About Listing

Our condo is situated at the newly renovated area of Creekside, voted "best neighbourhood" by Whistlerites.

It is a mere 2-3 minute walk to restaurants, pubs, internet cafe, Starbucks, bank and convenience/grocery store, AND the high speed gondola which offers the most comfortable, quickest way to the top of Whistler mountain.  We're home to the 5k vertical drop run "Peak to Creek", & the 2010 Olympic Men & Women's Downhill & Super G.

We have worked hard to equip our condo with all the comforts and aesthetic pleasures one would expect in a home.  Please be sure to review our policies as they have recently changed, e.g., maximum occupancy is two; no children, or adults under the age of 25.

This is the second time weâ??ve stayed at the cozy condo and we really have no complaints! Our only concern either time is that we have to lock our bikes outside overnight when I would prefer to have them in a more secure location, but clearly it didnâ??t stop us from coming back!

The location is perfect for the vacation we were looking for and we were able to enjoy the fireplace this time since it was a little cooler than last time we stayed. We also had an issue with the code but we phoned and got a response within minutes. Thank you again, Carmen!

A great place! Small but perfect for two adults. One step above other rental places in Whistler. Very clean, everything works, knives are sharp, etc. It truly feels that the owners care and stay themselves in the place. Excellent location close to the ski lifts. We had a wonderful stay! :)

Our Condo is located in Whistler Creek. This was the original ski area at Whistler.
We are two minutes walk from the Creekside Gondola, ski rental, video rental, convenience store, beer/wine shop and other amenities.
There are some restaurants within a short walk (Southside Deli, Dustys, Hoz's pub/restaraunt, RimRock Cafe, Boston Pizza).
The main Whistler village is about 3km from our condo - a short drive, take the bus, or an inexpensive taxi ride. In the summer why not hike or bike into the village for lunch!
We have bike trails and parks and lakes within a few minutes walk, and all the main trails and parks are not more than a few minutes drive.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Cancellations made 45 days prior to arrival will receive a refund minus a 4% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival: we will refund your money if we can replace your booking; all refunds are subject to a 4% cancellation fee.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Not accepted. Reservations are confirmed with payment.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information 30 days prior to arrival. Later for last minute reservations.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Reservation Changes If availability permits and in accordance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise Please tone down your noise at 11:00pm.

Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage to the disposal area.

1) If you use something up in the cupboards or fridge, please replace it.
2) Never put something back in the cupboard if it is dirty! Please just leave it out for our housekeeper to take care of. We hate finding dirty surprises in the cupboards!

About Us

Carmen and I live in Seattle and regularly travel up to Whistler to enjoy fun in the mountains all year round.
Carmen is an avid skier, and I have switched to snowboarding for the last few years - the boots are so much comfier, and the board rocks on those powder days.
We have owned our condo since 1998 and for us it was a dream come true to have our own vacation place in Whistler.
We have spent time carefully decorating and outfitting our condo so that on our trips to Whistler we really feel that we have escaped to the perfect vacation spot.  We hope that you will agree with us should you decide to spend time in our home.
