This has been the most comfortable and convenient accommodation I've booked at Whistler. Great location. Part of the stay my daughter, her husband and two girls, 5 and 2 stayed with me. They don't ski but enjoyed other village activities - sliding, skating and the hot tub. Plenty of room. Ski shuttle close by was helpful and I could walk every where I needed to go. We have rented several different units at other properties in Whistler but this one is our favorite ! We love the size and layout, it accommodates 6-7 people comfortably and has plenty of storage for skis and boards etc. and in suite laundry.
The unit is always clean and comfortable. The amenities are good, we always make use of the hot tub. It is well maintained and steps away from the front door. The location is great ! Everything you could need is a short walk up the street - grocery, drug and liquor stores, coffee shops, restaurants, fast food, pubs and night clubs and the start of the village stroll. Being pet friendly is a huge asset and we enjoy its location for walking our dog, out of the village and in a natural setting with trees and grass, not concrete.
Andrew the owner is fast to respond, easy to communicate with and very accommodating. He has recently installed new flooring and a couch and loveseat so ensures the unit is kept up. We would not hesitate to recommend this place to any of our friends and family and have already booked for next year !View Full Review

If you have not paid the balance,then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.|
|Website Service Fee||Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception of an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located. To claim this refund, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. All refunds will have a 5% processing fee applied to cover the cost of the refund transactions. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.|
Guest Stay Policies

|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|COVID Contact Tracing Requirements||The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.|
|COVID Maximum Guest Limitation||The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.|
|Liability||We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Resort.|

|Rental Accommodation Zoning|
|Terms of Eviction||By 24 hr. security. Any excessive noise, common and private property damage or abusive behaviour will result in instant eviction|
|Reservation Guarantee||Property Sale/Damage-We relocate you to a comparable property. If there are any rate increases associated with the move, we will contribute up to $100 CAD per night towards rate equalization. If we fail to successfully relocate you, you will receive a full refund. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products|
A private front door leads into an entrance hall with a storage/drying room off to one side. Carry on through into the living area with two sofas, a coffee table, cable TV/video and the fireplace. The dining area is beyond with a table that seats up to eight and an open plan kitchen to the right. Off another hallway to the rear of the apartment are one bathroom and the two double bedrooms. The second bathroom is en-suite to the right hand bedroom from where there is also a sliding door that gives access to the patio and BBQ.

Oonagh and I first came to Whistler for the monumental 98/99 ski season, and so fell in love with the place that we bought an apartment.
We've been back to Whistler in summer and winter every year since, first on our own and now with our two boys, who love it as much as we do. They both plan to do ski seasons there as well when they're older, and as they are only 13 and 10 now, I guess it will stay in the family for a long time to come.
We've slowly improved the interior of the apartment over that time, to what is now a really comfortable, homely, and well equipped place.
