A fantastic property and great, responsive owners! The complex is well managed and clean .. the grounds are beautifully maintained. The unit is well designed with both the bedrooms and the living room having great views of the valley and the mountains. This our third year at Whistler and we finally got a unit with the mountain view!
There is easy access to Alta lake, the golf course and a short walk into the village. There is also a bus stop right out front of the complex, with great service in and out of the village

Great condo kitted out with everything you need for a stay in Whistler., including kitchen and bedding, great TV channel package and one of the largest cloakroom/boot areas that we've seen in condos in Whistler. The host was great, providing all info required prior to checkin and checked in with us along the way. We stayed for NYE and could watch the Whistler fireworks from the living room - The beautiful view was definitely a bonus we weren't expecting.

Complaints Concerning Property | Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure. |
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements | The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement. |
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation | The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided. |
Excessive Noise | In the event of excessive noise or partying after 11 pm., please report it to SEA TO SKY SECURITY (604) 905 3931 and also call the POLICE IN WHISTLER, 604 932 3044. IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY, CALL 911 |
Forgotten Items by Guest | Please advise us if you have forgotten any items in our condo. We will advise our housekeeping to watch for items when cleaning the condo and advise us if they find the items. We will then contact you and make arrangements for its' return. |
Housekeeping | Complimentary housekeeping is provided upon departure. It would be appreciated if garbage/refuse is disposed of in the GARBAGE ROOM NEXT TO THE GARAGE DOOR when departing. |
