Karen's place is delightful, and truly one of the best stocked places we have ever stayed. (And we have stayed at many.) I had many questions, and she was a wonderful, easy, very responsive host. Her unit is also very conveniently located to where the parking for her unit, so loading and unloading is easy.

One small note: the "den" with 2 bunk beds was too small for 2 adult sons. They literally had to put their bags in the hall. The listing does say it's small - believe it! All in all, though, we were very happy and definitely would stay here again.

This place is so much bigger than it looks in the photos. We had a group of 8 and it was located perfectly for everyone to do their respective activities. The hot tub is such a luxury especially for the price!! Also had 3 parking spaces which I wasnt expecting and was exactly what we needed.

We will all definitely be staying again for our next whistler trip... lost track counting all the bears though :D Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home!

When you get to Whistler Village, go to the second set of traffic lights and turn right on Lorimer. Go to the end of this street and left on Blackcomb Way. Turn right on Spearhead Drive (first right). Go past the Marquises (on the left) and turn left into the driveway (just past the bus stop).

Excessive Cleaning:

Upon departure please ensure that the furniture is in place, the garbage is taken out and the kitchen is tidy and dishes in the dishwasher. There will be an additional charge if excessive cleaning is required.

Excessive Noise:

Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbors.

Liability:

Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability.
