced skiers. The under floor heating was a great plus and we enjoyed how warm the property was when we arrived. The manager got back in contact with us quickly when we called him with an issue (ended up not being an issue!). The sofa bed isn't the comfiest of things and is slightly wonky, so it's probably best if there is max. 4 people sleeping here if that would bother you!

Great place, great location, would stay again

Everything was great with this unit. Access to ski run was even easier than we thought it would be - shorter walk than anticipated. Returning to condo was super easy when skiing. During the day, when not skiing, you can take the Excalibur Gondola up to Blackcomb Base II and it's just a short walk down the Village Run ski run to the path to the condo. After the Excalibur Gondola stops running for the evening (sometime between 7 & 8 since it's used by employees to access the parking lots), the shuttle from the bus stop in the village will run you to the same place. I believe it's #7 to the staff lots.

Everything in the unit was clean and when I called Jason to ask about an exterior light repair and snow removal, he called right back and dealt with both issues. The only advice I would give is maybe to label the light switches and thermostats clearly. There were so many switches, we got confused and kept forgetting which ones were which. Also, a TV in the master bedroom might be a nice addition.

But, all in all, it was a wonderful place to stay, fulfilled our needs perfectly, and I would definitely recommend it. Thanks Jason!

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment non-refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fees, if booking is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if we replace your booking. These refunds issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival where applicable.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for arrival delays

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you have not paid the balance,then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise You will be evicted without a refund!.
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 5th day if staying 8 days or more. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies 24-hour cell. Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 people overnight - excess occupants will result in eviction.
Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incured by tennants or guest of tennants. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment, you agree to pay us for all damages you incur
